Hotel dengan Wifi di Bali

"Saya akan memberikan markah yang lebih rendah pada hotel ini (isu kecil kebersihan). Namun, saya berubah fikiran kerana prestasi keseluruhan yang ditunjukkan oleh semua kakitangan, lokasi hotel dan faktor privasi. Semua kakitangan meja depan dan bahagian belakang sangat mesra, sentiasa tersenyum dan berbahasa Inggeris dengan baik. Keikhlasan benar-benar menunjukkan dan saya berasa dialu-alukan. Sarapan pagi murah ( IDR40k) walaupun menu terhad, tetapi masih ok. Ruang bilik yang baik dengan peralatan mandian yang minimum. TV pintar, wifi yang kuat, laluan dewan yang bersih. Lokasi tidak begitu jauh dari jalan utama, 10-15 minit berjalan kaki ke Pantai Kuta / Legian. Sepanjang perjalanan, terdapat banyak kedai makan, kedai serbaneka di hadapan hotel. Berhampiran lapangan terbang. Kurang daripada 20 minit pada trafik biasa. Jika saya kembali untuk transit di Bali lagi selama 1-2 malam, saya pasti akan menempah hotel ini lagi. terima kasih"

"Starting on the positives, I got my hair done in the hotel salon (Maria’s Salon) and she did such an amazing job. She was so nice, enjoyed her company and was very thorough with my hair. Honestly I don’t like my hair straight but they did it so well I loved it! The reception as well they were very very friendly. The location was very very convenient near the airport since we had an early flight the next day and the price? Absolutely worth it! Next, the downside… the bathroom had a window next to the shower which shows the bedroom. There was blinds and it was a bit moldy which is a bit yuck but if you just leave it up it doesn’t really matter. It just threw me and my partner off. Also the pool, there was algae in the pool making the pool a bit murky. Would not recommend to put your head down. Overall though, not too bad!"

"The location is nice near the beach but I wouldn't stay here again. You can't order delivery food to the lobby so you need to walk outside the hotel to get orders which is much farther than expected because it is a large resort property with many buildings. Overall I would not recommend because of this as delivery food is one of the main things I like about traveling to Bali for vacation. The check in process was also late as too many people were waiting for the rooms at 3pm it ended up taking very long for people to get their room keys. The view from seaview room is nice. The location is good for walking to the beach."

"Onix Park Resort Ubud | 7/10 Unfortunately, our stay here started with a lot of stress and disappointment. I had booked a Townhouse 2BR villa and had confirmation both from Trip.com and via email, but upon check-in, the reception couldn’t find our reservation at all. The staff member handling it kept looking at her computer and phone without explaining what was going on, and I had to keep asking what the issue was. Eventually they admitted they didn’t have the villa I’d booked and started showing us alternatives. The first option they showed us was in questionable condition — dirty, and they only offered to clean it while we waited. The next option they proposed was two separate 1-bedroom units, which completely missed the point — we specifically wanted a villa with 2 bedrooms under one roof so we could stay together as a group of 3, not be split across separate units. I explained this clearly, but the staff kept pushing the separate rooms as if it were the same thing. It was only once my friend (who is Indonesian) happened to speak with the manager and another staff member she knew personally that things moved — they offered us a 5-bedroom villa instead. By this point over an hour had passed since our check-in time, so we accepted just to move things along. But even this villa had cleanliness issues — not from previous guests, but more like rooms that hadn’t been regularly maintained or used in a while, with a noticeable musty smell in some of them. The kitchen cutlery also looked like it hadn’t been washed in some time. The villa itself was beautiful, but the housekeeping and upkeep let it down badly. We had to pick two rooms and wait again while they cleaned, so we went out for dinner in the meantime.Oh and one more thing- after housekeeping came to clean the second day they left the dirty cloth on the kitchen table . The property itself has real potential — the villa was lovely — but the booking confusion, unclear communication, and lack of regular upkeep made for a very stressful start to our stay. If these issues were sorted out, this could be a great place to stay."

"The hotel is in a central location and is close to the Mall. Our stay was overall a great experience. The property is quite large, with a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The breakfast was definitely a highlight — there were many options available, with a strong focus on local dishes, which gave us a chance to try different flavors and enjoy a more authentic experience. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room as a family. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, which made it difficult for our toddler to fall asleep. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would rate this property an 8/10"

"Menginap selama 1 malam sejak kami tiba di Bali pada larut malam. Hotel ini baik-baik saja, tandas benar-benar bersih tetapi cadar mempunyai sedikit noda. Maksud saya apa yang anda boleh jangkakan daripada hotel bajet $15, anda mendapat apa yang anda bayar. Secara keseluruhan saya berpuas hati kerana ia bersih dan perkhidmatannya juga baik."

"Указано что отель новый, но это не так. Сделали реставрацию номеров, что существенно повысило его привлекательность. В бассейне не работает освещение, но в целом чистый. Персонал плохо говорит по английски. Серверуют небольшой завтрак по меню. Расположение в глубине, до магазина и кафе нужно пройтис"

"Very clean and the staffs were all polite and helpful. The private quarter style is suitable for solo travelers who aren't comfortable with the concept of mingling in hostels but still want affordable option. WiFi is provided. Plenty of food places around. Superb location."

Kawalan penghawa dingin tidak berfungsi (tidak dapat mengubah aliran udara ke paras yang lebih rendah), dan kipas ekzos di dalam bilik mandi tidak berfungsi."
