I recently stayed at Hilton Bali Resort and overall it was a really pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere immediately stood out. The resort has a calm and relaxing vibe, surrounded by beautiful scenery that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Whether it was walking through the gardens or just sitting by the pool, everything felt peaceful and well maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the staff. The team was consistently friendly, polite, and very welcoming. They were always ready to help with any request and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would like to sincerely thank Desak, Aditya, Susanti, and Mastra for assisting me during my stay. Their kindness and support truly made a difference and left a lasting impression. Cleanliness was also excellent. The rooms were neat, tidy, and well taken care of, and the common areas were kept in great condition. It is clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining a high standard, which I really appreciated. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the availability of halal food options. While there were some choices, having a wider variety or clearer options would make the stay even better, especially for Muslim guests. Overall, everything else was very good. The facilities, the environment, and the service all came together to create a memorable stay. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

A fantastic hotel on the eastern part of the island. It is more suitable for a quiet family vacation and for those who prefer beach relaxation over surfing and parties. It is located quite far from the center of the island's main activity. The hotel has excellent infrastructure. The room was large, spacious, clean, and had everything needed. The breakfasts were excellent and very varied. The hotel staff is wonderful and very friendly. I would especially like to highlight the bartender Dede, who was very courteous and helped me repeatedly in planning my activities in Bali. The hotel has a private beach and various pools to suit any taste. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

Nice place close to the airport and maintenance rd. Booked deluxe room. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Rooms arent soundproof. They had a group staying on the same floor which were super loud. Staff are lovely.

Hotel yang sangat selesa dengan rasa Bali yang sangat. Kebetulan saya baru tempah sehari sebelum masih dapat harga sekitar 160 untuk kemudahan lengkap. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
