This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay right from the moment I walked in till I checked out, left my luggage in their luggage room and returned after satisfying my ice-cream craving around the corner (Stolica Lodow). I understand why this hotel has a higher rating the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw airport. My twin room was on the 5th floor and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Though the view from my room was of a construction site and a block of apartments, I still had the view of the lovely plants in the parking lot. My bathroom was clean and had all the supplies I needed. The decor in the lobby was stunning. If you love taking pictures, you’d appreciate this. I also love that it has a wee kiddies play area in the lobby. I enjoyed my breakfast and had some more pancakes, they were scrumptious. I arrived for breakfast at half 9 and noticed that the fruits were all gone but they were soon replenished, i liked that. I was looking forward to some cakes at breakfast but there wasn’t any 😔 In all, I had a lovely time there and look forward to visiting again soon.

Four Points is a few minutes ride by the Tram from downtown Warsaw. It's quiet and clean. Breakfast is around 18.00 USD, but it's a buffet and quality meal as well. Room was clean amd well kept.

Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Bad ist groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig für jeden was dabei, Preise sind moderat. Immer wieder gerne in Warschau. Abendessen ist auch Top, aber vorsichtig die Portionen sind groß.

Such a lovely hotel and very helpful hotel personal. Daniel and the bar team were always welcoming with a big smile. Dinner was delicious -set menu works out around 9euro. Delicious coffee made by professional barista and cokes are to die for . Highly recommended. Thank you

The location is so nice! It’s close to the airport. Very kindly front-desk staff. Very clean room, bathroom. The shuttle service driver was also kindly. About in 5 minutes, I arrived at the airport. Thanks so much. I’d like to stay here again. 😃

I don't have much of post - COVID hotel experience, but compared to pre-covid times, I would expect the same quality hotel to be cheaper. And compared to the pre-covid 3* in Poland, this hotel would probably be graded lower. In general, this is a very basic, quite large hotel, pretty clean, with sufficient breakfast. What I thought could be improved - adding additional security or locks on the room doors (now it's only a regular non-electronic key), adding a safe in the room, because now there is none, and I think that 3* usually have one. Also, if you are traveling with luggage, it may be not quite convenient for you, because you should take stairs to get to the elevator, and a lady at reception helped me carry my suitcase, so I felt bad for the both of us. This makes me think that this hotel is not wheelchair accessible. In general, my stay experience was positive, but my choice was based on the location. If not location, I would choose something different.

Hotel is situated in business district within short 5-10 minutes ride from WAW airport ( 17 - 20 PLN for taxi ). Moderately priced. New building with kind of industrial design, everything inside fresh and stylish. Rooms are comfortable and have everything inside for any traveller. Very good restaurant on site, which is also providing good and tasty breakfast. Negative - nothing specifically to mention. Positive - food and general ambience. Overall - highly recommend.

Из плюсов — очень милые девушки на ресепшн, сделали ранний check-in. К номерам вопросов нет, оригинальная раковина, есть возможность смотреть YouTube с телефона на телевизоре. В комнате утюг и гладильная доска, капсульная кофемашина Nespresso, чайник. Номера очень достойные. В сравнении с отелями своего ценового диапазона не блестит (причина неясна, все новенькое). Холл слегка грязноват.

The BW Hotel Portos is such an underrated hotel that offers extremely decent value in comparison to other hotels in Warsaw. The hotel is unfortunately a bit far away from the city center but it’s easy to get to anywhere with the public transit so I never felt like it was ever an issue. The rooms are a bit dated in some regards, but the overall cleanliness of the room was great during my stay. The only small nitpick I have is the lack of a small fridge/minibar.

So hard to write a bad review during pandemics, when so many hotels and apartments are in difficult situation. However I feel obliged to warn other travellers. Let the great dissappointment that I experienced be a warning sign. I made the reservation in Platinum Residence Mokotow, for the night from 6.11.2020 to 7.11.2020. Reservation was confirmed and the payment on my credit card was blocked. When we arrived to the accommodation, the lady at the front desk required me to present physical credit card, that I did not have with me. I offered to make a contactless payment by telephone but it was refused. Cash payment was refused as well. There was not even the slightest effort or good will to try to resolve the problem. The only answer I heard from the reception personel (and later from the manager) was ”it is our rule, we can not check you in, it is our rule and it was clearly stated in the reservation”. Thus we were left with no option to check in (20:30 and it was raining outside, we were after more then 4 hours of driving). We left the accommodation and called the assistant at the portal that we made the reservation. He called the accommodation and latter informed me that they finally agreed to accept cash payment. Immediately we went to the Platinum Residence Mokotow but the reception was closed and there was no one present to check us in. As it was getting late, I had to book another place for that night where we managed to check in without any problems. It was possible to make a contactless payment by telephone. If you are looking for potential problems go to Platinum Apartments Mokotow. It is really hard to find such bad customer service and rude treatment in hospitality industry nowadays. If you want to sleep well at night go for other places. Fighting with your accommodation managers is the last thing one would like to do when travelling. By the way, it was not against their rules to charge my card for the accommodation service they did not provide.

Super miejsce do pracy zdalnej z opcja pokoju gdzie w ciszy mozna odbyc rozmowe biznesowa, rowniez wpokoju bylo bardzo dobre wifi. Jedyny minus w moim przypadku to byla lokalizacja poniewaz taksowkarze niestety nie znali miejsca i ciezko bylo zamowic taksowke zeby dojechac na spotkanie biznesowe ktore odbylo sie w okolicach Palacu Kultury. Obsluga super mila i uczynna. Sam pokoj tez fajny. Jedyne zastrzezenie do sluzby sprzatajacej, w moim pokoju byl wszechobecny zapach tunczyka w szafkach w aneksie kuchennym. Zakaldam ze poprzedni lokatorzy jedli go nagimnnie wiec przydaloby sie ten odor usunac bo az nieprzyjemnie sie robilo jak sie otworzylo szafki.
