The hotel was excellent and very well-located. The rooms were quite big and everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna (you must request the sauna be turned on before you want to use it) , and the area of the pool and sauna were clean and professionally maintained. The hotel offers breakfast, but some of the choices were a bit odd when compared to a western style breakfast. (Although there was always something on offer that I enjoyed.) The staff were also her friendly and accommodating of requests and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here for a good experience in Yerevan.

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Super hotel très récent situé idéalement au centre de Yerevan. Tout est accessible à pied très rapidement, la place de la République ou bien l'avenue du Nord piétonne et touristique. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, la literie est de qualité, et la douche puissante et excellente. Tout est fourni pour la toilettes, ainsi qu'une théière avec café et thé renouvelé chaque jour, ainsi que de l'eau minérale. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme buffet, c'est très abondant, il y a vraiment tout ce que l'on peut désirer, les oeufs sont cuits à la demande, tout est très frais et très bon. Sans aucune restriction, le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement aimable, que ce soit au restaurant ou bien le personnel d'entretien, mais mention spéciale aux jeunes filles de la réception qui se mettent en quatre pour satisfaire vos demandes et jours avec le sourire. Le rapport qualité-prix est extrêmement correct. C'est une excellente adresse à recommander pour un séjour à Erevan, personnellement, j'y reviendrai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite.

Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast.

和女兒一起，安排的房間是一張大床，帶陽台，這個酒店有洗漱用品，每天打掃衞生，熱水足，有浴袍，每天更換浴巾毛巾，每天2瓶水，早餐時，餐廳也有瓶裝水，免費拿，這點比宜必思好，宜必思每天就衹有2瓶。早餐也很好，品類豐富，果汁，咖啡，酸奶，湯，雞蛋等等都有，都很好吃。 前台人員很熱情，樂於助人，是一次愉快的入住體驗。

Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!
