Hotel di West Homestead

Checking in was pleasant and easy. The view of the river from the room was really beautiful. The lobby was comfy and inviting as a place to lounge or work. There were tables and outlets suited for anything needed. We stayed 2 nights to see a show at the comedy club and had no trouble walking there and back. It felt really safe. We didn’t eat breakfast there but it was available. There were other places so close by. A really nice stay.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect for the trips I take to the city.

Thank you to this hotel for hosting my family during our wedding weekend! They reserved the entire 3rd floor for us. The front desk associates were very pleasant and accommodating. Anything we needed, they helped us with. When my husband and I wouldn't be there for check in to our honeymoon suite because our wedding was at the same time, they took our luggage to the room for us while we were out, so that when we came back it was already in our room. They allowed us to have late check out both Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast was also very good! I was very pleased. The rooms were great! Very comfortable. And their body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were the nice big bottles. We got a conference room for the reception dinner, and it was big and lovely. The entire hotel is very nice with ample parking. I was very pleased with this hotel and proud to host my family there. It was 15 minutes with traffic to our venue, Salvatore's. The only issue was the staff changes, where the staff we were dealing with in the planning of our weekend would quit and not leave any notes for the new staff, and we'd have to start all over. However, in the end, it all worked out perfectly. I am happy with this hotel.

酒店周圍環境較好，在河邊有個街心小公園風景挺好。酒店交通便利，旁邊有公交車。而且酒店自己有shuttle bus可以接送客人去周邊景點。司機師傅人很友善。酒店設施中規中矩，房間有小冰箱但沒有微波爐，房間麪積較大，因朝北向屋子見不到陽光很冷。工作人員服務態度較好。酒店收費停車場駐車方便。

We frequently travel to Pittsburgh and this was our first time staying at this location. We chose the hotel based on the reviews and we were not disappointed! The lobby is spacious and clean, the free breakfast, especially coffee for me is an added bonus! Having traveled a long distance, the location was fantastic! We arrived early and enjoyed a nice walk along the river path and shopping in the nearby stores. We felt safe and the surrounding area is clean and family friendly, which is important to us. After returning from a long day, it was nice to make a drink and sit by the water and then walk to the Cheesecake Factory for dessert, they even had live music in the square. The room was spacious and not overpriced. Having a fully stocked kitchenette was a bonus. It was great for heating up leftovers and storing our freezer packs for the ride home. The room was clean and had a great view of the river. The only downside was that there is not a place to pull off the street while running in to check in. We will definitely be back to this location.
