Hotel Pet friendly di Gansu, China

We spent 9 days around LanZhou- XiNing - YinChuan staying in the top 5-star hotels in all 3 cities. We can easily conclude that Hyatt Regency LanZhou is the best by a long shot. We were fortunate to have Mr. Yuan of the front desk arrange all our pre check in request. And for a smooth check in- we were lucky to be received by Ms. Paris. She was very gracious and professional. Breakfast at the hotel should be one of LanZhou’s tourist attractions- such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful place and wonderful family! The best accommodation we stayed in in China. Perfect position very close to the monastery. Very clean. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a snack of dried dates, bread, butter and tzampa, accompanied by some delicious tea. We stayed with this family for two days and they always offered us breakfast, the first day with house tea and fresh bread, the second day with coffee and fried bread. We spent the evening with them and they always kept offering us food and tea, always making us feel welcome. The house is wonderful, ******* style, wooden, always very clean. The beds are really comfortable, and they have a warming blanket. Inside our room we also had an electric heater to warm ourselves, which made the room really warm and cosy. The bathroom has hot water. You can fill your water bottles from the drinking water containers they have in front of each room. We always saw them cleaning the common areas. The owner, his wife and their three children welcomed us warmly like family. I will recommend them to all my friends. Really recommended!

I stayed at the Kaoshan Diving Tent Hotel and it was a truly unique experience. The location is excellent — an oasis of peace right next to the stunning Rainbow Mountains. The atmosphere is incredibly romantic and relaxing, perfect for couples or anyone seeking calm in nature. The tents are comfortable, spacious, and full of character, offering a wonderful glamping feel. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. A special mention goes to John, who went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. In the evening, the restaurant area is filled with soft piano music that adds to the serene vibe. The only minor downside was the shared bathrooms, which weren’t perfectly clean, especially the showers. Overall, this is a memorable, relaxing stay immersed in nature. Highly recommended for a special experience near Zhangye’s Danxia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of my best stay during a 10 days solo trip along the Silk Road. From the location of the hotel, very central and close to nice restaurants, to the generous, fresh breakfast served in a lovely restaurant with a view on the city, to the very generous room size equipped with high quality supplies, everything was excellent. But what really made my trip was the staff: excellent customer service, they kept in touch with me before I arrived and helped me organise my trips in Dunhuang on a quite tight schedule and even reach the next destination. As a solo, independent traveller this part really made my trip. Highly recommended.

Harga hanya separuh daripada harga berbanding tahun-tahun sebelum ini, tetapi layanannya masih sangat mesra. Best hotel I’ve stayed in on my trip. The family made me feel so welcome. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of hot water. Food was great. They gave me a bike to cycle to the grasslands and did my washing for free! Also dropped me at the bus station. So kind and lovely. And the owner speaks perfect English.

專程來鳴沙山遊玩，選擇那沙山民宿屬實是此行最明智的決定，整趟旅程省心又愜意，必須滿分推薦！民宿坐落鳴沙山腳下，步行短距離直達景區入口，不用早起堵車、爭搶車位，晨起徒步看沙漠日出，傍晚看完落日慢悠悠回小院，推開窗便能望見連綿沙丘，地理位置得天獨厚。 最讓人驚喜的是店家貼心配備免費接送機服務，落地敦煌提前溝通航班，司機準時在機場等候，行李全程幫忙搬運；返程送機安排妥當，省去自行打車、換乘的麻煩，帶長者孩子出行毫無壓力。每日早餐用心現做，西北特色麪點、雜糧粥、本地小菜搭配齊全，食材新鮮適口，坐在庭院用餐，伴着戈壁清風開啟一整天旅途，口味清淡還可按需調整，細節格外暖心。 房間整潔乾爽，床品柔軟無異味，衞浴熱水穩定，民宿是西北庭院風格，小院綠植錯落，頂樓露台可俯瞰整片鳴沙山，入夜遠離光污染，抬頭便是漫天璀璨星河，拍照氛圍感拉滿。老闆與店員都是本地人，熱情實在，主動分享鳴沙山小眾遊玩路線、沙洲夜市靠譜美食，還能幫忙預約沙漠項目，有任何需求隨叫隨到。 整家民宿性價比拉滿，食宿出行一站式搞定，沒有隱形消費。來敦煌住鳴沙山周邊，首選那沙山，下次再來敦煌依舊落腳這裏，也會推薦給身邊出遊的親友。

Overall, decent stay. The hotel has a great aesthetic to it, although it can be a bit dark and dim at night. The room lights match this aesthetic and are pretty dim as well. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side, with a bathroom door that doesn't give much room for you to enter between its swing range and the toilet. The bathroom door did not seal well and water got all over the floor. There isn't any space in the bathroom to put your stuff, and only the shower door handle to hang your towel. There isn't a strong cigarette smell in the lobby or room which is a pleasant surprise compared to most chinese hotels, only a slight lingering smell in the hallways. Breakfast which was included was very nice. The hotel is on a street with decent amount of restaurants and shops. Location wise I don't think there's much to do in the city and one would mostly travel by taxi or didi anyway. The staff were very pleasant and one of them even let me stay in my room until 4pm without charge since my train wasn't departing until the evening.

What a delightful stay I had at this lovely hotel. Not only did I secure a fabulous discounted room via Trip.com but everything about this hotel, including the staff was totally top rate. Superlative Mr Li Xia and every member of staff including the receptionists, the restaurant and breakfast staff, the maintenance man and the lady who cleaned my room were all so kind and helpful they made my stay gloriously memorable. I had such a happy and  luxurious time, this is one of my favorite hotels ever and on my solo overland journey by car from England I’ve certainly stayed at quite a few! Thank you everyone- if all hotels were run as well as yours the world of hospitality would start to live up to its name.
