Loved staying here. The location is amazing. it's like a 1 minute walk to the beach and all the other things venice beach has to offer. The staff was always available, friendly, and helpful. I was solo travelling and felt safe here.

장점은 위치가 배니스비치 바로 앞 이라서 숙소안에서 바다뷰 보면서 행복함을 느낄 수 있어요. 아무래도 관광지다 보니 치안이 걱정될 수 있는데 그런 치안 걱정없이 게이트도 카드 찍고 들어가고 바로 앞에 직원분이 있어요. 시설도 너무깔끔하고 뭔가 미국 특유의 호텔 냄새도 없고 또한 군데군데 섬세함이 묻어있었어요 예를 들면 전등의 밝기를 미세하게 조절할 수 있는 부분. 또한 창문이 방음이 잘 되서 문 닫으면 밖에 소리가 잘 안들리더라고요. 단점은 호텔내에서의 방음은 살짝 부족해요. Amenities (비치타월, 자전거, 등) 빌릴 수 있는데 이 가격을 무조건 내야하도라고요 27달러. 미리 Trip.com 에 명시되어있었으면 좋았을 것 같아요

Get food - sit on the rooftop enjoy the sunset. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are motel-quality. Clean, old, crammed. The beds are ok, the Internet is weak, rooms 17, 18 have no Internet at all. Too far away. No lobby. Nowhere to sit inside. If you know what you want it’s amazing. Otherwise it’s a run down small hotel in an inconvenient place with noise from the wave and lots of sand outside. Get the parking spot if you bring a car.

Though the hotel is opposite Phoenix House. This is a rehab centre for alcohol and drug abuse. I get it - everyone needs help! However, the upper floors can look directly in the cottage’s courtyard. And as soon as you walked out the gate, the entrance was opposite. As we were two guys, it wasn’t really a problem but probably not the nicest place to stay with your wife or family. Parking - No parking as advertised. The nearest parking was Venice Beach Parking. Couldn’t make out their pricing structure as it changed daily and was super expensive. However, we had a car, so had no choice but to pay.

I stayed at the Venice Podshare with my girlfriend last night and it was a wonderful experience. Michael was so helpful in getting us checked in after hours. The space was clean and neat and I loved the sound of the white noise machine they had playing like rain. We will definitely check out the other location in San Francisco this summer!

If you need an affordable motel room within $12 Uber of Venice Beach this is for you. It suited me perfectly for the weekend and here are my thoughts now I’m back in Australia: PROS: Price is good Close to beach Super clean and comfy Maccas right next door and Thai across road Deli and bottle shop around corner Free car parking Friendly staff Double glazed windows stop traffic noise Microwave CONS: Doors are not solid and traffic noise is bad (a shame as the windows are great!) No kettle or coffee machine in room Random people sheltering in stairwell Being cheap you get all sorts of people night and day. Would I bring my family here? Probably not. But for a party night nearby or a bed close to the airport you can’t go wrong. I actually really like the place and would go back any time. Yes an apartment on the beach would be better but they’re 5 times the price and that’s not for me so this place is perfect. I usually take photos but TBH nothing stood out so I didn’t, but it was perfectly fine 👍
