I had the best time at the Goodtiming. The location is directly in the village with so many options for food, drinks and shops. I just stayed for two nights but I enjoyed it so much! Moreover the room was outstanding! The view is extremely beautiful and it was enormous. Also the service was perfect! They were so kind and always tried to help with everything! They also have an outdoor gym area as well as washing machines and dryer. Also the pool looks soo great! I would totally recommend to stay here if you are searching for an hotel. You can also easily rent a scooter next door and even if you can’t speak Chinese they’ll make it work for you. They also offer a shuttle service! All in all I will definitely come back here! I had an amazing time! Thank you so much for this amazing time and the outstanding service!

I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. Our family of 6 stayed at Yandunhai No 1 Courtyard. My MIL particularly likes the SMART AI facilities in the room. She enjoyed herself talking to “Xiao Duo”- AI Speaker that played her favourite songs. We enjoyed the quietness of the entire courtyard, as it was during the lull period of travel to Hainan. I must mention that the staff at YandunHai were particularly helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile to arrange their own transportation, ferrying us to nearby “Yan Zi Dong” to experience the ATV and scenic photo shoot, as well as to Hele Station to catch our high-speed train to Sanya—all at no cost to us. To us, their service was truly fantastic.

It was a nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly. They will help you to get an E-bike. The location is very close to the main beach. They have a small coffee shop within the place with a nice view. I’ll come back again.

房間該有的都有 設備都能用 空調也很給力 衞生也很乾凈 環境很好 陽台能看見海 管家接送也很及時，租車這些都很方便 管家接送也很及時 不拖沓，一切服務都很好 有商有量的，下次來日月灣還會訂這家！！

Отличное место. Пешком до моря через небольшую лесополосу минут 5 (но будьте готовы, что это не асфальтированная дорога) - выход на красивейшую часть залива, где нет толп людей. Также можно арендовать электробайк у хозяина, и добираться до пляжа и всех знаковых мест самостоятельно на нем. Расположение отеля замечательное - равноудаленно от залива Рюе и залива Шеньчжоу, в течения получаса можно добраться на байке до всех ближайших достопричитальных мест. Сам номер чудесный, оборудован всем необходимым, с красивым видом на лес. Отдельно хочется отметить отношение хозяина, он был максимально доброжелателен, по всем вопросам максимально быстро помогал и подсказывал, всегда шел на встречу.

The apartment is nice, better than in other hotels nearby. However, there is no table and chairs limiting functionality. High floor also means strong wind: can't dry clothes on the balcony. The service is much worse than other hotels nearby. You need to pay 300 RMB deposit. The reception is in Legendary hotel and all communications are in Wechat. The answers are very slow, have to go to the reception to solve problems. There was no hot water on check in. The cleaning ladies came at 10 am next day. The hotel agreed to give late check out and then told me that it is not available. The service must be improved.
