酒店總體還可以吧，就在萬達廣場旁邊的SOHO公寓樓上，周邊吃飯買東西都非常方便！房間設施有點老舊，應該及時維修更換，這家店勝價格比其他家要優惠。

The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

帶女兒來廈門上鋼琴課，就在琴行附近找了這裏的公寓。選了尊享大床房，房間很寬敞，有兩張1.8米的大床，住3個人都沒有問題。配置很齊全，冰箱洗衣機都有。設施還很新，公寓是2023年開業的，隔音效果要比快捷酒店的好很多。旁邊還有天虹商場和灣悦城大型商業體，交通便利。老闆24小時在線，處理問題很及時，非常滿意的一次旅居。如有機會再來廈門，還會來這裏。

I came here to participate at a fair in the exhibition center and meet with people. For these reasons it has a great location. Traffic jams are not crazy as at western coast of Xiamen. But stuff doesn't speak English. I was surprised, but it seems after COVID china didn't come back yet. Rooms are good, but a bit old-fashioned in a bad way. Everything was clean. Nice new hotel around 10 minutes drive (20rmb by taxi) from the airport. I just stayed here overnight, but the staff were friendly, room was clean, and I enjoyed the location - you are really in the middle of a local Chinese neighborhood, highly doubt you will see any other foreigners around, but that's cool - part of the fun. Literally hundreds of restaurants within a couple of hundred meters, supermarkets etc. The room itself was well furnished, had all the amenities you would ever need, and most importantly was spotlessly clean. A simple breakfast was included. For the price, you really can't go wrong - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

來住過幾次了，老闆非常周到很熱情，有問必答， 我問了不少問題，比如附近都有哪些吃喝玩樂的地 方，都會認真回答我，這點我向老闆表示由衷的敬意，這樣的好老闆可不多。不錯不錯，很滿意房間簡約大氣，也非常滿意！這家店信譽是相當地不錯。我用我的親身經歷告訴大家，掌櫃服務態度非常好。房間也非常不錯，老闆還幫我拿行李，感謝老闆凌晨免費接機服務，送個真誠的好評！雖然住了幾天但是根本玩不夠，很好玩誒，廈門夜晚的大海和白天很不一樣哦。謝謝老闆下次還來

The service was very accommodating. The owner is very flexible. He accepted another day booking even if it’s not the correct date due to my flight cancellation before that day. He is always ready to pick up/ brought back to the airport anytime. There is also a convenience shop downstairs and small local restaurants. The only downside was there is no elevator to the rooms, but definitely I will book again if I come back to Xiamen due to potential saving and also the owner’s helpful attitude!

Clean room, polite staff, good breakfast, near the Lucuo metro station, exit 12. Convenience to travel around to tourists attraction by using metro lines and BRT. The staff helped us to book Didi cab to airport. Thanks to the brother. Would recommend to stay.

From reception to the room , the services and room ! Exceptional value ! Slept like a log , the bed was perfect enough pillows to keep my head comfy . Air conditioning that worked perfectly! Lighting on point !
