房間很好、舒適，設施設備齊全，環境不錯，服務態度可以！位於無錫市大東北方向的錫山區安鎮鑫安路101號，緊緊緊鄰商業街區，停車費120-150元/夜，距離市區約18公里。

環境：周圍比較荒涼，挺安靜的，但是內部隔音一般 ，早上打車去無錫東不是很好去，滴滴打車能接單的司機附近不是很多，打車很困難。 衞生：浴巾有看見黑色污漬，不是很乾凈，反正自己出門有帶一次性的洗漱用品，就沒用酒店的。 設施：比較老舊，星程酒店按理説是華住旗下的中高端了，這個星程，地理位置不太好，設施略低於經濟型酒店。 服務：前台服務人員態度很好，很熱情。酒店行業屬於服務型行業，即使硬件條件有限，但周到熱情的服務，一樣也會讓旅客再次選擇你們家。

Service of the hotel is good. The hotel is far from top attractions in Wuxi but close to Central Park. A must visit for good food, walking and camping by the lake all in one afternoon.

正常房間吧，裏面設施有點老舊了，最奇怪的是馬桶的設計，地方太小了……感覺就是擠在裏面的。窗外就是九里河，早晚有人散步和跳廣場舞。早餐還不錯，粥熬的很到位。

前台服務熱情 房間設施齊全

設施：房間比較新，雖然新開業的亞朵，但不是那種全新的感覺，比較像是接盤了之前的酒店，沒有其他亞朵的小冰箱，是個敗筆。看到有個坑，似乎是小冰箱預留位置。 衞生：還算可以，但是下水道會堵，淋浴間有兩個蓋着下水孔的蓋子，經常不蓋上，隨便放在邊上，感覺保潔阿姨培訓不到位。房間連住的隔天經常缺東西，缺過紙杯，瓶裝水，地巾，拖鞋，加強培訓吧。 環境：周邊什麼也沒有，步行距離沒啥吃飯購物，相對不方便，不過外賣可以買到附近商場的。 服務：比較新的團隊，感覺還算有激情，不過經驗不足，不會的就復讀機一樣的讓我聯繫攜程，去過幾次，前一次前台可以打水單，下一次就不行了。還會找不到訂單，會態度很好的重複説著讓我聯繫攜程。餐廳員工上上下下很親切認真，點贊，不過，感覺西式早餐不會弄，有點樣子，但是，就是差點，例如一般法棍是蓋上餐布，防止變幹，有麪包刀，吃多少，切多少，現在是全部切好攤開擺着。有那種自動滾動烤麪包機，第一次去的時候，下面的接盤沒在，麪包會直接掉桌上，第二次就放上了。沙拉種類和佈置也不是很到位。感覺需要西式早餐培訓。有那種自己平時不吃，所以不知道吃西式早餐該怎樣。中式早餐樣式就比較多，但是感覺不如其他亞朵精緻好吃，有豆花，不過調料區應該要一樣一個勺，不然全部串味亂用。細節上，應該都是加強培訓能解決的。 酒店還行，但是，就是有種下次不是很想去的感覺。感覺態度沒問題，但誠意未滿。

酒店服務非常好，前台小姐姐也很熱情，房間衞生很乾凈，前台還有好吃的小零食跟飲料，早餐也很好吃，三樓還有健身房，跟自助洗衣房，都是免費使用的，性價比高，非常好的體驗，贊👍👍👍

1. 櫃枱服務態度一般，建議更和藹可親一點 2. 入住時房門是敞開的，可能是為了通風，但是夏季蚊蟲多，即使用了防蚊液，還是被叮了 3. 房間硬件設施沒什麼問題，空間也確實很大 4. 在酒店這麼競爭的市場上，人員服務跟不上，真的想要獲取好評的話，建議至少升級房間吧，這樣比較實際一點 5. 離梅里古鎮很近，出乎意料的平日晚上也很熱鬧，吃的喝的玩的逛的應有盡有

overall experience was great. wonderful service provided by the receptionist (xiaoyang) and also the hotel janitor for helping me not only clean my room but also did laundry service without me asking 👍 hotel is clean and aesthetics looks good modern futuristic look. like the fact that the toilet and showers were separated to prevent the toilet from getting wet. one area which i think can be improve is to have fridge in the room.

WOW just WOW. THE best service from a 5 star hotel in China after 20+ years and hundreds of stays. Fair to say that a lot of hotels in China have the hardware (nice rooms and good facilities etc) but normally get let down by the software (service). This was an exception. Had serious issues with health codes and covid testing in Wuxi but Shumaila (Guest Service Manager) along with her Chinese colleague turned into Superwoman and Superman and went way beyond the levels of expected service for a 5 star hotel. First they accompanied me to the covid testing point (1 km away) but didnt stop there because i still had problems and had to go to the hospital to get tested (4 kms away). They helped order a taxi and Shumaila actually went to the hospital with me to ensure everything was ok! Also this was all done on her day off! Remarkable. Throughout my stay the service in the hotel was excellent whether it be at check in or out (quick) or in the restaurant and/or executive lounge area. Everyone in the hotel had a smile on their face and was willing to be of assistance. Food including breakfast had variety and was good Keep up the excellent work, well done to Shumaila and your hotel team
