Hotel terbaik di Palo Alto

It is an excellent high quality hotel for the buck. Breakfast was also superb.

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

The hotel location is convenient for business visit in Silicon Valley. Also, the hotel facility is quite new. The room is clean and conformable.

Good customer service and clean hotel. Will be good to have hot water boiler though there is coffee machine in the room.

Melancong dengan anak-anak. Jangan cari tempat lain jika anda mampu. Hotel yang sangat mesra kanak-kanak. Kami mengembara dengan bayi dan mereka menyediakan bukan sahaja katil bayi tetapi mainan dan tab mandi bayi. sangat bertimbang rasa.

Location📍: on the way from San Francisco to the Silicon Valley and approximate 30 mins drive to the Silicon Valley. Nice choice if you plan to travel on self drive as there is no parking fee and the room is quite big with all the necessary facilities. There are also supermarkt around it within few minutes drive. Amenities🌐: a little bit old but still acceptable and in accordance to the price range.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Basically I chose it because of the affordable price and the proximity to Stanford hospital. If you are wanting a hotel that is quiet, this is not the place. The rooms open to the outside and is situated off a very busy main thoroughfare. I must say, they have done an admirable job of updating the bathroom. You can still tell where the old and the new meet but still very nice. This is supposed to be a hotel with non-smoking rooms but as soon as I stepped into my room, 203, I was smacked in the face by the smell of rancid cigarette smoke that must’ve been absorbed into the carpet. Even though the bathroom had been updated, I can’t that the bedroom area has been with torn curtains, old furniture and a refrigerator that was so loud at times, I had to unplug it. And then there is the carpet. It wasn’t dirty but very smelly. This is where the confused part comes in. When I checked out the next morning, there was a couple behind the counter. I am assuming they may be the owners. I mentioned that the room smelled awful and that it may be from the carpet. It smelled of stale smoke. I wasn’t pissy about it. Just mentioning the facts. They asked which room it was. I told them and the man seemed to be writing it down. Then the woman says to me there is no carpet in that room. Huh? I told her there is. Then the man said no, there is no carpet in the room. I told them I just came from that room and there definitely is carpet in the room. They continued to argue with me. Seriously? Whatever. I just turned around and left. They do have a free breakfast but I didn’t want to stick around for it.

Not a good experience. I paid for a king-size bed and they gave me a room with 2 regular-sized beds (no use for me), the room had an awful chlorine scent, windows facing a disorganized place with a lot of trash, next to the housekeeping room. Also, the bathroom had unfinished painted walls and many marks in the bathtub. A LOT of noise from the apartment above, the floor/ceiling is very not soundproof, the heater is very old and dirty. I felt disrespected mostly because the guy at the frontdesk said it was a better room. Never go back there that's for sure.
