Hotel di Villeurbanne

Le personnel est sympa. Il y a la possibilité de faire du late checkout, c'est très appréciable (pour 15€ par personne). L'hôtel est également bien placé. En l'occurrence, je le prend quand je fais une soirée au Double Mixte. Il y a souvent des places de parking libre à proximité mais pas toujours.

Appart hôtel pratique et bien situé à proximité de toutes commodités (commerces, métro) avec possibilité de mettre le véhicule au parking pour 9€/jour. Prix correct de la chambre à 75€/nuit, propreté correcte mais installations vieillottes qui mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement, niveau équipement c’est sommaire, pas de bouilloire, seulement 2 oreillers plats et 1 rouleau de papier WC mais le personnel à la réception est compréhensif et à l’écoute dans ce genre de situation. Les murs sont assez mal insolés (bruit de l’ascenseur par exemple) et il est préférable de demander une chambre avec vue jardin ou cour pour être plus au calme, à préciser lors de la réservation bien que cela n’ait pas été accordé dans mon cas. Après en avoir parlé à la réception on m’a confié une autre chambre et surprise… elle était déjà occupée !! Le problème a été résolu par la réceptionniste qui s’est avérée compréhensive. Bref ce n’est pas le confort d’un hôtel 5* mais le rapport qualité/prix demeure correct 👍🏼 Contrairement à d’autres avis je ne me suis pas senti en insécurité que ce soit dans l’appart hôtel ou dans les rues alentours.

I was travelling for work. This hotel was in a very convenient location. You can catch a tram or a bus to the central or to a metro stop that take you to the central (if you want to be on a faster route). However, you can also just walk to the metro stop which is about 10-15 mins walk. It is also in a short walking distance to a beautiful park with a free entrance ”zoo”. It's a great place to go for a picnic lunch. The only thing is it is not close to a big supermarket although you can still get some sort of groceries nearby. I didn't explore the other facilities in the hotel nor did I tried their breakfast and other meals. So, I can't comment on those.

Hotel is voor een doorreis prima. Kamer is schoon. Ontbijt is voor het geld wat je betaald prima. Echter hadden wij via all accor geboekt waarbij ontbijt is inbegrepen voor volwassenen en kinderen, echter bij aankomst werd verteld dat dit alleen voor volwassenen zou zijn en niet voor kinderen. Vonden wij geen service. Maar door bevestiging te laten zien wel gekregen uiteindelijk. Op website all accor staat beveiligde parkeergarage gemeld maar bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat we er €9,00 per parkeerplaats voor moesten betalen en dat deze vol was. Het aantal plaatsen is zeer beperkt. In het hotel werd aangegeven dat de informatie op all accor niet altijd overeenkomt als wat er vanuit het hotel geld. Vonden wij overigens erg vreemd.

L'hôtel a besoin d'un SERIEUX rafraichis*****t. Ne mérite pas 3 étoiles le personnel est très sympathique et heureu*****t qu'ils sont là. Le petit déjeuner est cher avec un choix correct. l'appareillage est obsolète (grille pain ne fonctionne pas, la machine à café fonctionne à moitié). la jeune fille fait son maximum pour gérer tout ça. MERCI à elle.

Mercure chain of hotels always seem to be a little way from the city centre, was a bit of a walk to the old town from hotel tram stop was right outside which was very handy. Boulangeries food places were dotted around close the the hotel so that was a bonus. The reception area was under renovation which made getting into the hotel a bit of a mission had to ring and get a code etc for the car parking. Beds very comfy which was great for a Mercure. Was generally a good choice

Chambre confort avec literie très confortable. Seul point négatif: le bruit des trains dans la chambre qui m'a réveillé dès 6h... Et La personne présente à l'accueil le 8 juin n'était pas très agréable.

Большой номер Смутило расположение душевой зоны бес какой-либо двери в комнату Завтрак хороший, есть все, что нужно. Отмечу сыры и мясную нарезку Из минусов- при заселении в мойке обнаружили непомытую за предыдущими жильцами посуду

I was happy with almost everything in this hotel. I don't have an opinion on the breakfast because we didn't have it. + : location, its just near the Perrache train station, very clean and comfortable rooms. There was also some free syrup downstairs, and they gave us free Christmas beers at the end of our stay. Very nice staff working (all we talked to) -: too hot in the bedroom and impossible to control the temperature from the panel and there was so much sound because of the wind coming from the rooftop so ask to not be on the last floor.
