Sunset Tower Hotel

We had a marvelous time here at the Sunset Tower Hotel, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The valet greeted us warmly and opened the door for my daughter, and swiftly took care of our bags and showed us inside. We were offered an early check in by the lovely front desk staff, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was gorgeous, it felt like stepping into an Old Hollywood movie scene, and it was very clean and well kept. Dinner at The Tower Bar was fabulous, the food was impeccable and the ambience was just perfect. Our waiter was such a gentlemen, and very knowledgable about the menu. The complimentary coffee and tea service was a very nice touch as well. From check-in to check-out, our stay was nothing short of perfect. When asked if I would be returning, I couldn't help but reply with an excited, "Yes! Yes! YES!" I'm already looking forward to our next stay. One final thing I would like to mention, is that we were the youngest people we saw at the hotel, and we have stayed in places where the staff have treated us differently because at first glance they might assume young people don't understand the importance of gratuity (which of course is not the case) but regardless of our age, we were treated with respect and hospitality as valued guests like anyone else. This was greatly appreciated. I'm sure we will be back very soon.

I just think this is bar none one of THE best hotels. They go above and beyond in every aspect. From the service to the rooms to the location to the fact that the door is held open for you every time you enter and exit. I love this place.

We adore staying at this landmark hotel! It has a wonderful vibe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Tower Bar is a great place to catch up with family members who live in the area. It is a wonderful architectural art deco building. We always feel welcome here. The food is always good and served promptly. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The Sunset Tower Hotel is one of the Nicest & most Gracious Hotels that we have stayed at. We stay at excellent hotels on many of our travels. The Encore-Tower Suites in Las Vegas, The Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles. The Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills. As lovely as all those hotels are, the Sunset Tower is among our favorites. Everyone is wonderful and especially NESS at the front desk, who provides guests with an exceptional visit. We look forward to visiting every year.

Fantastic location - iconic hotel. My advice is to go for power lunch or drinks, but stay somewhere else.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful- everyone from the front door to the room service. Hotel has such a vibe. The outdoor restaurant over looking the petite pool which over looks the city was such a wonderful way to start the day with breakfast. Room was comfortable. I loved that the windows opened! Would stay here again without question. Worth the expense.
