Only stayed for one night on a round trip on the coast but was a lovely place.
Staff were friendly and the food was great.
Would definitely go again and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here 2 years ago and couldn’t fault the hotel then, this time however very different. Room was shabby, shower was tiny and needs a refurb. Staff inconsistent with their service, disappointed that the hotel bar and restaurant closed by 9.30pm meaning couldn’t have a drink in the bar. Room wasn’t cleaned, no fresh towels or cups. Restaurant evening meal was worse meal I’ve eaten. Noisy neighbours resulting in broken sleep. Only positive is the view however won’t be staying here again, not at all worth the money they charge.

We waited forever to be served at an almost empty bar. Ordered 2 coffees and a “luxury” hot chocolate with 2 slices of cake. Waited and waited and waited for our order. Had to go back to the bar three times to find out what was happening. When eventually drinks arrived, coffee spilled everywhere, hot chocolate was small, lukewarm warm and again spilled everywhere. What an awful experience and NOT cheap!!!

The room was nice but cold. I had to wear a hoodie to bed the both night I was there. There was no extra blankets . The shower was filthy and the floor tiles were worn. We waited for 50 minutes for our breakfast to come which by then we left! The second breakfast was cold. I had smoked haddock which when I tried to cut it , milk oozed out of it! Which put me right off. For the price we payed for this hotel myself and my husband were very, very disappointed.

Rather shabby , needs a refresh. Not cheap for what it is. Over 100 per night. Scratched wood, dim bulbs , damp musty cold room. Service adequate but not very professional. I was in annexe. Brown and musty ! Car park needed a tidy even. Breakfast adequate not great. Cold sausages, weirdly grilled plum tomatoes, very small coffee pot. Staff enthusiastic but undertrained. Next time I’ll get a holiday inn or something. Mostly workmen staying there. The area is a bit grim. Mudflats and run down caravan sites. Glad to go home !!

Loved this place. Good honest value for money. Great food, lovely staff, excellent location. They couldn’t do enough for us! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The car park is big and the location is great. Bus or walk into Weston S Mare.

The hotel has been beautifully upgraded. It is in a quieter beach location than busy Weston a couple of miles away. We had a very large bed and sea view. All the staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful. The cooked breakfast choices were really good and adaptable. The coffee was good too. Our only problem, for us, was the complicated tv remote and channel options! The hotel has plenty of parking.

Wonderful staff, all of them. They were all friendly, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was lovely, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Really had a great 3 days. The room was clean and had a decent sea view. Thank you!

Lovely little hotel. Clean, tidy , friendly staff and a great restaurant and bar. Room was perfectly adequate with en suite, double bed, kettle, fridge and television. Tea , coffee, milk topped up every day and always came home to a clean room and warm welcome from the staff in the restaurant and hotel. Sea front on the doorstep. No reflection on the hotel but in a very quiet place and would if you needed a taxi to get to any sort of nightlife. The breakfast menu is fantastic. My only criticism and definitely not a complaint. The bathroom could do with a slight bit of TLC. All in all a great stay. Many thanks all.
