For the amount I paid, I really can’t complain. The villa was spacious, and beautifully designed. The air conditioner in the bedroom could be stronger, but it was within the acceptable range. Caught mice two days in a row in the kitchen - this could be a turn-off to some people! Fortunately the bedroom was free of pests. The management provided house-cleaning as well as turn-down service daily. The pool is private, if it helps.

The location is ideal: it is close to the airport and a short walk to the main street for food and drinks. This villa is advertised as newly built in 2024, and the only drawback is the management. The floor is extremely sticky, and the room we were given was not thoroughly cleaned. After nine days in Papuan and Manggis, we only stayed here for one night to make the journey to the airport easier, but we had to clean the incredibly filthy floor. Although the office is normally empty, the counter person was lying on the sofa with the phone playing on the earphones and the air conditioner running full blast at night. It is strange that they work the other way around, and the office gets hot during the day without air conditioning. There is no fridge in the room. The shower faucets were rusted.

The male receptionist was very friendly, chatty and helpful. The accommodation is great for a couple for a short term stay as it is quite small with the bedroom space. I enjoyed the outdoor setting with a hammock, pool, bathtub and a functional kitchen with filtered water (hot and cold). What could have been improved is the cleanliness of the swimming pool as there were long black hair and the pool looks dirty, the hot water didn't work temporarily but they attended to get it fixed which is a good thing and the breakfast request for vegan wasn't delivered the way I requested and they cooked eggs and gave croissants. I think English isn't so great with the staff for this breakfast request to be executed well and the waiter forgot to bring a juice but was able to provide when I contacted reception that a juice was missing. Attention to detail can be improved here. Location is great because it's away from the main road and walking distance to eateries and shops.

We spent 5 days here for our honeymoon and 5 days at another part of Bali and it was the perfect stay.
Customer service is brilliant with lovely food.
The facilities are excellent and the private pool is great. I loved staying there and would definitely go back.

There is a car service to take you to the beach or to other areas of the hotel area. What amazed me was that all the hotels are in the one area, so you're walking around a large 5 star complex, as opposed to a local area.
I would recommend this place to anyone, it's amazing.

It was a great and relaxing stay here. Our room was spacious, was simple and classically decorated with the rice terrace view from the balcony. The grounds were well kept and healing to walk through. Nice view from their open air spa. Very friendly and personable service. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and a special balinese dance with dinner event one of of the evenings. Great location in the middle of restaurants and shops. Saw a couple of monkeys that minded their own business. Will be keen to check out and stay at their other newer Komaneka hotels :)

Отдыхали в двухэтажной вилле Damina 13 дней. Отличные кровати, на каждом этаже свой санузел, большая кухня гостиная и свой личный бассейн. Каждый день возит шатл на пляж или тц в 10 утра и 14 ч дня бесплатно, также каждый день пополняют воду, чай и кофе по запросу. Уборка также по запросу, как и смена полотенец. Вилла отлично подходит для проживания, если не обращать внимание на старую сантехнику и кое-где следы от кондиционера на стенах. Наш самолёт прилетел ночью и несмотря на то, что ресепшен ночью не работает, нас встретили и сразу поселили и помогали по любым вопросам. Пляж в 15 минутах ходьбы, также в 10 минутах отличный продуктовый магазин и по этой же дороге очень вкусное кафе. Очень тихо вокруг, что важно и не было живности.

I recently stayed at Fenosa Villa Seminyak with a friend, and it was an incredible experience! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay.
The villa itself was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We enjoyed lounging by the private pool and soaking in the serene atmosphere. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to the vibrant Seminyak area.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was delivered right to our villa. While it was just okay, the convenience of having it brought to us each morning was a nice touch.

**Great Stay, but Checkout Drama**
Our stay at this 4-bedroom villa in Canggu was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of two adults, two kids, and a baby. The villa offered plenty of space, a beautiful private pool, and all the amenities we needed. It’s well-located near cafes, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful.
However, the drama started at checkout. They accused us of taking a pool towel and even opened our suitcase in front of our children to check, but found nothing. After insisting they check the CCTV footage, it turned out nothing was missing. It seems the housekeeping may have miscounted the towels, but they refused to acknowledge that.
I’d advise anyone staying at a villa to ask for a checklist after housekeeping to avoid these kinds of issues—especially when dealing with children in front of them.

