Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

The hotel 8 is situated about 2km from the high speed railway station (taxi 10rmb) and has 25 floors with a number of the lower floors used for functions such as weddings. Nice pool and gym, both open 14:30 till 22:30, staff is friendly but as not many foreign people stay Chinese is useful to communicate. Rooms are comfortable and large size, style of decoration is classic. Buffet breakfast in morning. Note for none smokers, smoking is common in all of the hotel including lobby and restaurants.

房間設施比較老化了特別是低層採光不好的房間特別潮有股黴味，但是貴在酒店園林環境優美，酒店服務人員態度還不錯，這個價位在過年期間不算高了，建議自駕入住停車方便，餐飲比較一般味道比較照顧在這康養長住的老年人的。

This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

設施：還可以，四星酒店標準。 衞生：還可以。 環境：訂的豪華房，陽台外景觀還不錯。 服務：熱情周到。 來興隆第二次入住該酒店了，位置很好，離高速口、神州站很近，交通便利，酒店停車方便。吃飯購物離王府井很近，很方便，關鍵價格不貴，適合不泡酒店人士選擇。

It has been a dream birthday for me and my friends. Manager Revan staff Merry & Feifei really made our day in the most beautiful way possible... with an awesome upgrade, late check out and many lovely attentions, complimentary drinks and cake. I have rarely seen this level of service. We will definitely come back and stay longer to enjoy the weather, the gorgeous food for breakfast and meet again with the friendliest staff... A big fat thank... and a 5 stars from top to bottom. Definitely foreigners friendly !

The resort is beautifully located, with stunning beachfront views, great facilities, and a serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a luxurious stay. 風吹柳花滿店香，吳姬壓酒喚客嘗。——李白 我和老伴退休了很多年，一直在祖國的大江南北雲遊，有緣路過此地借用洗手間，工作人員對我百倍照顧問候，這是一家有温度的酒店，索性我們夫婦體驗一把。 我的祖籍山東老鄉小李對我們像自己家人一樣，所以説這是一家值得體驗的酒店，處處充滿了驚喜和愉悦，超前的服務、還有衞生方面我和我太太都非常滿意；在辦理入住時，還把我們帶到房間，給我們一個當天摘的椰子，當天也是我太太生日，於是提前跟酒店的工作人員聯繫幫忙佈置一下房間，想着給我太太一個驚喜，房間佈置的很漂亮，入住時房間裏提前放了水果和酸奶，管家細心的跟我們介紹空調開關幫我們調好温度，迷你吧的飲品也是免費的，還有海南當地的飲品，用晚餐時，餐廳的工作人員也為我們佈置了燭光晚餐，除了我們選的餐食，還送我們一份長壽麪，菜品也很美味，真的每一位工作人員都非常的熱情也很用心的去服務，加管家微信後，會給我們分享一份酒店周邊景點的攻略，還跟我們説需要去哪個景點都可以聯繫管家，都可以開車送我們過去，於是跟管家説送我們去一下燈塔，酒店離燈塔就五分鐘，回來時跟管家説一聲，很快就到了目的地接我們了。 真的是我六十五年來，最能讓我感動最能讓我驚喜最讓我喜歡的地方，朝林松源酒店真讓人舒心！
