Hotel berhampiran Handelskai, Vienna

In occasione del decimo compleanno della mia nipotina, ho voluto recarmi a Vienna ed ho scelto l' albergo in questione rimanendone molto soddisfatto. L' albergo, seppur distante dal centro della città e dall' aeroporto di Vienna, è comunque molto ben collegato a questi con treni e metropolitana puntuali ed efficienti anche durante le ore notturne. La struttura sorge in un centro commerciale fornito di tutti i servizi tra cui negozi, bar, ristoranti e c'e' pure una discoteca e quindi, all' occorrenza, ci si può divertire anche senza muoversi ”da casa”. Inoltre il Danubio è vicinissimo ed è possibile passeggiare nel verde dei parchi che sorgono accanto al fiume. Lo staff dell' hotel parla tante lingue, tutti sono gentili e preparati e le camere sono spaziose e pulite regolarmente, a meno che non si scelga di rinunciare al servizio giornaliero ed essere rimborsati di 5€. La colazione viene servita fino a tarda mattinata e propone davvero di tutto con alti standard sia di qualità che di quantità. Ho trovato insomma tutto quello che cercavo e che mi era stato proposto. Forse, ad essere pignoli, ho trovato i cuscini del letto eccessivamente ”molli” ma, per il resto (come già sottolineato), non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi.

A smart and modern hotel. Stayed in a double room which was clean and had very comfortable beds. Nice breakfast included. Easy to travel to the conference centre with a tram stop directly across the road. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the Vienna International Centre.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Good location in Vienna. 5 stations with the tram to downtown shooping district at Schwedenplatz. Close proximity to highways getting to Praha. Nice Brazil 🇧🇷 themed hotel. All staff at least at the reception and bar are from Brazil.

I book at the last minute so I did not have much information on the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff friendliness and engagement to the customers. They are nice, young, outgoing and eager to help. This is a very unusual hotel with a lot of activities daily mostly used by young professionals. The bar area is cool. I learn a lot about the city culture by chatting with the bartenders who make you feel welcome. I definitely will come back when I have another chance to visit Vienna. This hotel is underrated.

Hotel was undergoing renovation, was noisy some times, but altogether ok. Cleaning rooms is a bit of guys and miss. Was not impressed for a Hilton. Breakfast service is great though, and location is surreal for a vacation stay.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was also delicious. Above all, the location is very close to Ausria Centre, only 5 minutes walk. If you want to have a walk around, you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the Danube. Also, very convenient to take metro to the city centre.

Stayed here for one night recently whilst connecting. Chose it as part of IHG and it’s on subway like u1 and connects straight to the main railway station and also Into Stephensplatz for the heart of the city Although in a mainly residential area it is 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station and a 15 min walk to millennium city and 10 on train to a massive Westfield shopping centre but not much in the way of restaurants or bars nearby You can tell it’s been an old hotel done up and rebranded but the quality of the referb is first class , simple reception area with very helpful staff. Restaurant and bar just off of that and served a great breakfast with a really good selection Room was very tasteful and pretty big tv with some English channels and a really comfortable bed although only plug socket rather than usb beside bed The bathroom is the main area you could tell it had been an old hotel, pretty plain , same fittings and bath over shower. Although it was large I’d say this would be the only area the hotel could focus on to improve but I’d definitely recommend and would stay again even though it’s not right in the city centre

Bizim açımızdan beklentilerimizi karşılayan bir konaklama oldu..Oda, banyo çok temiz ve sessizdi..Her gün temizlik ve havlu değişimi yapıldı..Kahvaltı çok iyiydi..Şehir merkezine ulaşım konusunda sıkıntı olmadı. İlk gün 72 saatlik Viyana şehir kartı aldık..Otelin önünden geçen ''D'' tramvayı ile 15-20 dakikada şehir merkezine ulaştık ve aynı tramvayla akşamları döndük.Şehrin her yerine sınırsız tramvay yolculuğu yapabilirsiniz (Örneğin ''5'' numaralı tramvay ile Prater parkına gidip eğlenebilirsiniz) veya tüm şehri kuzeyden güneye, doğudan batıya hiç inmeden görebilirsiniz...Otel personeline her konuda danışabilirsiniz..Son gün uçağımız akşam saatindeydi..Bagajlarımızı resepsiyona bırakıp tüm gün gezme imkanımız da oldu..Tekrar gidersek tereddütsüz aynı otelde kalırız..Teşekkürler..