The villas located close enough to get to most places - Thump up for this aspect.
Street access to the Villas is a loamy dirt & gravels, very dirty with rubbish, overgrown bushes & Recycle waste on road sides. The odour is very bad. Big thump down.
Villas services and other inhouse factors are great, especially the private pool.
Great interior landscape, good room size.
I would still give it a 5 star rating, it's because the access road to the Villas is belonging to local government, not the Villas fault.

Cons- was told to order from inhouse restaurant tried almost all menu. TV not working well. No outside food delivery allowed (grab). Booked in advance with request thats is honeymoon & my wife birthday, no preparation in the room or even a proper candle.
In general we will still plan to come back and book in this place.

PPengguna TetamuStayed 4 nights at end June 2022. Paid $336aud per night for an Ibah suite. We are a couple with a very active 2 year old boy and I was 6.5months pregnant. All of this is important to our review!
Stunning setting, incredible jungle and peaceful but next to town. Incredible balcony views. The grounds are incredible, such a huge area to maintain. Lovely friendly staff, yummy breakfasts.
The resort is sadly still struggling after covid, but reduced rates for rooms help. We felt what we paid per night was still a lot. Room needed some love generally, with several minor complaints which can be expected when they have only just reopened after many months of closure. Any more significant ones (e.g. toilet leaked, sink blocked up, and blind cords broke were all fixed very quickly upon request).
Wish they'd been clearer about the services yet to resume when we booked so we could've set our expectations. The shuttle in and out of town was not yet back on, which wouldn't have been a problem without a toddler and being pregnant.
Afternoon tea was not on, restaurant was not back open other than breakfast.
Had to choose brekky options and timing the night before which was a bit annoying- on holiday not wanting to plan, and 2 year olds often have different wake up ideas day to day!
Main thing that was hard was the unsuitability for toddlers. Sorry Warwick Ibah, but it's just not great for young kids. We are not super precious and rented a villa with a pool elsewhere we loved, but the hazards at Warwick Ibah were on a whole new level! Slippy pathways, big drop offs on balconies with low walls, ability to lock themselves in bathrooms, steep steps, steps at door thresholds, couches so high that falling off would result in injury, etc. It was exhausting not being able to look away for 30 seconds. If we were without our toddler I'm sure it would've felt very different though, I just want to share this for other parents of active toddlers.
Finally, rooms are all very bespoke. Don't expect the room to look exactly like the photos from the booking page, each has it's own unique character. The hotel staff kindly moved us when we expressed our disappointment in the room we were first given in comparison to the photos we expected.
In summary, either get a bargain room or check what services are yet to start; and don't take an active toddler. I really wish Warwick Ibah all the best in recovering from covid times- the wonderful staff and incredible property deserve it!

TREEHOUSE B (COCOS NUCIFERA)
Semi-outdoor concept which is not accurately represented in the photos. In essence, everything but the bedroom is outdoors. Which also means that you are exposed to all possible bugs whenever you aren’t in the bedroom. 🫨
There are three levels; the floor with the main entrance is also where the bathroom is, further up is the kitchen/dining + wardrobe area and further up is a sofa + the bedroom.
Note that the stairs are open so there is a possibility of dropping things or people peeping through the gaps. 👀
They really tried to make it like a treehouse by using wooden slats for everything but unfortunately did not sufficiently waterproof the wooden slats enough so there was water damage and rot already present despite this only opening this year. We saw this in both treehouses A and B.
Ended moving to treehouse A when we woke to loud construction on our second morning there.
TREEHOUSE A (PLUMERIA)
This one is enclosed so there is at least some respite from bugs but somehow there were always at least two mosquitoes at any given time which we were either battling or getting bitten by.
The lizards also found their way into this one and left their giant turds around. Some places where we found said giant turds: next to my pillow and on the tissue box that we put on the table. 🤢
The bed is also set above ground and only accessible by ladder (!!!) which I understand it supposed to evoke treehouse vibes but is SO dangerous even for adults, especially when you need to climb down half-asleep to go to the toilet.
Water damage/wood rot was also visible in the bathroom area for this one but at least the hot water was more consistent than treehouse B, which seemed to run out in less than a minute.
Only upside is that staff is quite responsive and flexible in allowing us to change treehouses.

