El hotel está ubicado a unos 20 minutos de Oporto. Bien comunicado con bus casi a la puerta y perfectamente si vas en coche. La limpieza es extraordinaria, tanto en las habitaciones como en el resto de estancias. La lencería (toallas y ropa de cama) de muy buena calidad. Estupendo tener aire acondicionado en la habitación. Todo el personal muy amable en todo momento y dando solución a nuestras consultas siempre con una sonrisa (pisos, recepción, buffet) El desayuno correcto. Un gran detalle hacer un guiño a la gastronomía portuguesa ofreciendo pasteles de nata. El parking cerrado y gratuito también es un plus a valorar. Me gustaría felicitar por la gestión del establecimiento y a todo el personal que lo hace posible. Se nota todo el trabajo que hay detrás para que los clientes nos sintamos así de bien. ¡Enhorabuena, equipazo!

Trata-se de um hotel com uma (rara) localização de Excelência no Douro, em que todos os quartos têm uma vista fabulosa para o rio Douro que fica apenas a alguns (poucos) metros, transmitindo uma inspirada paisagem de tranquilidade. A atitude, a disponibilidade e os gestos, sempre com um simples e fácil sorriso dos(as) colaboradores(as) do hotel em qualquer pedido que lhes seja solicitado, acrescentam, de forma determinante, a vontade de regressar onde tão bem nos tratam. Acresce ainda um preço vs qualidade muito razoável e adequado, sem os ”exageros” que se praticam em outros hotéis desta região e que não são depois refletidos na estadia e nos serviços prestados. Será sempre uma experiência a repetir em vários momentos do ano.

It was absolutely amazing stay that we had in Douro valley thanks to the Douro Royal valley Hotel&Spa, especially because our trip took place when it was mostly raining… luckily, me and my husband were able to use that time properly in the hotel’s spa, having massage, enjoying the time in the swimming pool, spending some time in sauna and even at the gym. Thanks to hotel’s facilities the trip was not a waste of time, we could rest actively, we also enjoyed very much the overall ambience of the hotel and taking care of the personell so that overall the hotel is a calm place to stay at. What caught us by surprise was absolutely stunning dinner- each out of 6 courses we had was prepared and served with such a mastery that we thought we are at the resturant with micheline star chef- chapeau bas to the Chef - your courses are absolute masterpiece and the best of the best we tried on our 2-week trip in Portugal. Thank you for this experience :)

Estivemos nesse adoravel hotel,no dia 11 e 12 de novembro.Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Paulo e sua equipe. Era dia de Sao Martinho e tivemos a sorte de participar de um excelente jantar ,numa noute muito animada,foi realmente inesquecível,tomamos o vinho novo ,a jeropiga e comemos as deliciosas castanhas,que sao propias dessa epoca. O nosso apto era muito bom,com uma linda vista para o jardim. Café da manha delicioso e super completo.Infeluzmente nao tivemos tempo para curtir o spa,que nos pareceu muito bonito e organizado, Com toda certeza tivemos belos momentos,dos quais sentiremos saudades.Super recomendamos.
