Good place

The hotel location is perfect if you are traveling by train and need to move around the train station. Is not near to the city center so for that is not so convenient. Amenities, rooms, staff excellent. And free shuttle to the train station.

Very comfortable stay, only complaint is that there is small lights in the room which can not be turned off and impacted the darkness of the room

Quick and considerate service from front desk and manager. Warm and hospitable interaction. Reliable and consistent professionalism. This high level of performance really helps a customer to feel safe and to be able to relax.

Very convenient location for travelling. Staff is kind and helpful. Room are sufficiently clean. I often come to this hotel and I have never bean disappointed. Breakfast can be improved but is still sufficient. I recommend it.

Hotel is situated just 10 mins away from the railway station and was also the reason why I booked a stay there since I was only going to be here for 1 night before taking a train out to another city. There's nothing much in the surrounding area except a 24/7 convenience store - which is still helpful! Room was clean and as shown in the photo - I even got the top floor corner room.

The hotel staff is very helpful! We told them we are celebrating a birthday and they even surprised us with a room upgrade and a cake! Really made our stay welcome. Also, when we checked out the staff helped us get out things in the taxi so we won’t miss our train. The breakfast is delicious and versatile and we will definitely come back to stay here again!

Not satisfactory. No fridge in the room Wall of the shower room not clean.

The only thing that would need improvement is working time of hotel restaurant. You cannot be served with any drinks or meals after breakfast. Great Service and help from hotel manager Michelle. Thank you!

The staff at the reception counter were polite, efficient and helpful. This was despite the fact that they were under constant pressure to serve the continual flow of guests and telephone enquiries. The staff went to her extra mile helping my wife and I who are foreigners and aged 72 to call for taxi service something that we are unfamiliar with. The breakfast in the hotel was good and the staff efficient and polite.Breakfast was delicious, sumptuous, have a good spread of local and western items.
