Wybrałem hotel ze względu na lokalizację . Dla mnie była idealna . Reszta już tak dobrze nie wyglądała. Trafiłem po pierwszym gorącym weekendzie . Na dworze 30 stopni na plus . Klimatyzacja działała ,ale okna wychodzące na stację BP były mocno nasłonecznione. Można jeszcze zasunąć żaluzje , ale było by lepiej pomieszczenie po prostu przewietrzyć . Niestety okna na stale zamknięte .Dwuosobowy pokój na jedną osobę jest O.K. , ale przy dwóch będzie ciasno . Łazienka bez zarzutu a nawet na plus . Śniadanie [ jeszcze przynoszone do pokoju ] bardzo przeciętne . ”Sztuczne” wędliny i kiepskie sery . Na ciepło do wyboru parówka lub jajecznica . Wybrałem to drugie , ale doniesione do pokoju było co najwyżej letnie . Za to duży wybór słodkich ciasteczek [ bardzo kiepskich ].Basen [ zresztą bardzo mały ] jest jakąś atrakcją , ale nawet nie miałem czasu skorzystać . Czysto i obsługa poprawna , ale raczej nie wrócę w to miejsce .

bytová jednotka se nachází na úrovni chodníku takže přístup je opravdu bezbarierový, s vozíkem jsme se dostaly dovntř, vybavení je na velmi dobré úrovni, zahrada je super je posekaná a čistá dlouhá je že jí ani házedlem nepřehodíš, náš pes si pěkně zaběha

Located in a historical building, 200m from the main square and in an historical part of the city, this hotel has very ie and modern rooms. We were given the 511, that has an opening sofa, located on the 5th floor it was looking on the courtyard and was much quieter than the rooms overlooking the music forum. The hotel is modern and contemporary, but has kept some historical markers like the former band vault and the wooden staircase. Our room was circa 25sqm, with enough space for 3 people. It had a espresso machine with real nespresso capsules (not ersatz one), great Kores bath amenities. It is equipped with a fantastic 15m long pool in the basement, a complete spa with dry and wet sauna, and a small jaccuzzi. The gym is wide and well equipped and well tended. Receptionnist are mostly friendly, albeit the one that checked us in (Kasia) was friendly like a prison ward. The restaurant is very nice and we can suggest their tasty Pastrami burger with Kimchi. We felt very well treated everywhere and really liked our stay, it make us live Wrocław even more. Hope to come back soon again to this AC.

After a somewhat disastrous stay at another hotel, I quickly booked two deluxe rooms for my parents and myself at Hotel Monopol to save our Christmas Market experience in Wroclaw. The moment we walked into the hotel we were immediately put at ease. What a gorgeous hotel. Fantastic service and the perfect location to walk to the Christmas market and shops. The deluxe rooms were incredibly spacious and modern. The bathrooms are open plan, so make sure you’re comfortable with your roommate if you have one. The bed was luxurious and the bath products were top notch as well. Breakfast was great along with the bar on the ground floor. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely. We would happily return.
