Nice hotel just like a staying in castle , Kids will like the place . There is a bid chocolate factory team park in front.

Nice & clean hotel; friendly & very helpful staff, hats off to their customer service; but this hotel is specially for kids because it’s inside the theme park and May be not suitable for couple or solo travelers. No more choices of food for vegetarian specially in breakfast and only one restaurant with limited choices! Bring your own car!

The hotel is great with a wonderful breakfast. Even thou the hotel told us the theme park open it was close when we got there. I would double check that the them park and restaurants are open before going here as there is not much else to do.

The exterior looks decent. However the hotel staff are quite unfriendly and mundane. There isn’t that extra effort or courtesy for the price. Their room service clearly states 24 hours, however by 11pm they said the chef went home. I will definitely be writing to their company about this false advertising. Secondly, the hotel didn’t keep AC running in the hallways or main areas. The food was overpriced and tasted horrible. It’s a definite pass to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel Located Near Chocolate Kingdom, but quite far away from the City Center. The rooms were excellent, clean and spacious. The hotel has all the amenities as expected from a Branded hotel. The food was good but not the best, although the breakfast was good.

酒店裡麪還是挺新的，早餐中規中矩，温泉區也不在酒店裡麪，去巧克力王國還有一點距離，需要開車，房間説包兩大兩小温泉票是2成人和2一米2以下的小孩

環境衞生挺好，廁所較小，估計夏天去會好玩點，水世界冬天不開，客斯特温泉很小有點臟水又冷，建議要去的朋友優選巧克力樂園的晚場門票配套～

酒店環境還可以，但公共設施還是建議需要多維護，早餐吃得東西也不是很多，可再豐富點。服務還是不錯的，温泉區也離得近，整體還是滿意。

設施：22點到酒店了大堂沒有開空調，升級了湖景雙床感謝工作人員，大堂有漏水，裝修是希爾頓品質，其餘的一切都是一言難盡 衞生：發黴嚴重，我們入住的房間有一個小動物，爸爸親子送走了他 衞生間沒有女士衞生袋，本人在特殊階段，導致垃圾桶裏直接拋棄所用廢棄物，對於清掃人員萬分不好意思 服務：C8F-1服務人員，口氣極端生硬，8.19早上退房，問服務人員要礦泉水，人員問：幾瓶？我説：4瓶，人員答：一間屋配兩瓶，衹能給兩瓶…這是個親子酒店，這麼回覆不能接受 環境：大廳彌散着南方酒店固有的黴味潮味，大堂屋頂有漏水，大門沒人清理，特別臟 整體絕對不推薦

房間設計有問題，半開放式廁所，整晚地板都濕的 早餐更是差得一塌糊塗，周日10點半結束的，我們9點讚下去吃，沒位置沒餐具而且也沒東西吃了，人多的，每個食物台都是人，卻不見服務員，吃個早餐像是在市場搶，這是希璽頓酒店嗎

住過的希爾頓裏最差的吧……門口的迎賓堪當擺設，我去停車老婆牽着孩子拉着箱子也沒有要幫忙拿一下的意思，兩個門迎自顧自地聊天。 小童樂園小的離譜，小孩玩了一會跑不開就不想玩了。 辦入住也是慢的離譜，好像他們要跑的後面的小屋子裡才能做房卡。幾條隊的人都等得在那翻白眼，然後就各種插隊的開始了，xxx也需要排隊嗎？ 最離譜的是走廊是沒有空調的，一出電梯一出房間門即可享受桑拿，怕熱星人整個一個莫名暴躁。 停車區也沒有地下停車場，酒店門口兩塊小停車場壓根停不了幾輛車，晚上回來滿院子到處是車，停的亂七八糟，至於你能不能找到車位就各憑本事了。 如果你是奔着巧克力王國來的就大可不必了，戰損版的園區收門票也不説了，各種項目收費也不説了，好歹給開起來，人少了很多項目壓根就不開。這邊除了紅旗茶廠外逛的也不多，不如去住英西峯林那邊。 周邊也沒啥外賣好叫，第一天去農莊吃了個🐔還是這幾天的N頓🐔裏最貴的，不過味道還是不錯的。 本來懶得評價的，結果收到了邀請評價的短訊，就如實講一下好了。。。
