Hotel terbaik di Villecomte

L’hôtel est neuf. Les abords ne sont pas tout à fait terminés. Les chambres sont bien agencées et la salle de bain est fonctionnelle. TV de bonne qualité. La clim est efficace et réglable individuellement. Comme l’hôtel est situé non loin de la rocade on pourrait craindre pour le bruit mais ce n’est pas le cas : c’est très bien insonorisé. Des prises de recharges seront bientôt opérationnelles dans le garage en sous sol. Le petit déjeuner est correct, on a manqué de rien. Pour les en-cas un distributeur est implanté à l’accueil. Durant notre séjour une seule personne, très sympa, pour l’accueil et le service du petit déjeuner (problèmes de recrutement ?) Nous reviendrons.

Lokasi untuk penginapan pendek, membeli-belah selama 1 malam. Saya menghargai tempat letak kenderaan percuma. Walau bagaimanapun, permaidani di dalam bilik agak lama, dan terdapat beberapa perbezaan di bilik mandi, seperti kapur di keran dan sebagainya. Contohnya, terdapat mesin kopi di dalam bilik, tetapi anda mesti meminta kapsul dan peralatan mandian di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, jika tidak, hotel empat bintang ini sudah tersedia. Saya tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi. Kesimpulan: Ya, tetapi tidak lagi.

Really well appointed hotel,very modern.It’s situated north of Dijon which seems a bit out of the way on first impression but there is a cheap and regular tram service the T2 and the stop Pole Sante a few minutes from the hotel and there is the Toison d’ Or ,a vast shopping complex with everything under one roof,which is a 15/20minute walk or few minutes drive away.The rooms are very good,we had 106 on the first floor,maybe needs a few more electrical sockets,but the facilities in the room are very good,we have say a big thanks to the receptionist on duty when we turned up at lunch time and asked if our room was ready(The check in time is 4.00pm).She was very helpful and said she will attempt to get our room ready asap,possibly around 2.00pm,so we walked over to the shopping complex,again thanks to her for the directions,to kill time and we were glad we did,it’s got a food court so finding lunch was easy.She also advised us about the tram details,where to catch it etc.She really went out of her way to help us. There is a secure gated car park accessed by a code given at reception. We will certainly return when we are in the area but this time stick to the 4.00pm check in! This is one of the best Kyriads,not far behind the one in Troyes.

Mon séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé personnel au top. Chambre très propre et bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner complet et varié a volonté jusqu'à 10h. Terrasse agréable, La salle est un peu petite mais suffit amplement pour un court séjour

Une étape de confiance, qu'il s'agisse du parking parfaitement adapté et des prestations hôtelières (y compris le petit-déjeuner) agréables et cohérentes par rapport au prix. Peut-être simplement une literie légèrement plus ferme mais il ne s'agit pas d'une critique. Et en tout état de cause, merci aux gérants pour la disponibilité, y compris en cas d'arrivée tardive. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Similar to a previous reviewer I’m having to sleep in the car as the hotel could not give me the room I reserved. After driving 12 hours I arrived with two children to the hotel at 10pm to be told the 3 single bed room I booked on HRS and was confirmed as booked is not available and only a double bed is available. I could have booked a two bed for much cheaper elsewhere but paid a premium for the three beds. As I could not find anywhere else to book at 10pm I had to give the room to my children and sleep in the car. Thomas on reception was no help, he gave no ideas to resolve and was quite rude. I mentioned he could call head office or a manager, or move a mattress into the room, or find another hotel to transfer me to, or give me two rooms for price of one. He refused to even consider any of these options, saying it was too late to call anyone or do anything (I think he was going home at 11pm) and he had no authority to do anything (but also said he was the manager) I had paid 85euros+tax for the room. His only offer was another room for 100euros! More expensive than the one I had already booked! He even offered 10% off to take it to 90 which I took as him making a joke. Avoid this hotel, they seem to have a broken booking system and no customer service. Car park was locked on arrival and had to wait for another guest to use their code to let me in. At least it was secure to sleep in the car for the night. A complaint to Louvre Hotels has resulted in them shifting the blame to HRS but this doesn’t resolve the rude service and no help to solve the problem on the night leaving a family to work out how to sleep in a car.

De l’accueil à la chambre en passant par le personnel à l’écoute et professionnel, tout était parfait ! Pour un hôtel 2* le standing, la propreté, le service, la qualité de la chambre et de la literie est vraiment plus haute qu’attendu ! Je recommande vivement ! Rapport qualité prix exemplaire. Un restaurant très agréable du petit-déjeuner au dîner, un agent de sécurité professionnel et très agréable pour sécuriser la nuit ! Avec un parking très pratique ( ayant un utilitaire d’une taille assez conséquente) Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse ! Je reviendrais pour tout mes déplacements dans le secteur !

We've stayed in a few French budget hotels on the way to Italy over the years and this was by far the best. Comfortable and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, suggesting places to visit in the city. Nice cafe serving good lunch and breakfasts at a very reasonable price. Lots of recycling and clearly working on issues of sustainability. Would definitely use them again.
