Hotel berhampiran Taer Temple, Xining

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

This hotel is outstanding! Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, non-smoking, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The free washing and drying machines are very convenient. And the service is also excellent. We stayed in multiple hotels during our recent trip, and this was probably the best one of all of them. The location is around the corner from very good restaurants, and is within a 15 minute walk from the huge Wanda plaza mall where there are dozens of great options for food (and everything else!) I wish we had more time here, as it was truly a pleasure.

此次出差途經西寧，入住柴達木國際酒店 1703 房，體驗堪稱完美，必須點贊 剛到酒店，舟車勞頓的疲憊感還未消散，小李兒就如及時雨般出現。他熱情洋溢，一路引導我到前台辦理登記入住，手續便捷流暢，隨後又貼心地幫我把行李送到房間，細緻介紹房內設施，讓我瞬間有了歸家之感。 下午時分，忙碌工作告一段落，想約朋友在房間用餐放鬆，正發愁下樓點菜麻煩，小李兒再次“救場”。他迅速帶着菜單上門，耐心解答菜品疑問，根據我們口味給出建議，點完菜後又馬不停蹄地安排配送，餐食熱氣騰騰地準時送達。更暖心的是，送餐結束他輕輕關好門，才微笑着與我們告別，這份細緻入微太難得。 酒店還額外送了兩杯雞尾酒飲瓶券，讓閑暇時光多了一絲愜意。在陌生城市奔波，柴達木國際酒店的服務卻如春風拂面，温暖備至。小李兒用行動詮釋了什麼叫賓至如歸，下次出差，這裏絕對是我的不二之選，也推薦給每一位過往旅人，相信你們也會沉醉在這份熱忱服務之中。

此次入住的酒店體驗超級棒！一進入酒店大堂，就感受到優雅大氣的氛圍。前台服務人員熱情周到，專業高效，給人賓至如歸的感覺，值得稱讚！辦理入住快速高效。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，設施齊全且品質高。床品舒適，讓人一夜好眠。酒店的餐飲也很不錯，菜品豐富美味。此外，酒店的位置也很便利，位置在市中心，去哪都方便，去火車站、飛機場都很快，如果有意願去塔爾寺也有直達公交車，自駕也就半小時不到，酒店周圍有很多小吃街夜市，旁邊就是醫院，周邊交通便捷，出行無憂。無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，這家酒店都是絕佳選擇。強烈推薦給大家，下次有機會我還會毫不猶豫地再次選擇這裏入住。

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Good location. Easy to reach by taxi from train station. Was a nice stay before taking the train to Tibet. Staff were helpful and the breakfast good with lots of options. Recommend

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.

房間隔音不好，外面很吵鬧，放煙花影響休息，熱水不是很好，不太好調解，早餐很一般，沒有江浙滬的希爾頓歡朋品種多，做的也不好吃，口感也不及，客房服務人員挺好，洗漱完發現吹風機不能用，工作人員及時更換了，剛進房間，發現浴盆有殘留物，衞生一般，總體而言，標間800多一晚，性價比很低，不排除西寧是旅遊城市，房價虛高的原因。

該酒店坐落位置在路邊，是一家高端的大酒店，雖然建立時間有點長了，但當初的基礎設計還是不錯的，酒店前台設在21層，一樓有服務員熱情接待指點，熱情的服務員給升級了房間，房間寬敞潔凈明亮 ，床品乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，用起來很方便。（但有兩點小建議；1、洗浴間放洗浴用品的籃筐是否太小了點？2、馬桶間可否安裝一個放置手機的小平台？）另外早餐非常豐富，服務人員也很到位。門前停車方便安全，安保人員也很負責，並熱心介紹景點路線。總之是一次非常滿意入住體驗！強烈推薦！

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.
