"Hotel at good location , cleaning every day But be ready because room is very small, literally, you just come inside and you already on the bed, no windows for someone who like dark is good, generally so it will be not a lot of space to put your staff. At bathroom small ants time to time going for a walk:) In total for this value of money perfect to get nice sleep , and be in middle of city;)"

"Starting on the positives, I got my hair done in the hotel salon (Maria’s Salon) and she did such an amazing job. She was so nice, enjoyed her company and was very thorough with my hair. Honestly I don’t like my hair straight but they did it so well I loved it! The reception as well they were very very friendly. The location was very very convenient near the airport since we had an early flight the next day and the price? Absolutely worth it! Next, the downside… the bathroom had a window next to the shower which shows the bedroom. There was blinds and it was a bit moldy which is a bit yuck but if you just leave it up it doesn’t really matter. It just threw me and my partner off. Also the pool, there was algae in the pool making the pool a bit murky. Would not recommend to put your head down. Overall though, not too bad!"

"The location was perfect, and the breakfast was great. The best part was that we stayed for three nights and had a different breakfast selection each day, which was a really nice touch. The staff were amazing—very kind, friendly, and welcoming. I also visited the spa and had a good experience with the treatment. However, the spa reception staff were quite loud, which was a little annoying as I feel a spa should have a calm and quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately, the shower in my room was very mouldy, and the toilet was not clean, which was disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the bathroom cleanliness and noise level at the spa could definitely be improved."

"Nice location! Nearby restaurants, money exchange centres, old town and transportation. Great staff! Helpful and nice! The breakfast was ok! Buffet style. We will definitely come back here next time. The price was cheap! The rooms we're clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Onix Park Resort Ubud | 7/10 Unfortunately, our stay here started with a lot of stress and disappointment. I had booked a Townhouse 2BR villa and had confirmation both from Trip.com and via email, but upon check-in, the reception couldn’t find our reservation at all. The staff member handling it kept looking at her computer and phone without explaining what was going on, and I had to keep asking what the issue was. Eventually they admitted they didn’t have the villa I’d booked and started showing us alternatives. The first option they showed us was in questionable condition — dirty, and they only offered to clean it while we waited. The next option they proposed was two separate 1-bedroom units, which completely missed the point — we specifically wanted a villa with 2 bedrooms under one roof so we could stay together as a group of 3, not be split across separate units. I explained this clearly, but the staff kept pushing the separate rooms as if it were the same thing. It was only once my friend (who is Indonesian) happened to speak with the manager and another staff member she knew personally that things moved — they offered us a 5-bedroom villa instead. By this point over an hour had passed since our check-in time, so we accepted just to move things along. But even this villa had cleanliness issues — not from previous guests, but more like rooms that hadn’t been regularly maintained or used in a while, with a noticeable musty smell in some of them. The kitchen cutlery also looked like it hadn’t been washed in some time. The villa itself was beautiful, but the housekeeping and upkeep let it down badly. We had to pick two rooms and wait again while they cleaned, so we went out for dinner in the meantime.Oh and one more thing- after housekeeping came to clean the second day they left the dirty cloth on the kitchen table . The property itself has real potential — the villa was lovely — but the booking confusion, unclear communication, and lack of regular upkeep made for a very stressful start to our stay. If these issues were sorted out, this could be a great place to stay."

"The hotel is in a central location and is close to the Mall. Our stay was overall a great experience. The property is quite large, with a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The breakfast was definitely a highlight — there were many options available, with a strong focus on local dishes, which gave us a chance to try different flavors and enjoy a more authentic experience. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room as a family. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, which made it difficult for our toddler to fall asleep. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would rate this property an 8/10"

"Menginap selama 1 malam sejak kami tiba di Bali pada larut malam. Hotel ini baik-baik saja, tandas benar-benar bersih tetapi cadar mempunyai sedikit noda. Maksud saya apa yang anda boleh jangkakan daripada hotel bajet $15, anda mendapat apa yang anda bayar. Secara keseluruhan saya berpuas hati kerana ia bersih dan perkhidmatannya juga baik."

"Dyou Villa is a total gem on Nusa Penida! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their warm and friendly service. It’s set in a fantastic location that makes getting around the island easy, and the entire place is kept spotless. Really enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe Double Room with the balcony—definitely a 5-star experience!"

"Ini hostel yang hebat. Saya harap ada hostel seperti ini di China! Bilik single yang sepenuhnya peribadi, dengan kad akses individu untuk katil dua tingkat – tidak seperti di China yang hanya memerlukan langsir untuk ruang tertutup! Tandas dan pancuran mandian berada di luar, yang merupakan satu kemestian bagi mana-mana hostel! Di China, pancuran mandian di dalam bilik selalunya kotor dan berbau. Dan harganya berpatutan, kurang daripada 50 yuan. Hostel ini jauh lebih tinggi daripada hostel backpacker terbaik di China!"

"Worth the money we have paid for. Almost all the staff is approachable. Everyday they do cleaning of the room upon request. Location is top notch, is on the center of town and beach area. Amenities is also good. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties. So far, 4of 5 coz during our stay they are doing watersystem maintenance hence no water from 11pm- 3:00am though they have informed us earlier. They should have an alternative options to ensure that there is still water at the hotel for guests use. Overall, if given the chance will still be back to Grand Ixora."
