Good business hotel, ok location. But you need a transportation to move around as the hotel transportation is higher than the local standard. No Grubhub nor Uber. Nice spacious room w a shower (trip.com stare “no private bath” I was worried but it meant “no bath tub”. Nice pool on the 5th floor w jets (staff will start when any guests are in the pool”. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast. Cons are: if you take a shower on 5th, entire floor will be wet ….. design error I guess.

I stayed for 4 nights with my partner. The room was large and clean with a kettle, TV, AC, safe. The bed was comfortable and had a nice balcony area outside the room to sit. The pool was a welcome respite after a day in the humidity. The breakfast was good - selection of eggsto order , toast, Asian dishes and plenty of fruit as well - you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. Walking distance to most of the attractions and dining options. Quiet location as well which made for a good sleep. Shower hot as well. Overall I felt it was good value for the price. The only issue I had was they double charged my card for my stay, claimed I had left the hotel without paying - which was untrue as I paid when I arrived then they blamed Booking.com. I had kept my receipt as proof of payment and they refunded the second amount they had charged me in US dollars as I stipulated. So maybe keep an eye on your card if you use it or pay cash and get a receipt.

An older style hotel still our deluxe style room was perfectly adequate with daily servicing with smiling happy staff over the 6 days we were there. The pool on the 2nd floor is good for doing short laps and a small gym with weights and exercise machines. The daily breakfast was good with a great variety happy and efficent staff there led by Ajit a colorful character with a wealth of information we enjoyed many a chat with him. On reception Jer, Khamdy & Khoun were always smiling and helpful, reception manager Annie was lovely and most agreeable to our requests we would stay here again so obviously recommend this hotel.

I have used this hotel. It's a little far from the center, but there are electric bike rentals. It is close to the Thai Embassy. There are many local restaurants in the area. The staff is very friendly and the service is very good, they even changed my room. 私はこのホテルを利用しました。 中心地から少し離れてるが、電気バイクのレンタルがあります。タイ大使館へは近いです。 周辺には、ローカルなレストランがたくさんあります。 スタッフはとても親切で、サービスがとても良く、部屋も変えてくれました。

The room had a very good bed, it was clean. The website describes the hotel as having a sauna. The receptionist informed us of having no sauna. The breakfast was good. I wish there was more information at the reception desk helping foreigners travel. For example, connecting them with bus companies, for busses going to Vang Vieng.

This hotel is in a great location, with friendly, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service. Well worth the price for the absolutely clean room and atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

