Very nice location, in a quiet but close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The hotel felt very clean and they staff were friendly and accommodating. They had a garage for my bike which was convenient.

Really nice hotel - we only stayed a night and got in quite late but would happily have spent more time there. Big room, good shower (although it did scald us so be careful with the temperature), amazing view (we were on 10th floor), TV with English language channels, and lots of conveniences in a walkable distance. Breakfast was also good, lots of choice although it does finish at 9am which is the earliest of all hotels we have stayed at. We did have a bit of confusion as it says there is a bar in the hotel but none of the staff could tell us where the bar was and we were also charged for water that we thought was free. Would definitely stay here again.

My full name is Nguyen Ngoc Tien, Check in April 14, Check out April 15 I rarely write Review in TripAdvisor except I am pleased or disappointed with the facility. I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods. Phòng ổn nhưng với tiêu chuẩn 4 sao thì mình thấy không tới, máy lạnh cũ, hơi ồn. Lễ tân thì đa phần vui vẻ nhưng có bạn lễ tân tên Tâm (nữ) rất khó chịu, nói chuyện với khách rất cộc cằn, làm dịch vụ không nên tuyển những lễ tân như vậy, quá thiếu chuyên nghiệp so với thương hiệu Mường Thanh. Chỉ được cái nằm gần chỗ mình đi công tác nên mình chọn thôi. Nếu lần sau đi du lịch chắc không book chỗ này.

This is a very good value for money hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very good front desk and housekeeping service. Breakfast is provided, but food available were mostly the same during my 2 days stay. Vietnamese cuisine but hope that there can be some variety. There is fried egg available, but would hope for choice of eggs, such as omelette, scrambled eggs etc.

Hotel is older and in need of some maintenance, not to bad for the money. Room service was terrible, did not get what we ordered and the food was average at best my wife paid 200000 dong for an hour massage that lasted 19 minutes. There is a karaoke bar on level 2 that you can hear throughout all floors of the hotel, made it difficult to sleep. Give this place a wide berth

Stayed there for a night while on a business trip through the province. The hotel at that time was still semi operational due to the virus situation. The images on their webpage look very nice, but they are very outdated, and it is more than evident that the hotel is at a stage where major improvement and upgrading is urgently necessary. From what I saw, the 7th or 8th floor was undergoing major renovation works. The room itself was OK, everything worked, inclusive or WIFI, although a bit slow but working. But again, what is presented on the webpage looks very different in reality. Considering that I was told that it still is the best hotel in town, choices are limited. In summary, it is a local hotel and when you stay there, you must be aware of it. But it is manageable for a night or two
