A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. Upon arrival you are surprised that unlike most hotels is da nang this property is not vertically high rise but rather horizontally wide giving everyone view to beautiful landscape, 5 pools as well as the most in demand beautiful beach. Check in process - 5 star - it was efficiently done with zero delays or hassles, the room key was handed over along with explanation document of the facilities. The bags were sent to the room before my arrival to the room. Having an expat manager at the reception was definitely a big plus. Rooms - 5 star - it’s a classic property newly renovated while maintaining its classic atmosphere. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms that offer bathtub as well as walk-in shower which is very convenient and offers you a choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. The Spa - 5 star - having a Malaysian receptionist was definitely an advantage, due to language barriers, and the massage they offered was heavenly. A 60 minute massage every day would leave you wanting for more next day.

this is really great place. best part is infinity pool and free waterpark. Japanese themed 5 star hotel. we had great stay . friendly staff . great for families. staff went abov and beyond to organise vegetarian breakfast for us.

Now my family are spending wonderful time at Da Nang Vinpearl resort & spa. Especially thanks to Tue Nghi, we were very happy on July 22 2023, which was my daughter’s birthday. Thank you again Tue Nigh and the manager of Monsoon restaurant for the birthday cake and the great song.

The villa that our family shared was well appointed, with cooking facilities, living area, and dining area. The bedrooms had super king beds in two of the bedrooms and and two singles in the other room. All bedrooms had an ensuite. The fourth bedroom was not opened for our use. Each villa had a private small pool. The staff was very friendly and transport was provided by the resort. The resort has a 50m pool that was warm at this time of the year. Any issue was dealt with promptly. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. I would not hesitate to come back again. The resort is set at the beach, so one can use the pool and have the beach right next to it.

Very nice hotel, new , location between da nang and hoi an. We book the room in the main building with private pool, big room and seaview, bathtub and pool overlooking the sea, calm and relax, not noisy, perfect. The drinks ,snacks and fruits at room free. Furniture all new and modern. I love the lobby ,simple modern and big, many places to sit. The main pool hv beautiful seaview, the private beach clean and beautiful, white sands, not too crowded. The breakfast so good, the pastry all good, and many choices/ range of food. We eat dinner at main rest and also taste very good and big portion. Overall very satisfied, the staff very polite, kind and helpful. We visit sept end and the weather so good. If visit da nang again, willing to stay here again.

Ia adalah sebuah resort dengan kakitangan yang ramah dan keadaan yang sangat baik. Sayang sekali saya hanya tinggal satu malam kerana jadual perjalanan saya, tetapi apabila saya melawat lagi, saya pasti ingin menginap di bilik kedua dengan pemandangan Cancun. Makan malam malam adalah baik, dan persembahan di bar lounge sudah cukup untuk menikmati malam yang sangat gembira. Saya rasa pengalaman istimewa melihat burung merak sambil bersarapan akan diingati sejak sekian lama.

We have nothing but PRAISE for the entire team at this nearly perfect resort in Danang. Four of us stayed here for 3 nights and we agreed unanimously that this has been one of the most pleasant experience for 4 well-travelled individuals. Read on & you will agree too. The basics first: All the staff we encountered were vibrant, friendly, warm & pleasant. All speak English and some are very fluent. The property itself is not huge, the pool villa we chose was spacious both inside & outdoor with simple & cozy setting. Healthy snacks, herbal teas & fruity water were all complimentary & duly refilled daily. Tlhe rooms were clean & spotless. There is an infinite pool outdoors, a well equipped weight training room and another one with exercise machines. We thoroughly enjoyed exercising there in the morning hours. Though there were quite a lot of guests at the resort, but it never got too noisy or overcrowded. The Spa: our package came with daily spa treatment. The masseuses were well trained and we were happy with all the different treatments we had. However, on the first night, I was told I wasn't able to get the specific treatment I'd chosen as the masseuse got sick , the staff immediately offered to compensate me with an extra free treatment during my stay. I did not choose anything on the spot as I was unsure of my schedule. The following day at my spa treatment, the spa manager approached me right away and asked if I would be interested in making the appt for the free spa treatment. To our surprise, the offer also extended to my roommate as well. We gladly accepted the offer & scheduled the appt. It's not about the free offer, it's all about how the resort lives up to service excellency & the team's commitment in ensuring that their guests have the best of times while at the resort. The Food: We had breakfast, lunch & poolside drinks there. The vast array of healthy yet delicious selection of food was one of the best ones for our health conscious group. Food on the A la carte menu were comprised & refreshing. And again amazingly, the staff remembered who you are the second time you visited. Hats down to their superb staff training of the resort. The People: Everyone there is as helpful and prompt as it gets, with a sincere attitude. All 4 of us felt that the entire team at the resort deserves the best compliment! Special shout out to Mr. Huy who helped me on Day 1 with securing my seat for my return flight, Ms Chung the sweet & skillful masseuse, the staff at the front desk who made us feel like queens of world, Ms Nhi, Ms Thanh, Ms Thach, Mr Son, Mr. Long & Mr Quang. We are already planning our next trip back. We highly recommend Tia Wellness Resort. Come experience for yourself.
