Just returned from a 10 night stay, a couple and a 1 year old. The hotel itself is nice, very clean. The pools and pool area are lovely, again, well maintained and clean. The rooms were cleaned regularly and new towels provided, however we were at the end of the corridor and I did have to request once for the room to be cleaned as the cleaner hadn’t had time the previous days, but was quickly sorted. It is a noisy hotel, it didn’t bother us but where we were located we had the entertainment from our hotel and the entertainment from the hotel next door, plus the noise and entertainment from the A la carte restaurant and the next doors hotel outdoor dining area. It was all usually stopped by 11.30pm and our little one wasn’t bothered by it at bed time but for us sitting on the balcony or trying to watch tv it was loud. Around 3pm the entertainment team played games around the pool area and the music was turned up. There was a school or college trip during the last few nights and they were SO loud. Running up and down the corridors, shouting, playing music, banging on doors between 12am & 4am! Not necessarily the hotels fault but I have read on previous reviews this happening before and it did disturb us, other guests did vent their frustration. The entertainment looked really good from what we saw but started too late for us, kids disco was around 9/9.30.. and then the entertainment afterwards. The drinks were reasonable, and the food served was nice, however, we aren’t fussy eaters but we were disappointed with the limited choice of food, especially for kids. Hardly any fresh fruit, no melon, no bananas, kiwis etc. Fish was served as whole fish with head, meatballs in some kind of sauce every meal, turkey in a sauce, chicken in a sauce and pasta everyday. Huge choice of salad though and puddings. The queue for chips and chicken nuggets at lunch and dinner was LONG so be prepared for that! The dinner started at 7.30pm, too late in my opinion with a 1 year old. A kids buffet is advertised on the website 6.00-7.00pm, but disappointingly not served out of peak season but it doesn’t state that so if you’re relying on that, check before! This meant we ate out nearly every night for dinner, annoying but our choice to keep little one happy. We did request a pack up for the little one which the guest relations manager said he could try and sort after speaking to our rep about it, if we wanted to meet him at 6.30pm, good job we didn’t wait for him as we saw him in the centre 15 minutes away at 6.30pm that evening! A taxi into the centre is €10 and around 15 minutes. Well worth a visit we went most evenings. There is a nice shopping centre within a 10 minute walk and a supermarket. A lovely bit of beach at the back of the hotel but very run down further along and you wouldn’t go on the beach due to the litter.. looks like a lot of work was being doing in preparing for the upcoming season. Lots of stray cats and dogs but they don’t bother you at all.

Batihan was definitely our best stay so far. Amazing place, you have everything you need on site. People who leave bad reviews have unreasonable expectations. Kids club , activities, pools, beach and food all amazing. Great shows every night. We will definitely be back. Staff is cleaning 24/7 if you see any mess it's because tourists are disgusting and can't put their rubbish to the bin. Couldn't recommend it more 👌 👍 we came as two families with kids and had best 2 weeks .

RUDE STAFF We arrived at 6am in the morning with 2 babies and a disabled passenger . We had booked 3 rooms between 10 of us . On arrival we was told our rooms wasn't ready . Firstly we thought they was joking as the staff was laughing - no our rooms wasn't ready . We was understandably upset after travelling over night with not a wink of sleep . We booked as a package so assumed our room would be ready on arrival . The staff continued to look, point , laugh and whisper and took great enjoyment out of making us wait until 2 pm for our rooms . Then decided that we had no booking ?? The decided we only had two rooms ?? So after an hour of pleading was given our 3 rooms , the rooms are OK but nothing special . The cleaner never left toilet roll and in the 9 nights didn't leave towels on 3 occasions . Again went to ask reception who of course did nothing - brought one towel for 4 of us . Reception staff are a little older than teenagers - untrained and unprofessional . If your English you don't stand a chance . Food is not too bad although two of our party did get very sick . Pools are clean but no life guard staff / unless u count the lad in the yellow T-shirt sat in the shade on his phone . Entertainment is quite good only starts late though. Bar staff are amazing and for all inclusive the drinks are fine , Beach is crowded and dirty / lots of rubbish rubble and just not clean . I wouldn't return if they got some better staff would make a world of difference

Just home from my first time this year stay at Batihan hotel...been going for years ! Yet again, had a fantastic time... animation team, Koko,Fellani, Batin, Cenker, Viktoria and Celal made our holiday special as always . Bar staff always smiling ,and polite . Food was good and plentiful.. Always plenty of things to do , activities all day, and fab shows in the evening. Must also mention the a la carte restaurant, always superb. Look forward to seeing you all in September..☺️

After reading a few negative reviews before our 10 day stay here I was a bit dubious. But we have had the absolute BEST holiday here at the Batihan Hotel. 3 adults and 1 child. Every part of the hotel was very clean, no litter or cigarette ends anywhere! All staff were very friendly, even if there was a slight delay with non-english speaking staff, we always got/asked what we needed. Rooms are cleaned every day with bottles of water put in there every day and fresh towels every 2 days. Various pools for adults and children with slides and a private beach literally just outside the back of the hotel with dining area and bar. Various activities for adults and children at no extra cost: mini golf, trampolines, tennis, badminton and volleyball areas for anyone to use. The food was good, lots of choice at all 3 meal times from main food restaurant and an area at the pool seating area of hot food/salad between 1pm-5pm and cone ice-cream pretty much served all day. The evening shows were very good and varied. Some funny ones, dance shows, and guest participation! Our favourite was the fire show, which was absolutely amazing!! Best of all was the animation team!!! They were all very friendly, amazing with all adults and children. There is a kids club that did various different activities every day and activities for adults that included volleyball, archery, water polo and pool side games which were very fun! Massive shout out to Fellani, Batin, Cenkar, Ceral and Viktoria!! They all made our holiday a huge success, especially when our daughter had her 10th birthday there, she had a very special day, definitely one she will remember!! So a massive thankyou to them all. There is a shopping centre a short 10 minute walk away and a taxi to kusudasi wasn't expensive. We got to see the marina and a castle. The only negative I have is that the kids mini disco doesn't start until 9/9.30pm and shows start at 10, with the pool bar open until midnight. As some nights it got quite loud late at night with our room being opposite. But apart from that, I have absolutely nothing to have a moan about! Most definitely recommend this hotel 10l0%

Rude staff in the indoor shop elderly man with a man bun grey hair terrible costumer service being rude as i tried to pay by card he tried to charge extra and i pointed out that wasn’t the right to which he started being passive aggressive for no apparent reason apart from that bar staff are excellent

I was quite nervous as I started to read lots of awful reviews after I had booked. My expectations were quite low. However, wow, what a wonderful hotel. We had the best time. Yes, the hotel, especially the older building is a little tired and could do with some renovations, however, we had two rooms, both were clean and comfy. The housekeeping staff were busy every day, not just cleaning the rooms but ensuring the outside facilities were clean too. Everyone we came across were friendly, approachable and genuine. If someones english wasn't very good they quickly found a staff member who had good English. The food was standard all inclusive fayre. The animation team were OK. To be fair we only attended two shows. Highly recommend the Friday night fire show. We would have attended more if they started earlier, 10pm was quite late for us. The pools were clean, and cleaned every day. The adults only pool, isn't adults only. Children are allowed in all pools. Honestly, the staff make this hotel they are all lovely. Highly recommend the spa, massages were very relaxing, certainly got those stubborn knots out. Our suggestions to the hotel would be: Make the spa area adults only. It's very disconcerting having a massage and hearing children running and shouting. An extra room key would been great for our 3 teens sharing a room, especially when one wanted an earlier night or a lay in when the others didn't. Start the adult entertainment earlier.
