The location of the accommodation near Central Station is very convenient, with only a 7-minute walk, cleanliness and spaciousness of the space are commendable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The nearby Italian restaurant Vapiano, it's wonderful that you enjoyed the food there. Overall, a great experience and were pleased with the recommendation from Trip.com.

非常好的酒店，個人強烈推薦。 開始還挺擔心的，這個價格在維也納市區真的不算貴，看評價也不都是好評，有點糾結想定另一家貴一倍的酒店，後來為了節約點訂了這家，但給了我很多驚喜。 另外出發前我改過行程，它家在我已經扣款後居然還能順利退款，簡直是我用攜程十年第一次感覺能把錢取回來，覺得很大方。 另外是在我落地維也納機場，被土航搞丟了行李，又冷又煩，又搞不定市內交通迷路了，最後從中心車站打車到的酒店，這樣的前提下，這家酒店的環境和景緻極大的安撫了我的情緒。 首先它很顯眼，綠色的棚頂在附近很醒目。其次我覺得房間足夠大，在我今年住了新加坡香港的小房間之後，甚至覺得巨大。雙床因為我是一個人還好，兩個人的話可能不大喜歡這種拼起來的大床。 環境很好，附近有家好吃的不得了的川菜。在維也納吃兩天麪包你就知道找到一家好的川菜多麼難得了。周天教堂會有禮拜日，注意週六買夠吃的，周天很麻煩，超市都關門。出門右轉五分鐘還有一家不錯的酒窖，可以自己選酒。 交通方面，出門右手邊就是一號線，去中央車站就一站路，挺好找的。 最後，最後一天我才發現房間裏有冰箱，前兩天我都是燒了水放窗外晾好…被自己蠢哭了簡直 總的來説，我會推薦這家酒店給所有盆友

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

Nice hotel, very good breakfast! But there was noises early morning from cleaning hotel staff, so was hard to sleep.

Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was also delicious. Above all, the location is very close to Ausria Centre, only 5 minutes walk. If you want to have a walk around, you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the Danube. Also, very convenient to take metro to the city centre.

We are pleased to say that our experience here was much better than some of the previous reviewers. We were upgraded gratuitously to a superior room (518) on the top floor with a great view of the VotivKirche and parks. The room was fine and represented very good value for money. We did not dine or breakfast here, the charge for breakfast seemed a little steep. The hotel is located in a very pleasant area and the museums and Stephansplatz are an easy 15 minute stroll from the hotel. You will pay a lot more for hotels in those areas. The coffee situation seems to be an ongoing theme on Tripadvisor. On the second morning our pods were not replaced so I had to ring down to reception. They arrived immediately. The next morning I left a note in German on the coffee tray to remind housekeeping to replace the pods. They did not do this and I had to ring down again. We were not charged for these and no mention of a charge was made, but it seemed a bit odd.

It’s fine hotel if you want just to sleep somewhere and then get the train, because the main train station is really in two steps from hotel. Nothing fancy, just ok clean I’m not gonna recommend this place for a longer time then one night stay

Feels like home. Always eager to assist personnel. Beautiful interior. Rooms are decorated in contemporary style with vibrant paintings hanging on walls. Exquisite bathrooms with transparent walls and stationary for two. Building is brand new just around 2 years old.
