Hotel Mesra keluarga di Xiamen

Great hotel that is nice and clean. We were assigned a non-smoking room on the 28/F which offered an amazing view of Longyan City. Very pleasant service and we would like to commend their staff Lisa Chung for her friendliness and making us felt much welcomed. We left two jackets in the wardrobe on check out. The hotel called us but we were already on the High Speed Rail. The jackets were then couriered to us in Hong Kong in no time. Very efficient indeed. Breakfast was also good value for money. Very pleasant stay overall. Will recommend Fliport chain of hotels to our friends.

My elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location. When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness. From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street. A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel. There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50. I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

Saya tinggal di sana tiga tahun yang lalu semasa saya hamil dan mempunyai pengalaman hebat. Saya membuat tempahan sekali lagi kali ini dengan bayi saya Malangnya, saya diberitahu untuk menukar hotel selepas beberapa jam daftar masuk kerana bekalan elektrik terputus pembinaan yang berdekatan. Saya menghabiskan beberapa hari bimbang tentang malam terakhir saya mendaftar masuk pula. Nisbah harga/prestasinya sangat tinggi dan sangat selesa. Kakitangan hotel juga mempunyai sikap perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Saya diberi beg tambahan kerana saya menginap dengan seorang bayi.

This hotel was great for a long layover as it is close to the airport. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and big. When we arrived, check in was very smooth and Zoey Zeng at the front desk was super helpful and even upgraded our room for free.

After a very long 23 hours travelling I appreciate how efficient the front desk helped to get my room sorted out. Special thanks to all! Sorry I did not get their names as I was so exhausted. I look forward to my next visit.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was more Chinese than international. Gym was very nice. Also some restaurants and shopping mall in the area. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

The room is spacious and wonderful. They have two toilets here but unfortunately only one bathroom. Kitchen set with all things needed if you need to reheat or Cook a simple meal. Gym was very nice so does the swimming pool (the one meant for swimming). They have all the noodle pools, swim board etc that needed for kids. Do not forget to bring the swim caps, it is a compulsory. We got free 3 hours kids club each day/stay but we did not manage to play. It was not so big but enough for kids 5 years and below. 5 minutes walk to Zhong Shan lu pedestrian street and a mall. Short drive to the Ferry terminal as well. The breakfast selection are wide, fitting for Asian or intercontinental type of breakfast. We bought the package with breakfast already, but if you have not, on the day of check-in they cahrge 100rmb/person if you needed, and it becomes 180rmb/person if you are buying the breakfast on the day. Definetely one of the best choice for family to travel with ease.

Well located with nearby Coffee and Ice streets offering high quality western style cafes, bars and and Pastry shops. Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small. Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price? Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road. Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself. Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in! The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel. Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

At first had a problem with the room but the manager upgraded us and made us comfortable. Very friendly service. The staff at the breakfast helped us wrap up take away for an early morning start. Friendly service. Swimming pool not open all year around. Check before booking.

View is decent. Sea view and can see Kulangsu but the curtain wall mullion is breaking the nice view into pieces. Cleanliness is debatable- this hotel has been operating for some years so there is some aged areas. Wood veneer furnitures are definitely in aging condition. Some molds and stains, which I highly suggest the hotel to take some look at. The Shanghai Tang shampoo they offered in the room had exact same scent as hotel lobby - not sure if it is a good thing. Yvette was very nice, giving us extra care and providing an upgrade. Breakfast is nice too but I really hoped to have fried rice. Regarding rice in breakfast, maybe Im asking for too much…
