住宿的位置離鳴沙山景區九公里左右，我們大概開車十幾分鍾就到了，一直對大西北的星空很期待的，找到了這家星空主題民宿 先溝通了，店家很會拍星空照 ，果然沒有失望，民宿的位置位於鳴沙山山腳下，光污染很少，拍的星空照非常漂亮 房間設施也很完備 提前半小時開的空調，下午入住已經非常涼快了 要給入住當天的管家點個贊，他不但幫我們拍星空，還分享給我們怎麼拍星空怎麼調手機參數真是受用良久

Booked the 3-person room. I've stayed at Snow Mountain Inn before, and it's conveniently located (short walk from the monastery, but away from crowded areas). Cafe/restaurant downstairs will do room service. Friendly staff. Beds are a little on the firmer side.

Nice and comfy hotel with a great bed and hot shower. The shower room is a little dated but good enough. The breakfast gets hit quite hard by the early risers heading out on trips but we had some fruit and eggs etc around 9am as we were spending the day in the city There's no coffee, bring your own! Plenty of lukin coffee shops around that can be delivered to your room. Great food streets about. This was an excellent price, my only real criticism was that such a big western brand still allows smoking in public areas. Literally guys smoking at the breakfast buffet. We booked a non smoking room and it was non smoking, only the communal areas seem affected. We would stay here again!

The location is outside the City center in a green ,lush,very quiet environment and very close the Singing mountains . The hotel is built and equipped in traditionell style. The breakfast is made of fresh and high quality dishes in local style. Absoluty outstanding was the hospitality and the help with information, transportation and even more ..we could experience places , got information about the local live, the history of Dunhuang and much more. Departing was like leaving friends behind. Special thanks to Mr. HU his son, the landlords and to Candy. Hope to visit that place and the awesome stay again.

We would have given it double the number of points if that were possible. We were absolutely thrilled when we found the accommodation. We came by car and had to search a bit. Otherwise, the location on the lake is brilliant. We were treated very, very nicely, the absolutely delicious dinner was brought to our apartment, when it got cooler in the evening, we were brought wood for the fireplace, it was a really great stay. We would book here again anytime. Thank you very much for that.

The host was great and ready for any question and need we might have had although he did not speak English and we were speaking through WeChat translated. Position is great, walking distance from Danxia park entrance.

We stayed here just one night as we had a train early next morning, but we’d loved to stay here longer. The staff were so sweet and helpful, they gave us tea and generally provided great service and hospitality. The hotel is close to the railway station and the metro so it’s also easy to get into the town. The room was great, it was very clean and spacious. I’d love to come back and stay here again and I’d definitely recommend Kaida Hotel to others.

整體感覺非常好，蘭州是避暑勝地，住宿條件環境都很好，夜晚和好朋友吹吹晚風，在小院裏聊聊理想與未來，讓人心情愉悦。我是從陝西過來的，打算去看鳳凰傳奇演唱會，在網上看到這家酒店非常實惠，環境也很好，就住了一晚，以下是我的真實感受： 設施：設施完善，方便快捷，舒適便利 衞生：非常乾淨，換洗及時，入住很安心 環境：藝術舒適，寧靜雅緻，住的很舒服 服務：熱情周到，細緻入微，服務很貼心 推薦大家來！！！

帶着一家人到蘭州碰到下雪天，雖然下雪很好看，但也是真的凍人就趕緊住了這家酒店，房間內設施齊全，有暖氣有空調，外邊零下幾度屋裡我很暖和衹穿短袖，雪停以後就帶着老婆孩子出門踏今年冬天的第一場大雪，和孩子堆量雪人，雪花紛飛，將這座城市裝扮得如童話般美麗。我們一起去黃河邊賞雪，看雪花與流動的河水相映成趣；也可以去白塔山遠眺，俯瞰整個城市的雪景；還可以找一家温暖的餐館，喝一杯熱熱的三炮台暖暖身子，品嚐地道的蘭州美食，享受家的温馨與美食的慰藉。酒店細節也很到位，我們出門前服務員給我送了6個暖手貼真的很細心，前台還幫我給孩子水杯裏灌熱水，房間也暖和，周圍高鐵，地鐵，公交，打車都很方便，非常推薦冬天來蘭州的朋友住在這家酒店。
