Perfect stay! Although one night is bit too short! The owner was very friendly and helpful, they reached out to us the day before our arrival and asked if we need pickup from the train station. Once we arrived, a lady came to pick us up from outside of the ancient city as the car couldn’t drive into the ancient town. Free water in the room and we were given some free shaji juice and vinegar. The room was incredibly clean and beautiful with the ancient look furnitures and comfy at the same time. We would love to stay again if ever come back. Highly recommend this room for couples!

We stayed at this resort previously, and had to come back again — it’s incredibly comfortable & clean, the staff are kind and professional, and the entire facility, from the lobby to the private room are thoughtfully designed and furnished. Upon arrival, we were given a lovely welcome tea with a great selection of snacks. The room itself is spacious and features a private spring for soaking in hot water, perfect for the winter weather. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property, which is conveniently located in the heart of Pingyao, right next to the entrance to the walking streets. The staff was extremely kind and even allowed us an early check-in. The round-trip transfer from the train station was also very convenient and perfectly on time. We chose a tatami room and were not disappointed. The mattress was comfortable, and there was even a tea table and plenty of bottled water. They also gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again! One small suggestion for improvement would be allowing the TV language to be changed to English and perhaps installing a chrome cast/apple tv on the TV so international guests could mirror their phones.

As a ********* traveler, I encountered check-in restrictions upon my arrival in Taiyuan. Despite being advertised as welcoming tourists from around the world, I faced an issue at a hotel in Taiyuan. The hotel encountered difficulties in processing my Taiwan pass. However, I must commend G hotel for their exceptional support and assistance. They made every effort to resolve the situation promptly and ensure a successful check-in process. I highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers from Taiwan for its professionalism and accommodating service.

百元價位性價比高， 床品潔凈柔 軟， 服務熱情， 提供免費停車和洗衣服 務， 健身房設施齊備， 交通便利（地鐵口對面） 早餐服務：中餐西餐結合，兼具當地特色小吃麪食，栲栳栳，莜麪麪食，還有大眾早餐餐品（炒菜，撒拉，雞腿等等），餐廳服務員針對愛吃西餐的客人沖泡現磨咖啡，服務一對一像進了星巴克咖啡廳一樣好。 房內設施：房屋佈局很好，床寬大柔軟，額外需要的屋內用品前台會派小機器人送到房內，極大提升客人居住的私隱感，點了外賣也由小機器人送來（星期四點了KFC）感覺像在家一樣自在舒適。 停車場，洗衣房，健身室：管理都很好，衹有酒店住客的車可以進入停車場，洗衣房有烘乾機還有洗衣液很周到，健身室也不錯。 前台服務：前台都是漂亮小姐姐，服務周到貼心，很熱情，會體貼的為你端上一杯熱熱的茶水，洗去來時的風塵僕僕，早餐時都化身拉花咖啡師端上一杯精緻的拿鐵，還會及時的收拾掉桌上的餐具，保持餐廳的品味，給我帶來了在咖啡廳一樣悠閑愜意的感覺，酒店的小姐姐太棒了

【摘要】：這個酒店優缺點鮮明，就像山西整體給我的旅遊印象一樣。總體瑕不掩瑜，已推薦親友。 【設施衞生】：設施完備，運營狀態良好 【服務】：服務態度極佳，管家在入住前好幾天就開始微信聯繫，本來我還覺得挺煩，後來發現管家真的把微信當傳呼機一樣使用，提供隨叫隨到的服務。BUT，有個不太應該犯的問題，連續入住兩天，第二天房卡和車牌登記都失效了，還好管家一路小跑過來送卡。 【環境】：景色是前人述備的優點，日出日落都非常美，孩子玩得很開心，【寵物友好】很點贊。（提醒帶寵朋友，春節期間酒店內外都有放炮，可以帶上安撫衣，我們忘帶了，衹能臨時捆安定帶）酒店西側的友商外觀稍微礙眼，不過不影響日出。目測本地人也來酒店看日落，外部車輛不會影響酒店，管理得當點贊。 【歡迎水果】：歡迎零食和水果量如圖。早餐自助品類豐富，兩天早餐有區別，不會吃膩。酒店的晚飯有點尷尬，定的2-3人份的餐量很大，適合4-6人，個人不推薦大白魚，且菜色黑色和餐盤黑色的顏色使用稍多，配合冷色調的餐桌燈更奇怪了。 【伴手禮和洗車】：checkout時提供了伴手禮，很有心，馬年送了漂亮的小馬玩偶，和一些山西特產小零嘴，很合適。還有很神奇的一點：早上起來發現酒店在幫忙沖洗車輛前擋風玻璃，因為酒店後是大土山，加上這幾天揚沙天氣，酒店找師傅挨個沖土，點贊。

Lovely, new and clean property with spacious rooms. Excellent location within the ancient city, and the staff and manager go out of their way to provide inputs and suggestions for your trip. Breakfast is also fairly substantial. Room also has all the amenities you need for your trip. Overall great stay and recommend this to everyone with a Datong plan!
