Cracked, crumbling tiles, scratched walls, old bathrooms, everything is just old and worn out. Apparently the pool and ice makers are too since they were out of service. Friends who stayed there a year ago said they were out of order then too. At check in I requested a pack and play. The lady had me help her pull it out of the box(not new-but stained) then carry it up to the room myself while holding my 1 year old and 2 other items. Maybe she would offer help but I’m not sure there was any other staff member at all there at the time!
