Hotel di West Kelowna

I had stayed at the TownePlace hotel in December and then again in January. My first visit was good but unfortunately our TV was not working. It was really late when we turned it on so they couldn't fix it. But they were kind enough to try and did offer a second room, which we declined. We still loved the hotel and wanted to give it a second chance. My eldest son has a tumor in his brain that needs to come out. So our visits are stressful. I did email ahead of time and asked if they could just make sure the TV is working, when we arrive. At check in, we received a nice warm welcome to an upgraded room, a welcome bag of goodies, with a card and they even programmed the TV to say ”Good afternoon Christine” This was such a nice touch!!! This hotel knows the importance of customer service. If you are in West Kelowna, for leisure, business or medical reasons, I would highly recommend The TownePlace Suites by Marriott, for a great place to stay!

The service was okay, room smelled like someone had a smoke, staff told us that ot was the laundry detergent and to open a window breakfast was good, pool smelled like chlorine (they probably dumped too much in or something. Overall I wouldn't recommend, and highly disencurrage anyone planning to stay here.
