Pengalaman yang sangat baik, hotel ini terletak dengan baik, bertentangan dengan Elephant City, 5 minit berjalan kaki dari pintu, biliknya selesa, buah-buahan selamat datang di dalam bilik pada sebelah petang, terdapat juga lembu, kanak-kanak sangat menyukainya , pembantu rumah Bao Xi sangat baik, terlebih dahulu Hubungi untuk mengesahkan bilik dan mengatur segala-galanya untuk kami, sangat bertimbang rasa! Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tirai tab mandi adalah separa telap dan menyusahkan.

Perjalanan ke Xining ini sangat sesuai di sini. Hotel ini dalam keadaan baik, kemudahannya sangat baru, sarapan paginya enak, dan persekitarannya bagus. Jindian’s ialah bufet untuk makan malam. Makanan lautnya sangat segar. Selepas minum wain putih dan wain barli, daging kambing panggang adalah baik. Juga, saya telah berenang selama 2 malam dan suhu air tidak sejuk. Perkara yang paling penting ialah ia sangat dekat dengan Hehuangli dan Wanda, ia sangat mudah untuk dimakan, pilihan yang sempurna.

The rooms at the Sofitel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom offered all the necessary amenities. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant served a wide variety of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a generous selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's bar. One highlight of my stay was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

Everything ok. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast and we recommend the dinner buffet. Alcohol and desserts included in the price.

For this type of establishment it is really not a Sofitel It was difficult nearly impossible to have a glass of french wine white or red ….. very expensive for not much The room are beautiful. The people try there best At that level the rest is mediocre… I am french I forgot the Eiffel Tower is cute 🙏🌴🙏

Great hotel situated nearby the Wanda mall and Tangdao walking street. I was impressed with how stunning the hotel is and pre-arrival experience was really remarkable. It is according to what I expected from Sofitel Hotel; however, my experience this time didn't reach my expectation. First, I was asked to pay CNY99 in order to use the swimming pool even if I already said that I was staying there. Second, the air-conditioner was not cool enough. I asked the staff to help me adjust it, but it seemed not work well. I slept with sweating all night. Lastly, I asked concierge to recommend me where I could find the night walking street and street food, but the answer I got was to search the word "Tangdao" by myself. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't expect concierge to just provide me this simple answer. I can even do that by myself. What was the point from seeking for the recommendation from concierge? I have seen that one of them even got Les Clefs d'Or so that I expected the whole team to provide me something beyond my expectation. Please consider this issue. Thank you very much.

Good experience

Really good hotel with clean spacious rooms and good amenities. There was a film festival party in the executive floor which was noisy. But management offered us another room, so that we had a decent sleep.

My daughter and I were stuck in Xining an extra night due to the typhoon in Shanghai and our flight being changed so we decided to treat ourselves by staying at Sofitel. It was well worth the treat. We stayed in a club-level room and everything was excellent. Because it was my birthday the hotel even brought a small cake to our room, which was delicious! We will definitely stay at Sofitel again when we are back in Xining.

Great breakfast and very friendly English speaking service. Rooms perfect.
