Hotel di Dataran Xinning, Xining

Very nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal. This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic. It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything.

The hotel is fine. I had one of the tiny rooms (which the site did warn me about). The room could fit a bed and a bathroom (with shower over toilet). The bedding was decent and the shower worked well enough. They provided some real towels though a bathmat for outside the room would be great so you don't track water everywhere after the shower. The drain was initially blocked by they fixed it. Has a kettle. The location is ok (you could walk just over 1km to the zoo). Not too many restaurants nearby. The window opened to a block of flats. Calling that a ”city view” is a bit cheeky. The room is also quite hot in summer, and the bed is like sleeping ok a table, though again this seems standard in Qinghai.

Located next to a river, and to an office building - which looks new but empty. The room itself is huge, arranged in a typical 5-star Chinese hotel lay out. The room is spacious, with more than ample room for big luggage and space to hang our winter clothing. There is complex control of the lighting, and heating & insulation is good. Shower water pressure is strong and temperature is hot. The one main downside is the toilet bowl that wouldn't flush. We had to ask the service man to come on both days. There is a need to upgrade their pumping system for the bowl. Breakfast is Chinese oriented with the eccentricities of yak meat and goat yogurt. The servings appears to be Halal as no pork is served and the cooks are Muslims.

This hotel accepts foreigners, although the staff struggles a little bit with English (nothing that cannot be solved with a good translator). My stay was pleasant. The room is quiet and spacious. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is fantastic, you can really explore Chinese cuisine. I would have liked to try the Chinese buffet but it was closed during my stay, there is however a restaurant “à la carte”. The location is a little bit far from the vivacious nightlife centre but a DiDi will quickly resolve that.

整體入住體驗非常滿意，特意來好好表揚前台工作人員雯迪。辦理入住流程順暢高效，待人熱情温柔，親和力十足。細心提醒我們西寧氣候乾燥、晝夜温差大的出行要點，還十分耐心地對比各個夜市的特色，給我們規劃了合適的美食路線。酒店坐落於市中心商圈，出行、吃飯都很方便，客房乾淨整潔，配套設施齊全。正是因為雯迪細緻暖心的服務，讓這趟西寧之旅倍感舒心。整體性價比很高，後續再來西寧遊玩，一定會再次入住，也十分推薦大家選擇這家酒店。

房間很好很寬敞乾淨，不錯。本次入住體驗遠超預期，酒店地理位置便利，出行吃飯都很省心；房間打掃得十分乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果良好，一夜休息得很安穩。前台工作人員熱情有禮貌，辦理入住退房高效快捷，有需求響應及時，配套設施齊全好用，整體性價比很高，下次到本地還會選擇這家，真心推薦給大家。

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Assistant Manager Xiao Yan and her staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. Special thanks to Manager Yuan for accommodating my online booking error with such professionalism and care. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the new district near Wanda Square, offering beautiful night views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The separate dry and wet bathroom areas were especially convenient and thoughtfully designed. The nightly snacks were both heartwarming and satisfying, and the breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of choices. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Xining.

Very good service and breakfast. Location is convenient to bus and park. The window view is excellent and can see the city and the mountain - especially the night view.

位置佳，附近就是力盟步行街，另一頭興勝巷內有超美味的自製酸奶，蜜雪冰城也在附近。有浴缸可泡澡，但使用前需要自行清洗一下，有些頭髮殘留。早餐有時能吃到好吃的無羶味羊肉。冬天室內如果太熱得關空調開窗降溫。最不習慣的是自動感應的浴室燈，半夜起來上廁所會亮到同房的人。總體而言是不錯的酒店，我們也是跟團遊的安排後再加住一天。
