A wonderful hotel, very spacious for 2 people. House keeping is very good as well, they always come around 1pm to tidy up, even if you have already cleaned up that morning. There’s 4 vending machines near by in case you want to buy yourself a hot coffee. There’s also a family mart about 2 minutes from the hotel. I would definitely book at Hotel Yokosuka whenever i come back to Japan.

What a nice retreat ! It just takes 90 minutes from Tokyo and you will love this place. The hotel itself is not new but it is very clean and you will enjoy great view from each room. It is not simple 'Ocean View' hotel. You can see building in Yokohama as well as Boso peninsula. Each room has binoculars so that you can see a lot of big ships such as car career ship, tankers and Destroyers ! There is a board walk next to this hotel. We took a walk in the morning. It was absolutely beautiful... Kannonzaki Park is also highly recommended for visit. You have to walk around 20 to 30 minutes but you will be amazed by a spectacular view from top of the light house. I can't wait to return !

This hotel is great for the business travel while working at Fleet Activities Yokosuka, or any of the surrounding areas. It is on the outskirts of The Honch, so you don't get the distractions of the loud Sailors drinking at the bars. It's about a 15 minute walk to the front gate. But, there is also a hotel shuttle that will take you to the base. It is centrally located between the bars and restaurants near the base, and those more frequented by Japanese Nationals in the opposite direction. As far the hotel rooms are concerned, they have a washer and dryer inside the room. So, you don't have to pack as much for those longer trips since you will be able to wash your clothes on a regular basis, and they even supply the detergent. The rooms also have a central key that is needed to activate the outlets in the room. This is important because it affects the outlets that your personal electronics will be plugged into with the exception of the outlets on the desk. The hotel will provide you with weekly drink vouchers for use at the hotel bar. This is really good if you don't wanna pay for the overpriced drinks in the bars. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but they tend to run out of some items, like eggs, faster than others and it can take a minute for them to replenish them, so get there early. I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff was really helpful in helping me get everything set up. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Japan.

3月初旬、三浦半島ひとり旅の際、喫煙シングルで利用させていただきました。 横須賀観光は二回目で、今回は、是非とも横須賀に泊まりたいと思い、当ホテルを選択しました。 汐入駅からも近く、チェックイン前・チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけるので、二日間、身軽に城ヶ島～横須賀～観音崎と観光できました。 設備等「古い」とのご指摘がありますが、全く問題無しです。 ①エアコンが部屋個別に設置(全館空調でない） ②シャワーがサーモスタット混合栓（お湯と水で調整しなくてもよいタイプ） この2点だけでも、古さを十二分カバーしてます。 先日泊まった都内某高級ホテルでも、全館空調ですし、サーモスタット混合栓でないお部屋が多いです。 部屋の広さも十分、ソファーもあってくつろげます。 横須賀市内で喫煙可のホテルは少ないです。 私的には、こちら一択だと思います。
