Hotel berhampiran Palazzo Moro Lin (San Polo), Venice

Wonderful stay in Venice thanks to the Palazzo Venart team. Beautiful grounds and historic building that had been renovated with top of the line modern touches. The room was beautiful and comfortable. While the restaurant was closed, so we couldn’t have their tasting menu, the breakfast was incredible, and their aperitifs in the afternoon were a nice touch. Could could enjoy in their courtyard or garden facing the canal. The service was among the best I have ever received. In particular, the concierge team, Giacomo and Mariachiara, made our trip extra special, pointing out less-known points of interest, organizing trips to the major attractions, booking transportation and arranging reservations at amazing restaurants they suggested. Thank you, Giacomo, Mariachiara and the entire Palazzo Venart team for an incredible trip.

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the hotel. It has its own water taxi stop so we were dropped off right at the hotel which in itself is a big win in Venice. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had upgraded our room for an extra €40 a night and it really was worth it. A large room with two huge windows looking onto the grand canal the views were beautiful. The location is fantastic just a short easy walk to the nearest vaparetto stop of San Stae (highly recommend the vaparetto pass get it from any stop with a kiosk we got ours at Rialto bridge) and an easy stroll to Rialto market, bridge and then a further short walk to St Marks Square. There are lots of lovely little cafe bars and restaurants on the way where the drinks are so reasonable (€6 an apperol compared to €20 in St Marks square). The hotel recommended a few restaurants to us but only got chance to eat in one (as we had other plans) Regina Sconta which was really nearby and really good. The hotel is signposted for the last few alleyways so easy to find in the dark and there are also signs directing you to the main sites. The breakfast had a good selection of hot cold and sweet and we enjoyed it everyday sometimes getting there early at 7.30 and other days turning up at 9.55!! Service was great every day and one day we got to sit out on the balcony. Every night when we got back we would sit in the jetty and have a drink from the bar and watch the world go by! There was maid service every day everything was topped up and fresh towels given. The mini bar was very reasonable and the air con worked like a dream which was such a relief after 32 degree heat outside. Such friendly helpful staff. We felt safe and everything was so easy at this hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time in Venice.

New and clean hotel. Front desk very slow and bit robotic. Assigned wrong room and told given that Trip.com did not pass them the message. They were obviously lying as they said could read the first message regarding a bright room and yet both requests were written in the same field. Not flexible with check in and check out times. Its near the station but otherwise nothing in the immediate vicinity.

Location of this hotel is fantastic - short walk from the train station. I would caution on the shower amenities in the room, it was not easy to try to avoid getting the bathroom floor wet. During to the time of the visit, there is no air conditioning available, we end up having to open the windows. Just note that it’s along the streets and even back alley, can get noisy.

This hotel was full of character. The staff were warm, friendly and keen to make my stay a great experience. The bed was confortable with a view of a courtyard. I enjoyed my time here and would come again. The shower pressure and temperature was perfect, the air on set to a predetermined level that would kick in when it knew the balcony door was closed. The towels were changed every day and the breakfast buffet was good too. The location was about a 7-10 minute walk from the bus station and even closer to the train station which made getting in and out of Venice a breeze. It’s in close proximity to shops, restaurants and bars in all directions.

Consigliato vivamente, Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal canal grande a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza san marco . Vicinissima alla stazione e dal punto di di partenza degli autobus per l'aeroporto, le stanze molto pulite il personale attento e gentile e premuroso, la colazione abbondante e variegata.

Hotel was just next to the railway station which is very convenient for travelers who have heavy luggages. There is no need to climb the bridge with the luggages also. But there is no slipper or kettle in the room. The room can hear noises from the pavement and restaurants next to the hotel

We were two couples who stayed at ”Quadruple room with Private Bathroom” for 3 days. The hotel stands at the heart of Venice center and walkable from Santa Lucia train station and Ferrovia ”Vaporetto” (water public transport of Venice Lagoon) Terminal from where you can get to everywhere you can think of while visiting Venice. The hotel has 24 hours reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable.  There was room keeping everyday. The toilet was bit conjusted but was okay for us. The beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. The only cons I found was the room size. It was a bit small for 4 people. There are local bakeries and cafes around, pharmacy, restaurants in mid-budget, Gondola service, etc all at reachable walking distance.

Everything was great. We took a water taxi from the airport to the hotel, the dock was right in front of the hotel which was very nice since we arrived late at night. The only thing can get improved was wifi, sometimes it was hard to get the signal in the room.

I would definitely recommend this ho(s)tel to young people. All the team was kind and helpful, although a very few of them spoke italian. The location is amazing, San Marco and its beautiful surroundings easy to reach by vaporetto number 2 - by the way.. if you are planning to spend at least 2-3 days it‘s worth buying a Venice card. Our bedroom was absolutely clean and the mattress comfortable. Still I would have appreciated one more towel pro person… by the high rate we paid.