Overall, Grün is good for a one to two night stay if you’re seeking a more novel outdoor accommodation experience, but I cannot recommend this for longer stays, nor families with young children or the elderly.
And would I return? Likely not.

PPengguna TetamuThe facilities and service were really excellent. The choice of pools meant ability to find a quiet place to chill if desired and the personalised service was great. The staff knew which coffee and omelette I liked by the second day and were constantly offering more. Breakfast mimosas and the lovely room were a bonus. For me, the location would be a bit isolated if we stayed any more than the 3 days (need a 20+ minute taxi to get to most restaurants), but for such a short trip u was pretty content to mostly stay put!

PPengguna TetamuThis review has some positives which should not be ignored, but the negatives were the things that swayed me to not return to Villa Jerami.
When the Taxi turned into the road of the Villa, I felt like I was arriving into a ghetto. A very derelict area that seems to be an alley at the back of some businesses with lots of rubbish in and out of bins at the sides of the road. I was quite nervous about the decision to stay at Villa Jerami. Walking into the reception area did not raise my hopes of a great stay at these villas as the reception is very basic and doesn’t provide a positive or welcoming experience. I had to sign a paper about being charged for knowingly or unknowingly damaging the property and then was warned that my bag could be snatched and I should keep a hold of it and be careful which raised my suspicions that the villa was in an unsafe area. My hopes of enjoying these villas diminished completely at this point. We were then escorted to our villa for a tour and when the entrance gate was unlocked I was pleasantly surprised by a small swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen dining and sitting area that was very nice at first glance. On opening the villa, and stepping inside, it didn’t look too bad, although I did get a whiff of dampness. When we went into the bathroom my feelings of disappointment returned as it was very dated and had stained areas and patches of mould. The bathroom is most important to me and I felt like it wasn’t clean because of the way it looked. The toilet seat was wobbly and the water was not draining from the basin and shower very well, but once reported this was rectified very quickly. We went to the restaurant to see if we could get some food as it was late. We quickly changed our minds as it looked like the staff had packed up for the night and were being disturbed. The following morning we went for breakfast which was included daily. We were given a sheet of paper that was a list of available food and told we could choose one item from each row. One item was omelet or eggs or Potato Rosti. If you wanted bacon, it could only be chosen with 5 specific menu items (so if I wanted a potato rosti and bacon this wasn’t allowed). We only had breakfast once and didn’t like it so didn’t return to the restaurant. The positives of Villa Jerami are that they clean your Villa every day and give you clean linen and towels. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The swimming pool and outside area is clean and well maintained. All the staff are friendly, but the best staff member that this resort has is Oka, he was amazing, he went above and beyond to try and make our stay amazing right up to arranging for us to be able to shower when our check out was midday but flight was at 11pm. If the front of the resort wasn’t is such a bad position and the rooms and especially bathrooms had a bit of a revamp, this would be an amazing place to stay.

