I thought this was a great hotel, especially since it was right next to the MTR stop. The room itself was renovated and quite clean in my opinion nice desk with a perfect amount of sunlight. The hallway was very noisy with no sound insulation at the door, but I got lucky with the window. Floor was very dirty so you will have to wipe it down yourself

酒店服務人員超級好，辦理入住時會細心詢問，訂的本來沒注意看，訂的是高級大床房，前台小姐姐幫我免費升級成豪華大床，非常感謝，房間是落地窗，視野採光很好，房間很乾凈整潔，裏面的設施設備也很完善，配備齊全，有小冰箱和保險箱，超級nice! 停車場很大而且停車也免費，性價比很高，值得推薦！

第一次來極樂湯大概是18年，算是見證了它這幾年的變化～以前來極樂湯都是上午來晚上走，有好兩次外面下着大雪來，裏面暖呼呼的太幸福了～這一次帶着小孩子，選擇了在極樂湯住一晚，前台小哥哥服務特別好，因為糾結定哪個房間，就帶我看了普房和豪華房的房間，豪華房面積大一點，有窗户，普房其實也夠用了，因為大部分時間都是呆在一樓和二樓，睡覺的時候才去三樓。房間很乾凈，裝修也是很簡潔温馨的風格，而且晚上特別安靜，睡的很好。客房服務小哥哥看到我和家人出入會積極幫忙按電梯，有求必應。酒店邊上就是極地海洋世界，如果遠道而來的可以兩個一起玩。總之是一次非常舒服的旅行，下次來還要再訂房間（因為訂房間下午來，第二天中午走，無形之中又多玩了幾小時，感覺好划算…）

Hotel is not big but room is spacious, toilet is big too. About 10 minutes walk to red line station and about 20 minutes walk to grey line. There are many local eatery and restaurants near the hotel, even pharmacy just next to the Hotel.
