Menginap selama 1 malam untuk sambutan hari jadi. Terima kasih kepada kakitangan hotel yang menyediakan kek n belon untuk majlis tersebut. Suka perkhidmatan di hotel. Penginapan akan menjadi sempurna jika tuala lebih bersih. Terlihat banyak kotoran pada tuala mandi dan embel-embel yang keluar dari tuala tangan. Mungkin mereka perlukan perubahan.

Ini kali pertama saya menempah dengan Fuji. Perkhidmatan sangat baik kerana mereka berjaya memenuhi permintaan saya untuk unit tingkat tinggi. Anak-anak saya teruja kerana kami diberi tahap 43A. Daftar masuk lancar & semuanya teratur. Walau bagaimanapun, Fuju mungkin mempertimbangkan untuk memasukkan microwave kerana ia berguna untuk tetamu anda. Secara keseluruhan, Disyorkan! :)

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di hotel ini, bilik yang agak sempit.. secara keseluruhannya memuaskan perkhidmatan, sarapan pagi yang baik dan harga yang menarik. Penginapan yang baik di hotel ini, seperti katil mereka sangat kukuh dan tidak terlalu keras. Akan menjadi buruk lagi jika harga kompetitif.

************* dah menginap di hotel yang agak lama juga. Bhgn reciptionist MMG terbaik, bagi perkhidmatan yg bagus & cuma bila nak keluar kena panggil sekuriti kalau tidak masuk & scan kad Touch & Go semasa masuk ke kawasan parking dalam bangunan hotel. Bilik MMG besar tapi tandas macam sempit sedikit. Boleh mandi kolam yg bertutup dengan keadaan selamat & ada gym. Sarapan pagi sangat sedap & pelbagai makanan & minuman yg dapat dihidang. Cuma masalah semasa menutup pintu hotel, perlu lebih rapat lagi dan lift tempat parking kereta agak jauh juga dengan lift ke bilik hotel. Staff bahagian maintenance datang begitu cepat apabila mengalami masalah pintu hotel. Hotel ini berdekatan dgn Plaza Pelangi & KSL UTK membeli barang. Senang nak order makanan dari hotel & rider2 Grab, Foodpanda & Shopee food senang menghantar makanan di lobi hotel. Saya BG 4 bintang secara keseluruhannya.

Lokasi sangat berpusat - berdekatan dengan pusat bandar dan pusat membeli-belah utama serta kedai makan.
Bilik besar dan bersih dengan katil berkembar super dan dengan semua kemudahan yang diperlukan disediakan. Paling penting, ia kalis bunyi. Bufet sarapan pagi dan makan tengah hari - kos untuk warga emas seperti kami adalah berpatutan. Spread dan kualiti makanan adalah baik untuk harga yang dibayar.
Akan menginap di Grand Paragon Johor Bahru lagi semasa lawatan seterusnya.
Sangat mengesyorkan menginap di hotel ini.

Bilik sangat besar, luas dan bersih. TV di dalam bilik terlalu kecil dan bukan TV pintar, jadi tidak boleh menonton video dalam talian. Saluran yang tersedia juga sangat terhad.
Persekitaran hotel bagus dan ia sangat mudah diakses, dengan adanya pasar raya dan kedai makan.
Oleh kerana kawasan tempatan masih dalam fasa pembangunan, beberapa laluan jalan ditutup. Semasa kami dalam perjalanan ke hotel, teksi e-hailing kami berpusing-pusing di kawasan berhampiran tetapi tidak dapat menemui jalan. Oleh itu, kami terpaksa turun berdekatan hotel dan berjalan kaki ke sana.
Terdapat banyak burung di sekitar, terutamanya gagak.

Pihak hotel dengan tulus ikhlas memohon maaf atas masalah penghawa dingin semasa kami menginap. Kakitangan Anna, bagi pihak Trove Hotel, menempatkan kami dengan katil tambahan dan kipas untuk pemulihan perkhidmatan.
Penyelenggaraan berfungsi pada pemeriksaan penghawa dingin.
Akhir sekali, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Trove atas hidangan buah-buahan pujian dan juga kakitangan yang membantu suami saya menyarung kek hari jadi sepanjang penginapan kami.

AAnonymous UserMy husband and I had a pleasant stay here! We were warmly greeted by receptionist Aini if I’m not mistaken. We were extremely grateful when she gave is the early check in and birthday cake specially for my husband’s birthday.
The room was extremely comfortable and the facilities provided by the hotel was amazing. To top it all off, the breakfast spread was too good to be true haha. The concept of having the infused and sugar syrup intrigued me!

