Overall, it was a good experience. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way, and the dining options weren't very extensive.

This is one of those hotels I *had* to leave a glowing review for. Honestly, given the price, I wasn't expecting much, and Wyndham hasn't always impressed me in the past. But from the moment I stepped out of the car, Mr. He from the concierge team rushed over to open the door and help with my luggage, greeting me so warmly. When I mentioned wanting to go to the gym, he even took me there to show me around first. And then there were Xiao Jun at the front desk and Raja from India – their service was absolutely outstanding, so professional and enthusiastic. These were just three staff members I encountered, but everyone else was equally excellent. The location is also top-notch, right by the sea, and the cleanliness is great too. Purely from an experience perspective, it felt no different from hotels I've stayed at costing thousands a night. Definitely the best hotel in Wenchang, no competition.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was elegant and pleasant. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, and I would definitely come back again.

The hotel is spotless, spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated. The facilities are comprehensive and brand new, with excellent soundproofing and a stunning view. Our concierge, Lisa, provided attentive service and was always responsive to our requests. Five-star rating!

Facilities: This five-star hotel boasts comprehensive and luxurious facilities. The large balcony with a bathtub, lounge chair, and table is a thoughtful touch. The linens are of excellent quality and very comfortable. However, the toiletries could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied, and delicious, featuring Hainanese specialties. Dishes and drinks are replenished promptly, which is a big plus! 👍 Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy! 👍 Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are excellent! It really has a holiday vibe. The hotel offers very convenient and close access to the beach and seawall, and it's clean and not crowded. Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff are well-trained. They actively greet guests and respond to guest requests promptly and proactively. A huge thumbs up! 👍

Raja is very friendly and helpful, even share us the travel guide for our next location. Room amenities are all complete and prepared for little one. Kid love the theme room and astronaut suit. The location is far from town or railway station, even food delivery is at least 4km away. If you aren't driving and ain't coming for the spaceship, you're pretty stranded and bored. The weather in Dec is cold to play in kids pool as well. Coconut chicken hotpot in their restaurant is nice

The hotel is located right by the sea, so you can easily walk to the beach for a stroll. The front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, including many local specialties, which was very satisfying.

This is Wyndham's first hotel in Wenchang, and despite being 10 years old, it's incredibly well-maintained, like a gracefully aged grande dame. The lobby is grand and impressive, exuding an old-money elegance. The hotel offers exquisite afternoon tea, and the balcony is very spacious. Our butler, a handsome young man of Indian-Pakistani descent, was incredibly nice, always available, and incredibly responsive to all our requests. He truly delivered on the emotional value!

The hotel has excellent service and a clean room. and staff Raja they were friendly and helpful during my stay. hotel breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options, the location is convenient and easy to reach from the city center. The room was spacious and well-furnished.

The hotel is far from downtown but its very close the sea although no beach there still can walk around and cycleing it's beautiful and nice, about hotel the breakfast is good service is excellent GRM Raja arranged our rooms very well cleanliness of the hotel is good we will stay if we come to wechang thanks to Raja and his team mates!
