로비나 식당 카페는 무척 깨끗하였습니다. 외관을 보며 이동가능한 엘리베이터 시설이 훌륭하였고 객실은 싱글침대도 넓직하여 편안하였습니다. 욕실은 밝고 샤워실과 터브가 분리되어 편리하였습니다. 조식도 5성급 다운 준비였습니다. 다만 주차장이 호텔과 분리되어 있어 조금 불편하였고 시내 중심이고 5성급이래서 인지 주차비가 다소 높으네요. 전반적으로 훌륭하였습니다.

Excellent location, and I personally got a room upgrade with a perfect view! The room wasn’t the cleanest, some stains on the chairs and so, but overall clean room that needed update. Shower and sink were quite bad as water came out very slowly and both needed update, but the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+. However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault. At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff. They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done. Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful. Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

아침식사 훌륭합니다. 각종 야채, 빵, 소시지, 계란후라이, 스크램블, 감자, 요커트, 과일, 착즙 쥬스까지.... 객실 훌륭합니다. 깨끗하고, 공간도 넓고. 화장실도 최고. 가로 1미터가 넘는 일체형 세면대는 집에 갖다 놓고 싶었습니다. 게다가 화장실 온돌바닥은 우리나라에서도 경험한 적이 없는 듯. 침구류, 침대 좋습니다. 책상도 좋습니다. 다리미도 있습니다. 공짜 1.5리터 미네랄워터제공, 금고도 있습니다. 아~~~ 다만, 냉장고가 없네요. 위치 그런대로 적당히 걸을 만한 위치에 있습니다. 아주 근처는 아니지만, 주위에 적절한 식당 들이 있습니다. 1층 바도 좋습니다. 직원들 친절합니다. 원래 폴라드 분들이 한 친절합니다.

Friendly staff and efficient check in process. Hotel is a Classic Hotel so interior is representing the old time. Only a few steps from train or bus station super central. The area around the hotel has nice restaurants (just keep going away from Main Street). Room was spacious and very clean. If you want something to criticize maybe a few more breakfast options would be nice like more fruits or fresh made pancakes. Would come again and stay there again for sure.

Close to metro, The cons Hard to contact Monica, but not impossible The apartment is shared, you will have other people living next to you ( I had two families sharing two rooms.) The door to the front needs to be pushed so hard I felt like I might break it. Shared bathroom. Also the shower handle is opposite to hot and cold Overall it’s cheap and clean, I was happy especially after seeing how clean it was. The key you get for the room also has a key to open the lobby. Just a fyi.

This is the best ibis hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is large and equipped with a table, sofa and kettle! The transportation is also very convenient. You can reach the train station in 20 minutes by walk and very close to buses station. 10 minutes to metro. There is a restaurant next to the hotel and there have a “food towns”, supermarkets, etc. within a 10-minute walk nearby. In short, it is very convenient!

Silver lining - there was a great extremely enthusiastic and friendly guy at desk during checkout, helped with everything (including a bit of quest to locate and get to underground parking). Again only to be replaced by an indifferent lady the next morning...

It was an excellent experience, from the beginning till the end. Very beautiful room, amazing bed and the smell in the lobby that much perfect that I would wear it as a parfume. We haven’t tried breakfast but our friends are saying that’s it’s amazing. Will come back again and try next time.
