The staff is so caring and kind, they upgraded our room to a bigger one with a balcony. Also, the location is so convenient and the view from the room is just wonderful. The rooms are super clean, neat and tidy. The hotel is situated just inside the furong ancient town, so you will be able to live inside the beautiful view and adore the beauty of this ancient village. Also, ask the staff in advance if you need a car for pick up and drop off to the railway station. They don't charge much very reasonable cost of 20 rmb.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a very good location. We just spend a night there but it was really nice ☺️ we would definitely come back!

We are two people travelling from the UK. We had no problems booking on Trip and checking in to the hotel with our passports. The hotel is beautiful with lots of character and charm, even more so when lit up at night by lanterns. There is dark wood and tasteful decorations. There are communal areas to sit. We had booked a standard double but they very kindly upgraded us to the top floor room, which had amazing views of the old town and a balcony with table and chairs. The air conditioning was excellent, the beds comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, it was very clean. The room had a TV, kettle, cups, shampoo & body wash, plugs by both sides of the bed, insect repellent plugs, towels. The hotel page mentions a fitness room but there isn’t one. There is a washing machine for use, as well as laundry detergent. The balcony had a rail we hung the clothes on to try. Our room was on the top floor and there wasn’t a lift - not a problem for us but mentioning it for others. For breakfast, we requested a time and they brought it to the room. We were given a few options to choose from. We had noodles, dumplings, mini banana bread and mini brioche bread. It came with small cartons of milk so we could have instant coffee we had brought ourselves. Above all, the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel owners was wonderful. They were so helpful. We used translate apps and WeChat app to talk. They ordered a comfortable taxi to take us to the train station. They helped carry our bags upstairs. When we checked in, they offered us local snacks containing tofu, rice, peanuts. They can get discounted entrance tickets to the town for you as well - we did not use this and just bought our tickets at the entrance. They sent us useful information via WeChat. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just inside the entrance to the old town, and a few metres from the start of the scenic loop around the town. You can reuse the tickets to go in and out. Lots of restaurants nearby in the scenic area, and a large supermarket very close to the hotel, just outside the scenic area. A short Didi ride from the high speed train station as well. Totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Furong Ancient Town, especially the lovely people who run it. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great hotel. The staff was very helpful giving us advices of spots to visit. They drove us to the train station and the room had an amazing view. Totally recommended!

The inn is located in the scenic area near to the entrance and as such able to provide pick up from furong town hsr. The top floor has a birds eye view of the whole town and is very pretty at night. Although a simple inn, but it has a lift, provide basic amenities such as bedroom slippers, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, toothbrush and has hot shower. Would be better if there are more hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom dry area.

在外面，官方顯示我預訂的房間50平方，二大一小，才選擇了雙倍的價格預訂的，結果到了目測房間18平方，陽台3平方，選擇了降級入住雙床，差價暫且不計較，但是酒店設施和網評真不一樣，可能我我報希望太大了。一個放東西的桌子都沒有。

設施：設施完善 因為住在高層有電梯哦 衞生：衞生也比較乾淨 環境：環境是想象到的樣子 很舒服 服務：服務人員很貼心哦 強推強推 可以提前聯繫工作人員買景區票優惠一點點哦 這個店在景區裏不然進不去 頂層還有露台空中花園的感覺 可以圍爐煮茶 看夜景之類的 還有餐廳的菜做的很棒 可以去試試 比景區外面的還好吃 價格也還好能接受 在頂層看夜景真的舒服 推薦

服務肯定是沒話説的，工作人員都很好，很熱情，也很幫忙。但是實事求是房間硬件確實有些不好。首先是房間應該是沒有25-30平方的，應該是15-18平方左右，比較小，放了床以後連一個桌子和椅子的區域都沒有。其次是牆壁上劃痕或者各種有點臟的痕跡都挺多，床頭後面的牆壁還有些人體分泌的廢物在牆壁上，上下床的樓梯也很臟很多食物碎屑，可能我比較潔癖和敏感。第三是洗手間淋浴間沒有防水封條。。。雖然店家説洗手間一地的水不要緊因為有地漏，但耐不住很滑，我們帶着小孩滑倒過，有些危險。最後是隔音比較差，當時對門住的孩子可能教養比較差，凌晨12點多還一直看電視大吼大叫，後來店員説給他們媽媽説了，但好像沒有用，是我老公氣的不行過去説他們才消停的。總的來説真的很感謝店家，但是房間硬件確實讓我覺得可能不太值得這個價格。謝謝前台的小姐姐和接送的大哥

El lugar es muy hermoso y está bien ubicado. La habitación era algo angosta pero tenía un balcón inmenso y muy hermoso. Lo único que no estuvo tan grandioso es que no tenía ascensor y en la ducha se salía el agua de la ducha y mojaba todo el baño. Pero todo lo demás estaba muy hermoso!

白河客棧在芙蓉鎮景區內，遊玩方便，服務態度好！房間設計不錯！客棧配有下午茶，棕子，水果，還有民族服裝免費提供，老闆老闆娘非常熱情，親自下廚煮了苗魚給我們品嚐，味道好棒！下次還會再入住的

入住前已聯絡我接站，雖然最後師傅趕不及來接站，但小哥在售票口等我們，付了出租車費，我也不好意思，入住後很細心發給我景區內表演時間及地標，房間干淨衛生，設施齊全，逛累了店家有自己觀景餐廳在5樓，阿姨煮餸很美味，早餐也好吃，辛苦了。離店有送站服務，收費¥20很合理，出行順利，謝謝你們。