Провели на этой вилле 7 дней и 6 ночей в апреле/мае 2025 года. Вилла новая, выглядит свежо, персонал вежливый и старается сгладить негатив. Однако я столкнулся с проблемами, требующими внимания владельца. Без публичных отзывов недостатки, вероятно, останутся без изменений, так как обратная связь сотрудникам редко доходит до владельца.
Проблемы:
1. Кондиционеры в комнатах шумят, мешая сну.
2. У бассейна нет столика, стульев или зонтика, что неудобно для отдыха на улице.
3. Двери без коробок, закрываются с трудом, имеют щели, пропускающие комаров и позволяющие видеть происходящее внутри. Стопоры — хлипкие куски дерева, некоторые сломаны, из-за чего двери открываются не в ту сторону.
4. В первый день из слива в подсобке (где стоит диспенсер) появился запах фекалий. Сотрудники заклеили слив скотчем. Через сутки вонь появилась в душевых на втором этаже. Это указывает на ошибки в проектировании канализации: сливы душа, вероятно, подключены к септику, как унитазы, что недопустимо. Вонь появляется с вечера до утра ежедневно.
5. В одной ванной на втором этаже низкий порожек и пол с уклоном не к сливу, а к порогу. При долгом душе вода вытекает в коридор, а со временем может капать на первый этаж.
6. На первом этаже тонкие занавески, не скрывающие происходящее от соседей на втором этаже соседнего дома.
7. Wi-Fi работает нормально на втором этаже, но на первом сигнал слабый, часто пропадает, подключение затруднено.
8. В ванных нет вешалок, сотрудники клали полотенца на крышку унитаза, что негигиенично.
9. Под окнами идет строительство, по утрам шумит техника и старый автомобиль с громкими выхлопами, водитель которого газует долгое время.
10. Воду в бутылках не поставляли несколько дней из-за проблем с поставщиком. Зубных щеток в ванной нет, хотя остального всего в достатке.
11. На шестой день заселились шумные соседи, оравшие во дворе допоздна и мешавшие спать. Их дети шумели рано утром. При заселении не инструктируют о необходимости соблюдать тишину после 20:00.
12. Вода в бассейне (25-26°C) холоднее моря (30-32°C). Обновление воды дважды в сутки — плюс, но шум льющейся воды часами может раздражать любителей тишины, а потому и раза хватило бы в сутки.
Вывод:
Если владелец бизнеса устранит недостатки, вилла может стать отличным местом для отдыха. Иначе негативные отзывы и устаревание (вилла новая, август 2024) отпугнут туристов, особенно для длительного пребывания. Пока рекомендовать сложно, но будущее зависит от устранения проблем.

What truly made our stay remarkable was the surprise birthday celebration organized by my husband with the villa's staff. They helped him plan a beautiful decoration setup, complete with balloons, and an elaborate flower decoration that covered the entire pool. It was a wonderful gesture that made my birthday truly unforgettable.
However, we did encounter some stray dogs in the area that chased us and our little kids, which was unsettling. But, we informed the staff, and they promptly offered to help accompany us if we felt scared or uncomfortable in the future.
Thank you to everyone at Ayona Villa for making us feel at home ❤️

Tetapi segala-galanya sedikit letih (tuala, tandas), sarapan pagi biasanya sedikit daripada yang saya lihat semasa percutian saya, kerana pada hari pertama jus itu rosak. Mungkin memang bajet sebab bilik tak besar. Jadi perlu diingat ini adalah jenis 4 tetapi di sini anda tidak akan merasa privasi dengan alam semula jadi seperti Ubud. Dan kehadiran kolam renang di dalam bilik tetapi jarak yang lebih jauh dari pantai dan jalan-jalan akan membuat anda berfikir. Tetapi sekali lagi perbandingan adalah penilaian

Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Positives:
Spacious and Clean Villas: The villas were roomy and well-maintained, with plenty of living space and comfortable bedrooms. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived.
Private Pool: The private pool was a major highlight of the trip! It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical weather.
Friendly Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to answer questions and assist with anything we needed. They have a strong network to assist visitors and went out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay in Bali.
Breakfast included: The breakfast was okay, but the menu could have been more diverse, especially for guests staying for a longer period.
The Location: The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxation.
Areas for Improvement:
Limited Dining Options: While breakfast was ok, the room service had a limited menu for other meals. We had similar menu for breakfast(partly because of halal) through out our stay there.It would have been better to have more dining options especially for those who stays longer.
Halal Food: It is extremely important that 'Halal' food is served to Muslim visitors. We had an incident during our stay where bacon was served even after reminding the staff of our request upon checking in.
Minor Maintenance Issues: We encountered a couple of minor maintenance issues in the villa, such as a flickering light. Although the staff promptly addressed these issues, it would be ideal to have more thorough preventative maintenance to avoid such inconveniences.
Insect Issue: We experienced an issue during our visit with the ”ulat seribu kaki” season, where the pools and ground floors were frequented by these insects.
In Conclusion:
I had a great experience at The Miracle Villas Nusa Dua. The villas were spacious and clean, and the private pools were a great addition. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere and made my stay truly memorable. However, the ‘bacon incident’ made us a bit upset and cautious about the food being served. I hope that the management takes this issue seriously, especially for future Muslim guests. Thank you.
