Hotel location was excellent. Really near to Wien Mitte Station so if you want a stay thats convenient from airport directly to city centre this hotel will be perfect. Came at 4.20pm but my room is still not ready and have to wait extra 30 minutes but that’s fine. Downside is there’s no toiletries beside hand&body soap and shampoo. Was expecting at least the hotel will provide toothbrush and toothpaste. But the stay was really nice and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel is excellent located near the central park, where the famous monument of Johann Strauss is. The metro station is just across the street. Walking to the St Stephen Cathedral and the entire city center is very easy, even with our toddler. From the moment of check-in we really felt pampered, thanks to the very warm welcome received at the reception. Our room was so nicely prepared with the extra bed a nice amenity for our daughter. The breakfast was reach with plenty of choices. I was impressed that you could get even fresh vegetable juice at your choice. I would recommend adding the access to the Club InterContinental to your reservation for the nice atmosphere, stunning views, tasty food and excellent service.

The service at the Marriott was excellent, the rooms were immaculate, there is a large indoor heated pool we enjoyed, there were lots of people at the front desk and it has a great location. The hop on hop off bus stops at the front door, it is walking distance to Mozart's house and the magnificent St. Stephen's cathedral, the hofburg with the imperial apartments, the Spanish riding school, cici museum, the royal Treasury with the crown jewels, and the Jewish museum. There are lots of fine shops and a variety of restaurants in the area as well as a pedestrian shopping area. We were disappointed with lunch at the Garden cafe but there are other places to dine. We will definitely return when we are in the area again.

First the location is so central and you can get anywhere very easily. The ring tram is one block from entry. The hotel and rooms are stunningly gorgeous. The room that we stayed in is so spacious. It had one bedroom, kitchenette, full dining room, entry and a full bath with walk-in shower and a second half bath. The bedding is very luxurious with soft down pillows and comforter. The blanket is also soft down and very comforting. The people working here are amazingly helpful and kind. All of them. Whoever does the hiring should be praised. Gunther is real gentleman and his only interest is to make our stay comfortable and welcome. His team at the front desk, Tamara, Franziska and new trainee, Ana are the day crew. The were so helpful in so many ways. Always available and willing to do anything and everything for us. The night crew, Yusef and Zeljko took care of a few minoradjustments even late as we were checkin in. Sasha and Kornel were in charge of greeting people at the door. They were such nice gentlemen. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ashish was also really nice and helpful. I hope that I have not left anyone out because they all contributed to making sure our stay was so good. The people who took care of the rooms have done superb job. I had the good fortune to attend a private wine tasting in their cellar. For those who don’t know Palais Coburg actually has the largest wine collection of the greatest wines in the world. I cannot remember if it 30,000 or 60,000 bottles. Niklas who did the tour for me is a young sommelier who knows a lot. He also works in the 2 Michlin star restaurant on the premises. He guided me magnificently. He tells the whole story of the rebirth of Palais Coburg by the new owner. “You get treated like royalty staying here. We LOVED staying here.

Ive stayed at many Ritz properties in city centers all over the world and this one is by far and away the nicest I’ve ever stayed at, both in terms of service as well as the property itself. When I arrived (on foot) I was immediately greeted by the bellman who offered to take my luggage. Check-in was pleasant and I was offered a glass of sparkling wine. As a Titanium member, I was proactively upgraded from a Deluxe room to a Premier Executuve room on the 2nd floor. I really could not tell the difference, but it was still a very nice room (more on that later). I was happy to see they my room was ready at noon and my bags were delivered to the room about five minutes after I arrived. As a Titanium member, I was also offered a property specific welcome gift that I was able to cash in for a 17€ cocktail at the bar by the lobby. The room was absolutely stunning, and was a nice mix of modern and classic. The ceilings mort have been 15 feet high! Bathroom amenities were by Dyptique. The bed was heavenly as were the pillows and bedding; I never wanted to get out of bed! I loved how all the light switches were labeled with what they controlled. The room had a mini bar, Nespresso machine, and plenty of complimentary bottles of water that were replenished twice per day. I simply cannot day enough good things about this room. One minor issue I had, there was a small leak coming from my toilet that I reported that never appeared to be addressed. It didn’t really bother me, but it did appear to get worse throughout my stay. I was able to dine at all the restaurants during my stay. The food at the steakhouse and Italian restaurant was absolutely out of this world, service was good, and drinks were delicious. Prices were fairly high, but it was a nice splurge, and I think the quality and service delivered were in line with what they were charging. I went for a night cap at DBar, and they have a great selection to choose from. I tried the roof bar, but it was about to rain so I was advised to leave as there was no covering. My rate included breakfast, and there was a good selection of hot and cold options, and I was also entitled to a dish from the menu. The buffet was very high quality, especially the pastries; one of the best pain aux raisins I’ve ever had. I did go to the pool and liked the ambiance of the spa area; I wish I could have spent more time there. I had one service issue, which was that during my stay, it was Vienna Pride. The parade passed by the hotel entrance and I guess it got so crazy that the hotel basically went on lockdown and it was nearly impossible to enter. It took me a while to finally get someone to let me in. Not sure how that could have been avoided, but that irked me a little. Great hotel, highly recommend, can’t wait to return!

