Hotel Dengan Pools di Victoria, Australia

I booked to stay at the location on short notice and in the days before an event in Melbourne. Regarding the booking I got a very good rate. I can’t complain about the price. The location was excellent for my needs and was close to the city centre and food. There is an Aldi directly beside it too. The overall check in and I suppose check out process was easy enough but I felt like the counter staff were expecting a complaint when you approach and so weren’t very friendly until they realise you aren’t complaining, at least I wasn’t. The room to be honest was fine. The place is not brand new but the sheets were clean, the shower was clean and for $90 a night I had a 2 bedroom apartment with enough space got 4 people so it was fine. I read reviews on another site after booked and it was harrowing thinking that I was going to be staying in a bed bug infested dirty roach hotel however, it was not the case. Overall the room was honestly run down with old furniture but there was a full size working fridge, microwave, tv that worked and had Netflix, hot water and a comfortable enough bed with clean sheets.

I have 2 issues one is the check in and check out time 10 am check out is too early if check in is after 2pm . I wanted to purchase breakfast add on but was told not possible at food checkout even though they had terminal, had to go to reception to do , however reception said they could do at breakfast bar which I just came from !  Second at reception I informed them that my room would not be vacant rd until breakfast was consumed at 10.30 , no problems but upon returning to room it had been serviced at some of my belongings removed!! Short getaway to Geelong and we found this gems😍 Cosy enough for a couple👍🏽 Breakfast was simple and not too bad. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful👍🏽 Location is quiet and convenience to go anywhere👍🏽

I arrived at late check-in time on 2/11 Sunday and Mildua Inlander's staff was after office hour so I contacted to staff for room check-in by phone call, Staff are so helpful to help me to collect the room key and required admin work. However, due to the resort's layout and my room location(my room is ROOM 90), the circulation of the hotel is not poor, poor room ordering(it is not by 101 for on 1/F like typical hotel, it is using 1-50 for G/F, 51-100 for level 1; if 101-110 for block 1, 121-129 for block 2, 131-139 for block 3, 141-150 for block 4 would be better), no coherent corridor at the end, not much signage and map/easy to miss, no Lift or easy ramp for level 1. so, it is hard to find my room and poor experience before entry the room. Room is good for me. One thing is: can consider to have openable window after the mosquito net on the balcony sliding door if I don't want to turn on the air-conditioner.

Location was very good and staffs are generally kind. But first night the room was not proper normal hotel room. It seems like they temporary made extra room next to emergency pipeline location. The room was face to elevator and it was very weird and feel not safe to traveler. We asked changing room and they give us a new room next day. It was not welcoming experience. And hope they don’t use this room for guests.

I recently stayed at an Ibis Style Melbourne Airport Hotel, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The receptionist, Linda, was absolutely amazing—her friendliness and helpfulness made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect environment for a good night's rest before my flight the next morning.  The complimentary shuttle bus service was incredibly convenient and made getting to the airport a breeze. I truly appreciated this added benefit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return during my next trip. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

The room is a very dated. Passable for a night stay.

Asrama anak perempuan saya betul-betul bertentangan Walaupun ia adalah kawasan yang tidak bebas, anda boleh menaiki trem percuma hanya 400 meter dari perpustakaan Ia sangat mudah untuk menaiki trem atau berjalan ke mana-mana setiap hari. Saya menginap selama tiga malam dan menukar kepada dua jenis bilik. Bilik ini mempunyai dapur dan ruang tamu, sangat dekat dengan Pasar Wei Ma! Kelemahannya ialah tong sampah dan tuala mandi tidak ditukar sejak beberapa hari ini, tetapi kami tidak peduli, kami hanya boleh mengeringkan tuala mandi di balkoni .

I stay at this park regularly and was a bit upset when l arrived this time to find l had been booked into a cabin towards the back of the park when l had booked and paid for a cabin with a lake view. The lady on the desk explained that there had been an error on the booking site saying that there was a water view cabin available at the time l booked when there wasn't any left. She then explained that the manager had rang and explained this to the people affected. I never received any phone calls or messages. I didn't receive any refund for the mix up and was told l had been given an upgrade to the cabin at the back of the park. The cabin we were given looked at the road, had a broken tile in bathroom in front of the shower, one light in lounge room not working, a broken glass in the cupboard, dirty cutlery in drawer and a TV that was so tiny other than that it was the same as the room with the lake view so how was it an upgrade ?