YYL_SnoopyIf you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice.
Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa.
What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there.
The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub.
Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

AAnonymous UserFirst time staying at St. Giles and, unfortunately, it was quite disappointing given its 4star hotel
Cleanliness was a major letdown. The glass shelf hadn’t been properly cleaned, there were noticeable stains on the windows, and the overall maintenance didn’t reflect a hotel that hasn’t been open very long. Even the toilet tiles were damaged, which further added to the poor impression. The breakfast was very average as well, nothing particularly memorable.
Another concern was privacy. Despite putting up the “resting” sign while we were out, someone still entered our room. We only realized this because a plate of cake had been left on the table. While the cake was actually quite delicious, it was still very concerning that staff entered without permission.
The room soundproofing was also very poor. We could clearly hear noise from outside, which may be an issue for light sleepers. That said, the bed itself was comfortable.
On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s directly connected to Mid Valley, making it very convenient for shopping. Getting a Grab is also easy from the area.
The service desk staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the QR code system for requests and communication, it’s a modern and convenient alternative to calling the front desk.
Overall, while the location and service were good, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, privacy, and soundproofing was disappointing.

GGuest Useri have nothing bad to say, this is definitely 1 of the best hotel apartment i have ever stayed. my youngest son doesn't want to leave the hotel. he cried and ran back to the lift lobby asking to go back to the hotel room when we had already checked out. great for families, breakfast was ok , quite good, the room excellent, pool was nice and cold. definitely coming back here.

TTzieqyI stayed together with my husband and child. The self check in was smooth. They provided very clear instructions for the check in. The room was clean and the pool view from the room was great. I love that the balcony is quite spacious. Their service is also good. Very prompt response from them.
The feedback I have is if possible, to get a parking lot that is nearer to the lobby entrance at level 5. And for the common room, maybe can rearrange the drawer cabinet away from the power socket because the current position, the cabinet is covering the socket thus we're unable to charge while in the room.
But these are minor issues. The most important thing is that I had a comfortable stay and it really is a great accommodation.

GGuest UserIt was very good experience as we stayed with families there. There were kids activities planned by Hotel staff. Nice pool but there is no slide or water park like thing. The location is nice as nearby there are lot of shops to buy anything you like. It’s far from
Beach but there is shuttle bus to beach so no need to worry. Beach of Desaru is not so great ok types so you are not missing a lot by not staying on the beach. Hotel rooms and spacious and clean value for money for sure.

TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

AAdillawatiThis was my first stay at Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru, and as someone who places a lot of value on customer service, the team genuinely exceeded my expectations. Across multiple departments, the staff consistently showed a positive attitude, thoughtful consideration, and a clear willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
During breakfast, staff regularly greeted us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Even during peak hours, another team member managed the lift flow smoothly so the lifts could be used more efficiently. I also appreciated how staff didn’t just point us in a direction—they guided and accompanied us to available tables, which made the whole experience feel warm and well-organised.
My family was especially tired after arriving late at night, and we were momentarily lost while trying to find the reception lobby on Level 5. The security guard responded to our questions with patience and grace, and that same welcoming energy continued during check-in. The guest relations officer answered my breakfast questions with such kindness and a big smile—even when I was experiencing serious brain fog (lol!).
It’s these small, consistent acts of care—paired with genuine positivity—that set this hotel apart.
I also completely understand how Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel. We spotted the kiddie pool with water slides, and Mizan had an absolute blast splashing and playing there. The pool area itself felt thoughtfully planned—well laid out, with facilities that made it easy to enjoy the space while still feeling calm and relaxing.
The room delivered too, especially in comfort and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly inviting (the kind you immediately want to melt into), and the overall bedroom layout felt cozy and well designed—simple, comfortable, and easy to settle into after a long day.
One more thoughtful touch that really stood out: the hotel even had a balloonist on-site creating balloon designs for the children. Honestly—what family-friendly hotel goes the extra mile to do that? It was such a simple but brilliant idea, and you could see how much it delighted the kids. His balloons definitely made the young guests happy, and it added an extra layer of joy to the whole stay.
Unmatched customer service, family-friendly facilities, and cozy hotel rooms all in one place? Sheraton JB tops my list.

KKeenakayyThe room was exactly as shown in the pictures—comfortable, clean, and cozy. My child especially enjoyed the stay thanks to the great amenities. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to all messages. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely try other rooms on my next stay.

OOlive erThe hotel is old but well taken care. The check in and check out process needs to be improved, took too long.
The breakfast charge is over priced. I paid Rm50.88 per meal for my 7 year old kid. And the breakfast varieties are very normal, very limited choices.
The environment to eat is also very messy, people queue up for 10-15mins just to get the omelettes. Probably due to long holidays, it’s hard to find a table to sit down and eat. Shortage of workers to clean the table and to clean the room too. Our room only managed to be clean at 5pm.
The room is clean, the staff are friendly to help. We enjoy the beach and the pool, the pool is very friendly for kids.
The hotel also provides many other activities.
