Arrived later in the evening and the staff was excellent with check-in and answering questions about our check out the next day. Very accommodating with our cruise schedule, holding luggage until we needed to board ship. Staff was helpful in taking our luggage to the ship check in, going the extra mile!!! Beautiful scenery around the hotel, close to everything near the port area. Room was a suite, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep!

This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver.Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver.
I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person,but just half an hour.
This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel.

Overall great experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have history and the lobby has a high class ambiance. The valet guys went above and beyond several times. The rooms, while cozy and comfortable, are a bit dated. Not to say things feel old and decrepit, rather you can tell the room hasn’t been updated in some time. Breakfast room service was excellent. Location is central and easy to get to from local hotspots. In-room toiletries were high quality. Bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Paradox has so far been the best hospitality and service experience we've had in years. Right from reception, room service to valet. They're friendly, extremely helpful, there are details that you'd never think of heated floors in the bathroom, filtered floral air in the washroom. Right in the middle of downtown, everything is within walking distance, the rooms are absolutely an oasis in the middle of a metropolis. Stay here!

My husband and I stayed one night at the Burnaby location in order to attend a dinner function nearby. We checked into our room and the heater was already on and set at 68 and seemed to be working OK. Shortly after we arrived in the room, a maintenance person knocked on the door to see how the heater was working. That should have clued us in as to what would happen next. A bit later, the unit started to spit out cooler air. I might add that the unit never cycled off and on as it should. I turned the unit up to around 72 to see if that would make a difference but no it did not. We contacted the front desk and within 5 minutes, maintenance came to check. We were told that the heater had to remain at 68, no higher or it wouldn’t work. I have never heard of such a thing. High temperature in Vancouver was mid 40's dipping into the 30's at night. By this time, it was 5:30 and we had to head out the door for the dinner event at 6PM. I wish we would have demanded a different room, because when we returned it was definitely cooler in the room. We were both tired and needed to leave the hotel early in the morning so we decided to “gut it out”. I looked for additional blankets and there were none. I wound up sleeping a total of 2 hours in my coat. This was not a comfortable experience. I am generously giving this property 2 stars as the room itself was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk clerk kindly gave us a 50% discount for our discomfort which was the best she could do, but when I contacted their HQ was offered a 50% discount off a future stay. Don't think I will take them up on that offer, but thanks anyway.

Great location, easy access to a food court downstairs and also the Metropolis mall. Service is great, we requested for some toiletries and they came very fast. Easy to use app to communicate with the staff there, they are very friendly as well! Love the buffet breakfast, waitress was nice. The only downsides are the pools are bit small and not the cleanest we have seen. The gym is small comparing to the size of the hotel.

This is a very clean and welcoming hotel! Unfortunately a few amenities were out of service as they are currently renovating (hot tub and bicycles) but everything else was fantastic. They also accommodated an early check in and late check out with zero surcharge. We would definitely stay here again!

For the price, it is very sufficient. Many aspects of the room felt outdated, but it was all fully functional and clean with no problems. Personally I prefer it this way since you get the savings and the function which is what really matter.
Staff were all nice and I loved that I could check in at 2AM with staff available to assist me.

We always come to this hotel when we want to spend a romantic night. The room interior is modern and pretty. Just sad that this hotel does not provide tooth brushes unless you ask them for it. (So before we head to our room we tell the front desk to give us the toothbrushes).
I also booked this hotel on my birthday :)
The guy who works at the front desk is very very kind and patient. I totally recommend this hotel

PPengguna TetamuMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

PPengguna TetamuI have some concerns regarding my experience at The Sutton Hotel. Firstly, I noticed that the front desk staff didn't seem very patient or eager to assist Chinese guests like myself. This made me feel somewhat unwelcome.
Secondly, I found the hotel rooms to be quite dusty, despite our efforts to keep them clean. Surprisingly, the dust accumulated rapidly on the bedside table and telephone. I suspect that the air inside the room might be the cause of this issue, as even the air conditioning panel appeared to be covered in dust.
I believe these observations are worth addressing by the hotel management to improve the overall experience for all guests, regardless of their nationality. It would be beneficial if steps were taken to enhance the cleanliness of the rooms and ensure a more welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for all visitors.

We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us.
They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

KKL Chan 3001There for one day after cruise. This place is very close to the cruise terminal and to Chinatown / stadium. It is very convenient to get around, by public transport or ride hailing apps.

PPengguna TetamuGranville Island is a great place for its public market, artisan shops and the lovely and convenient water taxis to help get around downtown Vancouver. The Hotel is perfectly located on the north end waterfront.
The room was clean and comfortable although before checkout we saw that the bed skirt had something spilled on it by a prior guest. Also, the bed was uneven, with one side providing good support and the other was soft and led to a bad night’s sleep.
Service at the hotel was good but the server at the restaurant was either inexperienced or a little inept. Another disappointment was that they had a bike rental stand that never had bikes to rent despite promoting it as an option.
All in all, a good stay, but not a great stay. Glad I saved money on trip.com but I’ll look for a different hotel next time.