⭐︎設備⚪︎ ⭐︎スタッフも⚪︎ 日本人でも心配ないクラスのホテルです。 フランス時代のレトロホテルがあればーとレトロが好きなのでこちらを予約。かなり綺麗なのでフランス時代の建物ではないかもだけど、パトゥーサイの近くに泊まりたかったのも選んだ理由の一つです。フランス時代古いガチ系なら三千円台でもいいかなーと思ってましたが、下調べで物価も安いし治安もちょっと気をつけろレベルとのことでしたので、安すぎる宿はやばいかなと、少し高めのこちらに。 昼間は藤井聡太くん似の優しそうだけどテキパキしたスタッフが対応してくれました。 予約時のリクエストも確認済みで、少しパトゥーサイの見える上の方の3階？上から二番目でした。 シンク等はアメリカンなんちゃら〜のやつで、それ以外の設備も日本メーカーだったりで安心感がありました。 流しやシャワーの詰まりもなかった。 シンプルだけど朝食付きで6千円台なら文句なしな感じ。 ただ、私の出国が23時台だったので チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて、可能であればスパか空き部屋のシャワーを借りたいと思ってました。 レイトチェックアウトが特典についてたので14時チェックアウトにして。 フロントの藤井聡太くん似の彼に朝食後に伝えると次のカスタマーがくるとのこと。 私はチェックアウトまで外出して戻って荷造りしてシャワーを浴びる予定でしたが、 14時前に次のカスタマーのスーツケースを私の部屋に置きにきました、、、 まさかそんなに早いとは思わず、、、 慌てて用意して14時頃に降りたけど次のカスタマーが彼に　もぅ15分も待ってるんだぞ！前の客はどーなってんだ！的に詰め寄ってました汗 準備の遅い私も悪いと思いますが、他の部屋はガラ空きなのに なんでわざわざ同じ部屋にしたんや、、、と思いました笑 コスト削減で稼働する部屋を決めてるのかもだけど。 掃除はきちんとしてる感じでしたし。 彼にお詫びのお菓子渡したけど苦笑いでした、、、 （因みに箱入りの千円以下のちょっとちゃんとしたやつ。でもホテル玄関のスタッフに抹茶のキットカットをお土産であげたんですが日本だと3、400円なのにラオスはショッピングモールで千円しててびっくりした） 荷物を預けてまた外出して、夜に戻ると別の30代から40代くらいの男性スタッフに変わってました。 藤井聡太くんがシャワーを借りるのにいくらか支払うと言ったらOKしてくれたのですが、金額がまだわからないとのことで、この人に聞いたら、この人もわからんとのこと。 でも藤井聡太くんが夜の人に聞いてってゆってたというと、夜のスタッフは50？といったように思ったので その時私は5万キップ（500円弱）でいいのか！やす！と思いつつ、 空き部屋の2階の部屋に通してくれました。 シャワーを浴びてる最中、支払額のやり取りの際に スタッフが　（シャワーを使ったら）掃除をしないといけないから〜　と言ってたのでもしかして15やったんかな！？ 私の勘違い！？ 六千円以上するホテルなので2千円程シャワー代に残してて。やっぱり15万（千五百円ほど）かなと 15万渡すと多すぎ、とのこと。10万でも多いと。 5万でよかったみたい。お釣りないとのことでしたが、その人が探しに行ってる間に、わたしの手持ちにあったので五万キップでいけました。でも本当は15万のような気が、、、（私の英語力がそんなになのでいつもは電卓で確認して交渉してる）安くなったからいいけど。 で、タクシーも呼んでくれるとのことで 頼んで、少しチップを渡しました。 アプリ（安い）で呼んだっぽくて、いくらかゆわれたんですが、よく聞き取れなくて　？って顔してると100（10万キップ）でいいって言ってくれました。また結局安くなった感じ このスタッフさんは普通にタクシーとかの人らと変わらん感じなのか、値切れてるっぽくてもやもやしました笑 まぁ安いのでいいんですが。 アプリなので普通のうーばー的な感じでしたが、支払いはドライバーに渡しました。スタッフさんが後でいくらかもらったのかは謎。 因みに空港からはタクシーの受付で130万ちょいだったので 帰りはそれより安いのは分かってましたかまだ100万キップならそこそこ安いのかなと言った感じ。アプリなら本当はもっと安いかもですが、、、 そこらへんはなんかモヤモヤしましたが、金額が知れてるのと とりあえずちゃんと対応してくれたので良いです。 ホテルからの観光は、歩いて直ぐにパトゥーサイがあるのでそこでトゥクトゥクが拾えます。ただ、公園の手前でポツンと路上で休んでる人とか少し外れた場所の方がいいかも。公園の中のメイン的な人らはいくら？って聞いたらかなりぼったくり価格だったので交渉すらする気にならなかった。（数百円の距離を千円以上でゆってくる） あと備品は水、シャンプー、ボディーソープはOKなレベル。普段シャンプー類は持参のものを使うのですが手洗い石鹸は今回使わせてもらったら、あまり泡立たなかったので参考までに。 ベットは結構高さがあるので背の低い人や車椅子の人は乗るのが大変かも。椅子も高かったような、、、 バルコニーは素敵だった！

Nice place for the family. All amenities in place, convinient location. Breakfast is poor though. Very limited offer, if you stay longer it might be an obstacle. Airport pick up very pricy, we paid USD 10 for 10 minute ride, better use loco app to get 3 times cheaper.
