Simple clean room with comfortable bed. I had good rest.
Comes with a lift. Front door has an access tag thus it felt safe. Free bottle water. Hair dryer is available.
Toilet comes with bidet. Hot water works well.
Highly recommended!

The location is nearby the city centre. Before our arrival, the manager kindly reminded us by message and call. Once approached, just give her a call and feel relaxed. The manager gave a wonderful room tour and informed us well. The info and reminders in the living room also reflect the kindness of the local. Some impressions of the room. Firstly, the room has a duplex apartment, each with ta duo bed. Secondly the hot-spring is mild; the bath facility is wonderful; especially, the floor is stone material, not only with good anti-slippery but also creating a natural environment. We got a nice hot spring bath experience. Thirdly, the theme of the room is Crayon Shin-chan, which happens to be one of my favourite Japanese cartoons. Fourthly, the air con is comfortable. Last but not least, it is with a Dyson hair dryer!
It is a trip escaping from the urban. Thanks for providing a fantastic night stay, like a home from home.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is great and new in good condition. The hotel room is spacious, shower area and the hotspring tub are big. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great amenities, free mini bar, good locations with shops, convenience store and small local restaurants around the hotel. There is a game room, kids and adults enjoyed. Great service with good mannar. Breakfast are delicious, good Value will definitely come back.

SSuzieLocation: Very close to the train station, within walking distance. Also close to the parks and public hot springs.
Staff: The staff were friendly, and kept our luggage stored when we checked out. Since I only spoke to them in my terribly broken Mandarin, I don't know how many staff could speak English for foreigners.
Room: Very clean, A/C works very well and isn't too noisy. The bed was large and comfortable. There was water, and tea and coffee - I forgot to look in the fridge.
Bathroom: Most hotels in Jiaoxi have hot spring bathtubs, and so does VASTY. There were plenty of toiletries and towels, flip-flops, slippers and bathrobes. The bath was lovely. Shower did make the entire floor wet, but not slippery.
Other amenities: The rooftop pools (x2) are small, heated to a comfortably warm temperature, and clean enough. There are loungers and chairs. There was a family with two young children playing in one of the pools and taking photos, very cute. Free water, towels and cans of Coca Cola upstairs too!
Breakfast: Buffet style with mostly Asian food, but plenty of choice to help oneself to meats, breads, fruits and vegetables. Tea, coffee, milk and juices. We went downstairs for breakfast at around 9am and had to wait for a few minutes, as there were no tables available.
Overall, we had a wonderful one night getaway in Jiaoxi, and would stay at VASTY again.

四人房一萬三的房價早餐廉價到不行，吐司比一大條40元的全聯吐司還難吃乾！連個煎荷包蛋都沒有！
房間位於二樓排水管排水聲響大聲到不行，半夜睡不著，服務人員只說過了12點可能因沒有人洗澡就沒聲，但半夜還是有。有提供兩個解決方法，ㄧ是請我們自備耳塞，二是12點後還有的話，可再幫我們換房，但房間已經全滿…
頂樓裸湯開放時間15:00-22:00太短，至少希望早上能開放泡湯。

BBenjo8We stay at this hotel regularly because it’s peaceful, clean and the hot spring is a strong sulphur type . They kindly upgraded us on check in . Dinner was so so, as not much choice , but breakfast was pretty good in terms of choice . We requested a late check out because our infant naps between 11am and 12pm which they kindly gave us. However, they called us up in the room during this time , when we specifically said our infant was sleeping and woke her up . I ended up with a good stay but a grumpy baby !
We stayed in room 811 which had two good size double beds which was great with a little one .
However will stay come again !

-Execellent experience: amazing room, staff, services, hot spring facilities, prime location
-unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings.
-food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way.
-Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯（standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派，we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

PPengguna TetamuYu Peng Villa was our first and BEST accommodation on this Yilan-Taroko-SML-Alishan road trip. We arrived much later than expected and were relieved that our message to Trip.com got through to the guesthouse. When we drove up to the place (an easy find with GPS), a member of the staff walked up to our car and guided us to the drop off point.
I love the designer vibes of the property which is well maintained with a sizeable garden and plenty of flowers in bloom. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers worked and there was hot water. The western-style breakfast was generous in portion and delicious.
Best of all was the hospitality extended to us. It was the only place where we felt truly welcomed on this 8-day trip. The staff here chatted with us, gave advice on places of interest and sent us off with fruit from the orchard. After the great experience here, all the other places we stayed at pale drastically in comparison.
If you're planning to visit the Kavalan Distillery, this place is a great stayover option! Truly a slice of paradise.

PPengguna Tetamu乾淨衛生，環境舒適，房間內有溫泉，服務態度很好，雖然硬體比較老舊，床墊超級硬猶如睡在木板上一點彈力都沒有整夜難眠，結果隔壁空房去觸碰是軟床…..😑😑😑，房間木門隔音不OK，Wifi不給力邊間房間連不上，但以這個價位來說CP值蠻高的。住宿有免費提供下午茶、宵夜、早餐。

PPizza-boyI recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight was definitely the playful slide right in our bedroom—what a fun and unexpected touch! The kids had a blast and made our stay feel even more special.
Outside, the play pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We enjoyed splashing around and lounging in the sun. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, making it an ideal place to kick back after a day of exploring.
One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious ********* food served at the B&B. Each meal was bursting with flavor, showcasing authentic dishes that satisfied our cravings. I highly recommend trying their rice rolls and congee —they were simply delightful!
Overall, this bed and breakfast offers a wonderful blend of fun activities and fantastic food. Whether you're visiting with family or looking for a unique getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back for more sliding and savoring!

JJindongPleasantly surprised and impressed by the hotel's architectural design and the vast lawn in front of the hotel.
However, with only one receptionist handling the check-in, the process was unbearably slow and took a long time to complete.
Fortunately, when we finally went into our room, we once again were blown away by the spacious room configuration. There were two large beds against the wall, and L-shape sofa couches, with plenty of bay windows surrounding the magnificent room. The bathroom was okay, no Toto. But that’s fine. The gigantic hot spring circling tub was large enough to fit at least four adults. It is equipped with a whirlpool! And there’s a big glass shower room, of course.
The bedding was very comfortable. There are also typical tea and coffee bags with four water bottles and a small fridge. All the expected amenities were provided in the lovely hotel.
Although there are paid afternoon tea facilities at a reasonable price, it didn’t offer to dine for the evening. But I guess it’s understandable since there’re plenty of great restaurants in the JiouSi and Yilan areas.
The breakfast was so so lovely. We’re up late. But the staff did remind us to pick up as much food as we needed before they put them away.
Overall, it’s much better than we expected. We initially thought it might be tacky and exaggerated in its deco. We found this 5-year-old hotel used suitable materials to compose its content. So we liked it and enjoyed it very much. We will come again with our friends. We highly recommend it!