BBetty CCC我們只有待一晚，兩房一廳一衛，空間很舒適，如同住家設備很齊全，有微波爐，咖啡機，快煮壺，爐台，冰箱，書桌..等。
每個房間跟客廳都分別各有一台電視，臥房房間內都有化妝鏡與床頭櫃，落地窗，窗外景色很不錯。
床很軟，原本以為會太軟不好睡結果仍是一覺到天亮，很舒服。
地點很棒買東西很方便，下樓就有很多店面可以買吃的，過街有麥當勞，日式拉麵，還有珍煮丹~
珍煮丹隔壁的中式餐廳餐點也很棒，老闆很客氣會聊天會推薦你好吃的餐點。

PPengguna Tetamu＜費爾蒙温哥華大酒店＞，也是一家由費爾蒙管理的酒店。對於舊改古堡酒店的管理，費爾蒙向來是做得最好的。之前同大家介紹過的維多利亞的Fairmont Empress，以及班夫的Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise，包括上海和平飯店，都是由費爾蒙管理的古堡酒店。
酒店所在可謂是温哥華地標性建築。外觀跟上海和平飯店還有點像，也是一棟古堡式建築。對外設計有很多道門，大概有四五道。
因為坐落於市中心，所以四五道門都可以出大馬路。側門這裏裝飾有新型吊燈，擺放了簡約傢俱，作為侯客室。另外，在停車下客的這道門，也用的是新型吊燈，還有各種皮沙發，以及用皮箱做成的茶几。
搭乘電梯上到房間，空間不算很大，有兩張大床因為是一家五口同行，提前預約了房間，所以安排的是中間設計有連通門的兩間房，可以互相照應。大床對面安置有落地櫃，裏面設計有冰箱。不過冰箱是那種接觸式設計，飲料一取出，就自動扣費。
整體來看，雖然面積不大，但是住得還是挺舒服。就是浴室稍微小了點，而且看着維護得不是很到位了。從窗户望出去，可以看到温哥華大教堂。又因為處在市中心，所以夜景會很好看，視野很棒。
雖然酒店有些年代了，但是都維護得很好。來到大堂，一邊的門對着大街，一邊門對着酒店內部。而一樓又大多租給了奢侈品牌，相當於踏進大堂，就可以逛到很多奢侈品店。逛膩了，轉頭出到大街，就是温哥華市中心。五十米的半徑內就有數不盡的高端品牌店，根本逛不完。無論是歷史建築的底藴，還是地理位置，都是一絕。最重要的是，訂房時可以選擇延遲付款。
第一次下單時，房價是三千五一晚，但是要出發去温哥華的時候，我看了下價格，竟然降到了兩千五。幸好選擇了延遲付款，我立馬退房重新下單。原本七千多的總房價最終花了五千多，省了一大筆錢。要知道，温哥華的五星級酒店都很貴，基本三四千元起跳，但這家竟然兩千五就能拿下，性價比非常高。
其次，酒店管理非常到位。我們早上不到十點就已經抵達酒店了，理論上還不能入住，已經做好寄存完行李就要外出的準備了。結果等我們Check in的時候，被告知房間已經收拾好了，真的是非常驚喜。
整體來看，Fairmont Hotel Vancouver是高性價比之選。入住體驗很好，地理位置也無可挑剔，推薦入住。

AanzhuzhuVery good location at a great price! Highly recommend this place especially with amazing staff and daily housekeeping! The building itself is definitely slightly aged, but it's evident that the current management/owners are doing their best to improve the facilities.
The good - affordable coin laundry, communal kitchen, very big rooms, amazing rooftop patio and sauna, impeccable location in Vancouver downtown
The not so good - no breakfast options, communal kitchen's own pots and pans look iffy, slightly aged facilities (but the communal areas are definitely renovated in recent years)
Will stay again if I'm ever in that area!

DDubious deposit required and lengthy refund of it!The room looked like it was recently redone so it was clean with comfortable bed with white towels. Upon check in reception stated we did not have breakfast included and that a deposit of $100 was required but I would receive it back within 2-3 days on my c. card. I already prepaid online for the room which was $386 with taxes I later checked my voucher and it did say we had a breakfast for 2 so I brought it down in the reception gave us 2 breakfast vouchers. Breakfast cost is $15 per person minus 20% as a hotel guest normally.
The breakfast does not include drinks only water. There was bacon, scrambled eggs, pan cakes, bread for toasting and hash browns. I went to the hotel reception and retrieved coffee & tea from the reception machine. Upon check out the gentleman now at reception said a $200 deposit charge would be refunded in 2-3 weeks! I asked why so long as I can get my money on a store return in a day!?! He didn’t have a clear answer. Anyways, I guess I’ll have to wait and ensure it does go on. I’m not sure why such a big deposit charged and why it would take weeks to refund…something fishy on this part but we’ve been there and can’t change it. However , I am dubious to use Choice Hotels - Quality Inn & Suites again since it seemed inconsistent as to the staff knowing why they charge a high amount and the return time.
I also had booked a Choice Hotel for our return home and had put the incorrect date in by one day. They would not modify it and only cancelled it and still charged me! So their billing is skcetchy to me and that was my dealing with 2 of their Choice Hotel units

LLillian LoThe transportation is convenient, but there is a bar downstairs, and the sound insulation is not good. People who are afraid of noise may not be able to sleep. There are only stairs and you need to carry your luggage upstairs.
