hotel is clean and spacious for 2, location is good, bout 10 mins to mrt walk! breakfast was good! and checkin was smooth. overall it's superrrrr worth it! with the supper and breakfast included

Nice cosy hotel near to walking street. Easy to catch taxi or Didi location.

Front desk staff (Callie, Jessi) with excellent service. The hotel has a beautiful environment. The hotel is also very well equipped and the room is very clean. I like this hotel very much and will stay next time I come to Wuhan

Don't be misleaded by the ifc as is not what you think. The hotel has all what you need except the water need lots of time to be heated up which is a minus for me. I would say is worth the $ you paid and the breakfast is good

A nice mosiac floor and glass trumpet lighting chandelier greets you when you walk into the lobby. Its a blueish hue, leather sofa and great service from reception with oupon for supper will surprise any guest. Room are cosy, clean and high tech with voice activated control by "xiao du". Lightning ambient can be change from bright to cosy to watch video stream from gour phone to a giant Huawei screen. Service call are answered promptly and receptionist goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Convenient location to go around city attraction. It near a metro station. Breakfast till 11am with a variety of English or Chinese menu.

Beautiful hotel. The pictures are accurate. Breakfast was good- just enough. Next door is a McDonald’s and there are malls within walking distance. The room was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended places to eat and things to do. Very accommodating. Even the cleaning staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

The environment and location are good. The front desk staff of Lucy and Elvin are very helpful and especially helped us to bring our heavy and big suitcases to their main entrance for taxi to airport because there are so many stair steps which are not user friendly for our elders to walk up and down with heavy suitcases. Also we would like to thank for one lady she (陳四妹) works in the restaurant where provided for breakfast. She is so helpful and kindness to us during our breakfast time since we could not speak well Mandarin but she is willing to help us on the food.

Very impressed by the services of the friendly hotel staff in general n the manager 象牙 in particular who went on to extra mile helping us two couples upon checking out to get airport taxi with 6 big luggages.. He personally instructed the taxi driver to take good care of us 4 seniors. Will stay here again.

Came to this hotel for my birthday get away from Shanghai. The staff were amazing and friendly. I received a lovely happy birthday card and some snacks from them.

Due to all these new high technology, controlling of facilities sometimes can become a problem. Electric gets cut off when we are out. Meaning Do Not Disturb button is of no use. After 20-30min that we are out, house keeping will enter even though we left with the DND option on.

Quiet hotel where you get the feeling of being in a luxury palace. I totally recommend. The staff was very helpful and speaks English. A lot of amenities and gifts. We loved it! Thanks for having us. Hope to be back soon.

By far this is the best hotel I've stayed across 20+ countries over the world that I've travelled to. The front desk team which is led by Elvn(director) provided impeccable services which go beyond extra miles. Bella(manager) arranged transportation for us during a raining day and waited with us on the roadside till the cab arrived. Lucy(receptionist) reserved the Hubei museum on our behalf thru her mobile phone and wechat me the details of confirmation as my wife and I do not have a local mobile line to do so. Jojo(receptionist) provided us with two mobile electric fans on a day which the temperature was 36 degree celcius. Apart from these examples, the rest of the team were very friendly, always greeted guests with a smile. The rooms were always clean and our room was equipped with AI technology. The usher was always polite and helped guests with their luggage. The hotel's interior is well designed with modern decoration and advance technologies. Lots of food choices can be found within walking distance and McDonald's is just beside the hotel. Massage/Face spas are within and beside the hotel. Everything is almost perfect except the taste of breakfast which can be improved. Nevertheless, credit should be given to the team of FONTOO Hotel Wuhan Hankou IFC for the wonderful job and always served guest with a heart!
