Center Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower)

Booked 2 rooms with 2 single beds per room. Location - right beside a metro. - Didi car will stop along road and you just need to walk few.steps to hotel. - along the circumference of Bell tower. Service - late Check-out. - Room comes with free Chinese guide of terracotta warriors museum, but need to reserve a day before. Its with a tour agent. They offer RMB30 per person bus trip at 9am and 2pm departure. To reserve a day before too. Didi to terracotta about RMB100. You can get local English guide (limited) at terracotta RM200 (yes you need to slash price and I'm lucky to get one). - they can warm food for you. Room - spacious. Can easily fit 2 big luggage and ample walkway. - hot/cold air, fan speed, temperature adjustment allowed. - toilet and ahower room is separated. - washing basin is located outside of toilet and shower room, with hot and cold water. Standard design in China. - comfortable bed - 2 different pillow softness - decent dynson dup air dryer. - toothbrush, Toothpaste, comb, bath tower, hamd tower provided. - high tech water dispenser with various temperature to choose from. Plenty of water bottle placed at lift and warm water bottle at the main entrance. Just a Note: - 1 room always have vanity kit. The other room never have, and the spoon is not washed properly. Guess you can always request from cleaner lady or services desk. - not that sound proof. You can heard very faint tv sound or people talking of the room beside yours.

We loved staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When we arrived late past midnight, the lady at the counter was very kind to help me order food. The hotel is very well located, just 2 steps from the train station. The bell tower is right beside it. Rooms are well equipped and bed is comfy. Would love to return

We had a prefect stay at this nice hotel in the middle of the city of Xi'an. Clean and spacious room, we bought an upgrade, good bed with a good mattress, shower with plenty of space. Breakfast was very varied and th complimentarye afternoon tea was a nice surprise.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient position next to metro station. The room is nice and spacious. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice and efficient. Though they do not speak English. Free water bottles on every floors. The hotel also provide free toothbrush and toothpaste, comb and slippers. Free laundry and dryer with washing liquid but no fabric conditioner. I felt a bit disappointed by afternoon tea. It was only tea and coffee, waffle, tomatoes, cucumber and a few biscuit. Not so good at all. For breakfast there were not many choices for western food. I thinks it was catered for South East Asia customer. Two or three choices for fruits

Well located hotel, beautiful and spacious room. Staff is friendly and prompt to help you with anything you will need, they help you with any activities that you are interested in Xi'An

Everything was great, except that my children were bitten by unknown bugs when they sleep. We had repellant on and it did not help. Service staff tried to clean and help provide repellant in the room but it did not help. Breakfast is simple but service staff did a great job. More importantly i wish to comment on the so called Day trip to Terracotta Warrior which we purchased from the hotel. IT IS A SCAM. we bought a day trip with entrance ticket and guide, but ended up WASTED an antire day as we were ONLY informed that the tour group is not just going to terracotta warrier, but a few other locations and if we do not pay ADDITIONAL fees, we will just sit in the bus and WAIT. The "free" lunch was just a ruse to make you go through a precious stone and jewellery store, the food was horrible. When we were enquiring about this tour when we checked in, they were dodgy and would not answer why it would take an entire day just to see terracotta warrior - they simply won't answer our question! What could have been a half day sightsee costed us an entire day and worst, we were rushed at terracotta warrior unable to experience it properly as we would wanted. It is dissappointing that this hotel partner with scam tour company to cheat their guests.
