設施：兩張1.5米的床 睡一家四口還可以。房間不是很大。設施一般吧 有電視 洗衣機 灶具 可以做飯 但是我沒有用。 捲紙啥的沒有賓館備的多，這些我們是自備的。我們還自己帶了拖鞋。但是房東很貼心的給買了兩雙新的。 環境：小區環境很好，很安靜，感覺很安全。不像賓館那樣亂。就在西交大附近，都是小區，吃飯很方便。就是整個西安停車大都不免費。 服務：房東的服務很好 ，隨時有問題都能找到她。 衛生：一般，廁所有些反味兒。不過總體還好。 畢竟價錢很低。
