Early checked in was part of my booking and it was a smooth check-in. My request for them to prepare a take away breakfast was also allowed since I cannot avail my breakfast since I have to depart early. They have been sooo considerate.

I recently stayed at the Manxin Hotel in Xi’an, and it was a great experience. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city’s main sites. The bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and always ready to assist with any request notwithstanding the language barrier.

每年全家旅行若干次，但這個是第一次主動想進行評價，漫心酒店真心喜歡。漫心位於西安城牆下，距離長樂門只有二三百米，周邊環境安靜清幽，濃濃的古城滋味，更增添了我對古城的美好記憶。走過這麼多城，一個酒店控，對酒店要求很高，我發現選對了酒店的位置會為這個城市的感覺錦上添花！漫心的安靜和舒適的房間設施讓我享受了酒店的夜晚時光，服務更是不必説，衹要有要求必有及時的迴應。酒店的早餐雖不説有什麼高級，但也可算是豐富了，而且每天都會用心的變換一些菜品，絕對能滿足需要。我真心地推薦漫心，大家都來感受一下吧！

Excellent. Super new and clean. Spacious, Modern decor. Bed firm, with different pillow options. Sound insulation was good, so no traffic noise. Heat insulation excellent too. Was here in end nov (temperature of 5-10 degree Celsius), and didn’t even turn on the heat in the room. location convenient, between 2 metro stations with main tourist metro lines. Walking distance to drum tower, Muslim street and old city wall. Breakfast had good variety. Staff was very helpful. Excellent for the price. No complaints. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our Xi An trip. The location is perfect—just a short walk from some tourist spots and train stations, which made sightseeing so convenient. They partner with a travel agency that arranged a day tour to Hua Shan for us. Highly recommend to use their tour (can contact agent 赵女士 from 中超旅行社) to Hua Shan, as ticket booking can be challenging for foreigners. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what really made my experience exceptional was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The front desk team was incredibly helpful in providing directions and local recommendations, and one of the staff, 张彤 even assisted with my train ticket booking last minute. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive.
