The hotel location isn't great and the building itself isn't inviting, It looks more like a dorm. The reception area is confusing, as dining area, pub counter, billiard table are together next to reception desk. From the entrance you have a feeling this isn't a business hotel, it's more a workers hostel vibe. I'm glad I didn't include breakfast and decided to eat elsewhere. The room was run-down and not very clean. The remote control was so gross, I had to clean it before use it. No kettle or cups/glass included, very bad quality toilet paper. The staff was ok. Wifi worked. And surprisingly is was quiet even though the window was next to the highway. I wouldn’t go back.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Расположен в тихом месте можно спокойно отдохнуть после прогулок. Рядом нет метро и трамваев только автобусные остановки.современный отель с удобными usb розетками и сенсорные выключатели света. На завтрак не особо большой выбор еды.

Visited with my wife for a weekend break and was very pleased we chose this hotel. The hotel is situated 2 metro stops from the Old Town and 3-4 stops away from the New town or city centre. The hotel is very contemporary and offers good location, very friendly staff, clean, hygienic and quirky hotel in Warsaw. The hotel is located 8mins walk from nearest train station Wschodnia/Warsaw east station hat has direct link from the Chopin Airport and costs PLN10 pp one way and takes about 30mins from the airport to this station. The metro/under station Dworzec Wilenski is only 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you to old town ( station Nowy Swiat Uniwersytet) . The line is M2 that also interlinks with line M1. You only need to buy a 20min ticket that costs PLN3.40 each one way. The check in staff is very friendly and efficient, the check in is carried out at the bar and offered us room earlier than the time. The hotel offers bar service, breakfast at a charge PLN60 each, also offered complimentary welcome drink, bar food, locker in the main hallway/restaurant to leave your bags on the day of departure if your flight departs later than the check out time. As the hotel is built in an old Vodka factory, but is all well maintained and at the back of hotel the square has some cafe and restaurant should you wish to eat out here. Our rooms were spotless but do not offer tea/coffee facilities but can grab at the bar/lobby for a charge. The housekeeping does a good job to maintain the room and the shower room to perfection. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, reasonably priced with friendly staff and very warm atmosphere, always with a smile.

Bardzo ładny apartament, wygodne łóżko, swietna lokalizacja. Niestety, ekspres do kawy nie działał a do picia tylko droga woda z barku. Wszystko jest jednak ok. Najbardziej zszokowało mnie zachowanie recepcjonista, który okropnie potraktował starszego Pana pochodzenia ukraińskiego, który próbował mu wytłumaczyć że ma opłacona rezerwację na inne nazwisko. Recepcjonista krzyczał że nie rozumie co starszy pan mówi, choć bez znajomości ukraińskiego łatwo się było domyśleć. Okropne, nacjonalistyczne zachowanie młodego gówniarza w stosunku do starszego człowieka!

The Hostel is located near many good restaurants, convenience stores and bars which is perfect to make an exploration base in Warsaw and relax in the evening. The check in was smooth and easy but there are instructions for after hours because the front desk is not always attended - this includes codes for doors and how to check out if you are leaving very early We booked the queen room and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms were quiet and had comfy beds with good pillows. We were supplied with towels but no soap/shampoo but luckily it seems that previous guests left behind some body wash. The queen room was on the fourth floor and did not have a private bathroom but did have a bathroom shared between a few rooms. The queen room was also without coverings for the window and was a bit stuffy - to solve this we draped a blanket over the window and kept it open to keep it cool. Our family stayed in a room with the bunk bed and had a private bathroom and curtains but all bathrooms were a little smelly (from the drains). The bathroom smell issue was easily resolved by keeping the door shut. The hostel has a good common area with a kitchen and many showers and toilets on the main floor of the hostel. The hostel staff appear to be able to arrange tours or make suggestions but we were on our way out of Warsaw so we didn't test this. The hostel has door codes to access the building and the floors with rooms so it felt quite safe. We also appreciated that they had an elevator here which made it very accessible. The public transport system make it very convenient to get around Warsaw and rideshares are inexpensive in Poland. We enjoyed walking and had no issues getting to major attractions in Poland like the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Palace of Culture and Science, the old town area and many nice gardens and squares. We got a good night's rest here.

Nuestra experiencia fue mala pero lo mismo fue principalmente por mala suerte. Como cosa más subjetiva, yo tengo problemas de espalda y la cama me pareció horrible, me despertaba todas las mañanas dolorido (mi pareja, que no tiene ningún problema de espalda, también se quejó). Pero lo que me ha hecho ponerle mala nota es que una tarde llegamos a nuestra habitación y la puerta estaba abierta de par en par (no faltaba nada pero como limpiaban por la mañana tenía pinta de que se había tirado todo el día abierta). Bajamos a pedir que tuviesen más cuidado y la persona en recepción no parecía entender mucho inglés (yo no soy precisamente un máquina hablando inglés pero tengo que hablarlo habitualmente y ademas estuve un rato intentando hacerme entender): su respuesta fue un gesto de incomprensión y no se disculpó. Para que no todo sea malo, he de decir que el hotel está muy bien comunicado con el centro (metro y tranvía) y es un barrio muy agradable. La habitación era muy amplia. De forma gratuita ofrecían un calentador de agua con tés y también botellas de agua.

Went mid-october for 3 nights. Check-in was ok, except need to be proactive to have information (WIFI, breakfast, etc..) Room was big, nice decoration (but was surprised when I learnt that the room is done on request.....) Gym, swimming pool and spa are the the good point of the hotel, Breakfast was bad. First morning i arrived 30 min before the end and i have to go in the Lobby, food was cold. and even orange juice and some plates were empty. For the location, it's not so great even there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. If you want to walk to the old town count at least 30-40 min walk. At the end, hotel is not expensive but 4-5 stars is a bit overrated