Wow!! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior suite. We had an incredible view of the city and Belvedere palace. Even if we had not been upgraded, our stay would have been wonderful!! The hotel is beautiful. The wellness facility is great. We used the sauna several times during our stay. The hotel had a variety of snacks and beverages available in the lobby. The workers at the front desk were delightful! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our bed was two twins pushed together which did not bother us. Our room had many big windows which let in lots of natural light. The location worked well for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We were so saddened that we had to leave! I highly, highly recommend.

Got offered at check-in to pay for an upgrade, which - on personal recommendation of the concierge - we accepted --＞ great decision, we got a really distinctive room in terms of view and layout, loved it. We had a very warm welcome by the reception staff and we were happy with how spacious, quiet, and clean the room and entire hotel is. Any time we asked for info or help, we received excellent advice. The location is wonderful and an easy commute to Stephansplatz and everywhere a tourist would like to go. We had some laundry done (for a reasonable charge), a taxi arranged to get ourselves to the train to Budapest, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL breakfast every morning (great coffee!). This is a great little hotel. The staff are fantastic. Genuinely warm and welcoming and will do anything they can to help make your stay that little bit more special. Most of the staff have very interesting back stories so please make sure you take the time to ask them how they came to be working at the hotel. A truly cosmopolitan mix! The location is on a quiet street slightly out of the centre. The metro station is only 10 mins up the road and it’s about a 10 min metro ride into the centre every 10-15 mins so easily accessible. As the public transport prices in Vienna are crazily cheap (€2.40 for a single trip or €5.80 for a day ticket), it makes it very cost effective being slightly out of the centre and not having to pay the crazy premiums for a city centre location! We had breakfast included, which I’d recommend. There was a varied selection available. Mainly based on a continental style menu, but they also include some other selections from various regions around the world. The coffee was self service from a machine, but was more than acceptable and did most types of coffee derivatives. We didn’t have any other meals so can’t comment? The room was a good size and obviously newly refurbished. A solid, but comfy mattress with a single pillow each. I’m sure you could have extra pillows if you needed one? Great roomy shower and the only gripe was the use of a combined hair and body gel. There was no conditioner so be aware if you don’t plan on bringing your own. On the whole, a cracking little hotel and a great concept with regards to staffing. It had a very family run feeling to it rather than the usual corporate style hotels you get these days. Book a stay today, you won’t regret it!!

We have now stayed at the My Place City apartments 3 times and every visit has been superb. On this visit we stayed 2 nights in a deluxe studio. Large (superking) comfy bed, sofa and TV area, separate desk area, shower with excellent power rainfall shower and a kitchenette with fridge (& freezer box), pots/pans, cooking implements for making simple meals, an oven & hob and dishwasher. Kettle and Nespresso machine are also provided. Very good value for accommodation and location. The manager, Sedat, was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Next time we're back in Vienna we will definitely stay again!

The hotel is fairly close to Wien Mitte which is the station you will be using if coming from the airport by CAT or regular train. It took us about 18 minutes to walk but you can also use the subway line 3 to Kardinal Nagl Platz and from there, it is a short walk to the hotel. Reception was efficient and very helpful as the room was not ready when we tried to check in but we were offered to leave our luggage behind so we could start exploring the city. The room was of a good size and the bathroom was really well stocked: dental kit, shaving kit, vanity kit, and shower caps. There were also slippers provided. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices.
