The hotel is located close to a few malls and the wetlands park. The room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

As the Chairman of Amber Palace in Chaina, I have had the opportunity to experience various accommodations, and I must say that the truly stood out for its Boli Yabu Hotel impeccable service and attention to detail. First and foremost, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Front Office Department for their warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff members were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived. Additionally, I would like to commend the Service Department for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Department for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commitment to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my two-Day stay. The Boli Yabu Hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern amenities and attentive staff, made my business trip to Xining both productive and enjoyable. The proximity to key attractions such as the Qinghai Province Museum, Xining Wildlife Zoo, and Plateau Pearl Sightseeing Tower further enhanced my stay, allowing me to explore the beauty of the city in my downtime. The Hampton by Hilton was very conveniently located for us. We had a very pleasant stay, a nice room with all the amenities and a delicious breakfast with a wide selection that fully satisfied our European tastes.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Service, Cleaning and lcoation is very good. There is very nice park Opposite of the hotel callee Ego Park where has small shops for snacks, local food as well…

We found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!
